Seeing how outright and lovely Yu Jinli was, Qiao Mulan couldn't help smiling.

"Do you want to go see Ah Sheng?" Qiao Mulan asked.
Though her boy's super core was broken and his body weak, luckily, he wouldn't endanger others so it was all right for them to go see him.
"Sure." Yu Jinli answered happily with a nod. He wanted to see his future coattails eagerly.
His sect-brother told him, if he was in a difficult situation, it was a must to ride the coattails which would mean security, after which he could find his way out.

She hadn't been so happy since Jiang Mosheng's accident.
"This is Ah Sheng's room. He is in bed because of an injury. I'm afraid you guys can't have a wedding soon." Qiao Mulan sounded sorry when she spoke of it.
"It's okay as long as I can stay here." Yu Jinli answered smilingly.
He didn't know very much about weddings for humans but it didn't matter as long as he could marry the young lord and stay in Jiang's Manor.
However, when Qiao Mulan heard that, she thought Yu Jinli meant that he loved Jiang Mosheng so much he didn't care if there was going to be a wedding as long as he could stay and take care of Jiang Mosheng.
At once, she felt Yu Family did a good thing sending Yu Jinli here.
From now on, she would treat Yu Jinli as her own and gave him the best food, clothes, the best of everything.
"Li-er, it's almost time to eat. How about we eat first then go see Ah Sheng? We have plenty of time. I've asked the cooks to make a lot of delicious food. You can see if there's anything you like."
Qiao Mulan now addressed Yu Jinli by nickname. Besides, she was worried he was hungry so she suggested food first since her son would always be here, who wouldn't run away anyway.
This never happened before. If Jiang Mosheng saw and heard his mom, he would start to doubt who was her true son.
Yu Jinli was swayed by her suggestion. He was a foodie. Back when he was on earth, his sect- brother had taken him to taste almost every kind of food. He wondered if the food here was as good as that on earth.
