Niko enters Brucie's garage
N: Anybody here?

Niko enters the black turismo and head to the race starting point, followed by Mila and Brucie in her car
They arrive after 10 minutes, and Niko takes his place while Mila and Brucie are cheering for him

They get home and both take a shower
Mila picks out a white floral dress with see through flare sleeves and white tenis shoes, and Niko puts on a white t shirt and denim jeans
After some time they arrive and greet Tony and Florian, get on the boat and begin their picnic/ cruise day
They're all enjoying, that is untill some guys come really close to them with their boat and take out their guns
Both Niko and Mila take out their weapons and start shooting the guys,
Tony pushes Florian down and takes out his gun joining them
One guy manages to shoot her in the left side of the stomach, missing her kidney by an inch, but she continues like nothing happened
After a few minutes, the guys are dead and they go back to Tony's place and they take care of her wound
M: Niko.
N: Yes?
Mila looks at worried Tony and Florian and they give her the nod
M: Niko... I.....
N: You're worrying me, what's going on??
M: Niko.. We brought you on this trip because... I wanted to surprise you.. I'm pregnant.
N: WHAT?! And you didn't tell me straight away? What are we going to do if something happened to it?
M: Please Niko, stay calm, I know how you're feeling, I feel the same!
She breaks down crying
Niko zones out looking at one spot for a few minutes then comes up to her and hugs her tight caressing her back while she's sobbing in his chest
Tony and Florian look at each other then at them giving sympathetic looks
T: We should probably leave you guys alone... Call me babe, don't let this break you, everything will be okay
B: Take care of her Niko. We'll come see you tomorrow..
N: I will.. Thank you.. You two take care too.
T&B: Don't worry about us..
They walk out leaving Niko and Mila alone
Niko feels her losing grip on him and he takes her and brings her to bed
N: You have to rest, everything will be okay baby.

Few hours later
Mila wakes up and Niko is gone so she grabs the phone and quickly calls Tony
T: Mila?
M: Tony.
T: How are you feeling, is everything okay?
M: I need to talk to you, Niko is out and I have to tell you something, but I'm not sure if that's true.
T: What is it?
M: I think the child might've been Luis's.
T: The what??
M: I know it sounds crazy, but we did it and I've been feeling really nauseous for a while, but I just thought I ate something bad..
T: Are you sure?
M: I'm not! That's why I called you, I wanted to speak to someone about it.
T: Well now it doesn't matter, does it?

I wasn't with Niko at that time but I still feel bad.. I can't tell him that!

Turns out Niko has been in the hallway and heard everything she said, he comes in pretending he didn't hear anything

After a few minutes she's finally changed into new clothes, a black leather jacket, nude colored pants, and black sneakers
They arrive after some time and Pegorino greets them, and them and his two bodyguards are off to old refinery in the Acter Industrial Park
After some time the deal goes wrong and they have a shootout with the Pavanos, with Pete and Marco dying in the process.
Niko and Mila take Pegorino and they start chasing the Pavanos guys who took his offering. Eventually they catch up with them, kill them and take the offering.
Her and Niko then return home and she notices Niko has been hurt, luckily not so bad.
M:Honey. Let me help you with that wound.
N: It's okay, it's not that serious.

M: I can't hide this from you, even tho we haven't been together then... I feel really bad.
N: What happened?

They go to the hospital and after a few tests doctor calls them in to tell them what happened
D: Ms Romanov, I'm sorry to tell you but you're no longer pregnant. You were but the wound isn't what killed the baby.
M: Then what happened doctor?
D: You did the test, it came back positive, but if you did let's say three more, you would've seen that you aren't actually pregnant. But it's not your fault. The test wasn't correctly working.
M: So I wasn't pregnant? But I felt nauseous and I missed my period..?
D: That can happen if you catch a cold, or if you ate something bad. It happens.
M: Thank you doctor. I'll be going.
D: Goodbye and take care of yourself Ms.
She exits the room and Niko comes up to her asking her what happened
N: What happened, what did he say?
M: He said I wasn't even pregnant and the test wasn't working correctly. The nausea and everything could've been some kind of cold..
N: Don't worry honey, you'll get pregnant when the time is right
he takes her head in his hands and smiles at her
M: I trust you honey, I'm not in a hurry either smiles
They go home and she lays in bed exhausted and eventually falls asleep. He watches some TV and decides to go bowling with Roman
He leaves the apartment leaving her a message on the nightstand saying he went bowling with Roman
Some time later she wakes up and sees the message. She reads it and then gets up to get some water
There's loud banging outside and she's confused with where the noise is coming from

She's calling Niko
M: Niko!
N: Mila where are you?!!?
M: That son of a bitch Dimitri kidnapped me! I managed to get out I'm heading home!
N: We can't go there anymore, at least not for a while. Go to the restaurant around the corner of our apartment I'll be waiting there!

After some time she arrives and Niko is there waiting for her
She gets out and enters his car

After 20 minutes they arrive to the safehouse in Doherty
Niko quickly gets out of the car and takes half conscious Mila out of the car and carries her inside
He places her on the bed and is shocked to see her drill wounds. Niko quickly gets a wet cloth to clean it and then puts the ice on it to reduce swelling.
Taking off her clothes so he could take her to take a bath, is when he realizes how badly he injured her, hence the bruises all over her body
He puts her in the bathtub and let's her rest in warm water for a while, sitting right beside her caressing her hand.
Right in that moment, he realised, just how much he loved that woman.
