[LOCATION: BAYOU CLINIC ]

Haley lay in the bed, ulstrasound gel on her belly. On the small screen, there was a vague image of a fetus. A fetal heartbeat is heard. Haley was in awe. This little heartbeat was inside her. She looked down at her stomach. This was her baby. That idea settled into her mind, her heart and soul. "Your baby's heart rate is perfect. " Dr. Paige smiles. Pride swells in her.

Hayley smiles in return, "I knew it. She's a tough one, like her mom." Dr. Paige chuckles and hands her a tissue to wipe the ultrasound gel off of her abdomen, which she does. As Hayley sits up, Dr. Paige notices Hayley's crescent-moon shaped birthmark on her shoulder. There was something familiar about it but she's couldn't place it.

"That's a unique birthmark." Dr.Paige says, nodding at her birthmark. For some reason that made her feel uneasy. Like it was her's and she didn't want anyone else to see it. Hayley didn't respond. Shrugging her sweater, she said, "We're pretty much done here, right?" Just as she said that her phone vibrated. Opening up her her messages she saw she got a text from Rebekah.

It read: Where are you

It was a simple text but it made her feel warm. She'd lived her whole life alone. No one would love her and protect her. No one would put her before their needs. People would use her and discard her so she learned to do the same. It was a cold, hard truth she she had to live with. Rebekah was different. She was upfront about her dislike for her but she still checked in on her. It made her refuel warm. Even if it was because she was carrying her brother's child and her niece.

"Your blood pressure is a bit high, I've got something for it." Dr.Paige said. Hayley looks up from her phone to see her walk away. Unseen to Hayley, Dr. Paige exited her room to where Agnes was waiting in the next room. Sitting on the med bed, Hayley responded to Rebekah's text:

Bayou clinic with doctor .

Suddenly, a wolf howls loudly, startling Hayley. She gets up to look out the window and sees a car's headlights approaching. Unease slid into her. She was out in the Bayou. Alone. With a doctor that seemed awfully interested in her birthmark. Stupid. Her heart sped up. Fear creeped into her. She should have been more cautious. She barely knew anyone in this city and there were any number of people willing to the originals through her. Focus. She forced herself to control her breathing. Her hand came to her stomach. It's not just me anymore. The moment she saw her baby, heard her heartbeat, she was a goner. She would keep her. She opened her heart to this little life so it would have her love and protection. First things first, I have to get out of here. Hayley resolved. Unfortunately, Dr. Paige returned with her medication.

"Ahh, you know, I'm-I'm actually not that good with pills. " Hayley said trying to keep her voice steady. She couldn't let her get suspicious before she escaped.

"Heh, neither am I, truth be told. " Dr. Paige said, setting the medicine cup on the table. She started  preparing something. Outside, a group of intimidating-looking men walked into the clinic. Agnes came out to greet them. One of them leaned close and whispered something unintelligible to Agnes.

Hayley discreetly took her phone.
Rebekah: I'm on my way.

She was typing a response when out of the corner of her eye, she saw Dr. Paige preparing a syringe. Her heart jumped into her throat. A rush of energy filled her. The doctor lunged at her to inject her with it but Hayley was too fast, grabbing her arm holding the syringe and pushing it away from her. She didn't stop there. She head butted the doctor, disorienting her. Taking advantage of her weakness, Hayley stabs the syringe into the doctor's neck. The doctor fell, motionless. Hayley stood there, trying to process everything that just happened. She sucked in a breath, and exhaled. Her knees felt weak. But luck was not on her side.

"Hey!" A man yelled. Startled, Hayley turned to see a group of men in the lobby heading straight for her. They were very big and intimidating. They were running toward the door but Hayley managed to shut it and lock it before they could enter. One of the men rattled the doorknob. Hayley heart sped up. She looked around wildly for a way to escape her predicament. A window caught her eye. She headed straight for it. She tried to open it but it wasn't budging. Come on. Her face grew hot and her eyes burned. Don't cry now. I have to get out. She struggled to open the window. With a hard push, it finally opened up. Hayley didn't waste time in climbing through the window to escape. When they finally got in, Hayley was long gone.

[SOMEWHERE IN THE BAYOU]

"REMIND me again why I had to tag along to this creepy night outing to the Bayou? Better yet, why are we walking?" Samira walked  slightly behind the original, eyeing her surroundings with the paranoia that came with being in a Bayou filled with alligators, snakes and things that could-if provoked  kill her.

"Because you, Ms.Phoebe Halliwell, had the gall to demand, that I save Haley with the flimsy excuse of a vision leading you to believe her life is in danger. If that wasn't enough, you thought I would just take your word as gospel and walk into what's most certainly a trap laid by Marcel."

"Who?" No faking that. She had no idea who this Marcel character was. Whoever he was, he was no friend of Klaus's, she was certain of that. Klaus turned his head, his lips hooked.

"Now, love, don't act coy. We both know what this is about." Klaus said, low and sultry.

"Hold up, you've seen charmed?" She was having a hard time wrapping her head around that.

"If you mean forced to sit through eight seasons of the show by my annoying sister, you would be right. Rebecca made us sit and watch it with her. It was part of her journey to be a 'normal' human girl. It might have worked out if she didn't break the television every time Phoebe got her heart broken. Which if you've seen the show, occurs quite frequently. When they broke-"

Samira covered her ears with her hands, shaking her head.

"Nope. Sorry, I can't hear you." Samira said slight louder than normal. She had just started season three of Charmed and Cole and Phoebe were fast becoming her favorite couple. Since Leo and Piper were in this whole forbidden love thing- which was very spicy but also frustrating as hell- she had to find a new ship and Phoebe and Cole were just so perfect. Their first meeting was electric and had her rewinding it over and over again. She wouldn't allow anyone to ruin this for her.

"I SAID, WHEN PHOEBE AND COLE BROKE UP!" Klaus raised his voice, his eyes gleamed in amusement. Jerk. Samira glared up at him. Stupid tall person. Her brown eyes glinted under the moonlight, small flecks of light  made her eyes appear more beautiful. Silver hair framed her delicate face so her fierce glare was more on the cute side than anything. Klaus smirked. It was kind of cute how tough she thought she looked. Suddenly her eyes glazed over, her expression going slack. He recognized this look. It was the same way she looked when she had a vision in the diner.

Hayley was running like the very hounds of hell were at her heels. She stuck to the trees, using her surroundings to blend into the background. She kept low to the ground and used her legs to spring off the ground and over logs. She was fierce and wild. Samira could see them men most likely vampires by their speed, wandering around the area, trying to pinpoint her position. They hunted her like prey when she was a predator. Samira watched in awe as Hayley stalked one of them, waiting until he was alone and unguarded. Then she pounced. She ran light and fast up behind him. Hearing her, he spun to face her but it already too late. She hooked her arms around his neck and using his weight against him she spun him around, snapping his neck in the process. She didn't stop there, already running to take out her next opponent. She took out three others before she slowed down to take a breather.
Behind her a vampire stood tall. He was bigger and badder than any of the others. She didn't stand a chance.

"HAYLEY!" Samira yelled. She was pushed out of the bison and back into her body. She looked up to see Klaus look down at her with a confused look.

"What is it? What did you see?" Klaus asked.

"It's Hayley. She's in trouble. She managed to escape the clinic but these vampires cornered her. We have to go now." Samira pushed as much urgency into her voice as she could. If they didn't get to her soon, Hayley was done for. She didn't know her but she certainly didn't want her to die.

"Alright, let's go."

"Really?"

"Yes. If only to see if that vision of yours is the real deal or not. Hang on." Before she could say a word, Klaus picked her up, his strong hands coming under her knees and lifting her to his chest. She hooked her around around his neck. He peered down at her, a smirk playing on his lips.

"Don't let go." He said and they were off.
