Jacob and Jessica in Tessa's spare bedroom
"Hey." Jacob shyly smiles as he walks in.
"Hey, Jacob." Jessica gives him a bright smile. "Do you know where my sister is, I could use some of her help unpacking the rest of my stuff."
"She went on a walk, she needed some fresh air but I can help you." Jacob offered.
Jessica looked down at her clothes then back up at him. "Sure. Thanks."
"No problem." He nods with a warming smile.
Jacob would fold Jessica's clothes and hand it to her so she can put it in the drawers. It took them a good while but honestly they were enjoying each other's company...maybe a little too much.
Jacob would once in a while stare at her with a hidden smile as she'd pull stuff out from her luggage. When she'd catch him both of them would blush.
Seeming as Jacob is 26, him and Jessica are only three years apart. She's obviously older but Jacob didn't seem to mind. Deep down he knew he'd never be able to get to Tessa, she was too in love with Ian. But to Jacob it seemed like he found someone else that he fancied.
Jessica handed Jacob the last pair of jeans and he shoved it nicely in the drawer. Jessica zipped up the suitcase and put it in the corner of the bedroom.
"Thank you for your help." Jessica giggled nervously. "I don't think I would've been able to do all of that in only 20 minutes.
"Hey, anytime." Jacob chuckles standing up.
Jessica smiled and went to go sit on her temporary bed. Jacob sighed as he looked around the room. "Is there anything else you need me for?"
"Um...well, maybe one thing." Jessica smiled bitting her lip. She then motioned for Jacob to sit next her.
He did as she insisted. Jacob wasn't quite sure why she's calling him over but he did it in curiosity and maybe hopes something can happen between them.
Jessica pulled a piece of hair behind her ear. "Do you really like my sister?"
Jacob was kind of shocked at how forward she was with that question. "Yeah, I mean she obviously doesn't like me back but..." He let out a nervous chuckle.
"Well, I don't know if you know but I'm very blunt." Jessica slightly smirked. "I can tell my sister only thinks of you as a friend." Jacob lightly frowned at that. "But I on the other hand find you very attractive."
Jacob was actually shocked. "Wow, uh, thank you."
"But as a lawyer I can tell that you're hiding something very deep from my sister and you're afraid to tell her." She smirked.
Jacob was even more shocked. "How did you-"
"What can I say, I'm good at my job." She giggled pushing hair behind her shoulder. "So what is it that you're hiding in that pretty little head of yours?"
Jacob glanced at the door way afraid that Tessa would randomly pop inside and hear everything. "As you know already, I kissed her in her trailer, Nikki Reed was there, took a picture and showed Ian and he was convinced that Tessa's the one who kissed me, right?" Jessica nodded meaning for him to continue. "Well, that's not the truth." He sighed. "I did confess my feelings and I was the one who kissed her and there's even video proof. Nikki was scared that she wouldn't take a picture at the right moment so she took a video instead and took out the part where our lips were together but she kept the video."
"Wait." Jessica held up a finger. "Do you have that video?"
"Yeah."
Jessica's eyes widen. "Well, what are you waiting for? We have to show Ian."
"A part of me doesn't want to but at the same time I can't stop feeling guilty." Jacob looks down in disappointment.
"The guilt isn't worth it, Jacob." Jessica says as she places her hand over his. He looks up at her and she smiles. "Tessa deserves to be happy and that baby deserves it's dad."
Jacob looked at each of her eyes one by one nodding. "You're right, we have to go show him."
"Great!" She grins jumping up off the bed. "Do you know where he is?"
"He's staying at Nikki's house." Jacob also gets off the bed.
"Well do you know where she lives?" She raises her eyebrows.
Jacob graves his phone from the nightstand that he put there when he went to help Jessica with her luggage. "Yeah, I think so. Come on, I'll drive."
Jessica smiles with a little blush. She follows him out to his car and they head off to go try and save Tessa and Ian's relationship.

knock. knock. knock.
Jessica and Jacob waited a few seconds before Nikki opened the door.
"Hi, Jacob!" She smiled but it then dropped as she looked over at Jessica. "Who are you?"
"Tessa's big sister." Jessica sent her a sarcastic smile crossing her arms. "We need to talk to Ian."
Nikki furrows her brows looking between the two of them. "What for? Is everything okay?"
"I can't lie anymore, Nikki." Jacob says sternly. "I love Tessa but she loves Ian and he deserves to know the truth."
Nikki keeps on her clueless act. "I don't know what you're talking about, sorry."
"The video." Jacob crosses his arms.
"We won't let you lie and make my sister look like the guilty one." Jessica raises her voice slightly.
Nikki looked back and faintly saw Ian's figure in the kitchen, he was taking out stuff to make a salad. She looked back at the two and gave them a bitter smile. "Sorry, don't know what either of you are talking about." She went to close the door but Jacob put his foot between it not allowing the door to go any further.
"Nikki, it's not time to play stupid." Jacob clenches his teeth. "Let. Us. In."
"No." She growls forcefully trying to slam the door not caring that his foot was there.
Jessica wasn't having it and with all her strength she pushed back the door which made Nikki also fumble back. She burst inside and sped over to the kitchen at the end of the floor where she heard cupboards opening and closing.
"Ian Somerhalder." She called to him as his back was turned.
Ian turned around in sort of shock as to why a random girl is in here...with Jacob. "Can I help you?"
"This woman that you call your "friend" is a liar." Jessica snapped. She pulled Jacob's phone out from his hand and walked over to Ian, playing the video on full volume.
On the Video:
Tessa and Nikki were both entering Tessa's trailer and Tessa gasped once she saw Jacob.
"Jacob, god you scared me." Tessa nervously chuckled.
"Sorry." He smiles nervously.
Tessa furrowed her brows placing her trailer keys on her vanity. "How did you even get in here."
"I asked Gary to open it for me." He meant the set janitor, he has all the keys.
"Um...okay." Tessa nods. "Why exactly are you in here?"
"I needed to talk to you before you headed home." Jacob explained.
Tessa glanced at Nikki behind the camera, not knowing Nikki was filming at all, and Nikki just shrugged. Tessa looked back at Jacob and gave him a small smile. "What's up?"
"I, um...I love you."
"What?!" She widened her eyes, her mouth hung open.
"I know we haven't been so close lately and I know you have a boyfriend but...but I just had to say it. I love you, Tessa." He looked at Tessa right in the eyes.
"Jacob." Tessa sighs shaking her head.
"Tessa." Jacob takes a step towards her placing a hand on her cheek.
"Whatever you're doing stop." Tessa looks at him sternly.
He starts to lean his head in and it's visible that Tessa starts to panic.
Jacob pressed his lips against Tessa's hard. She pulled back almost immediately and pushed him back. "What are you doing?! Jacob I have a boyfriend!"
"I know, and I'm sorry." He sighed nodding. "But I wouldn't forgive myself if I didn't at least try to express how I feel."
Tessa glances over at Nikki unsure of what to do.
"Jacob, I'm sorry but I don't like you like that." She shakes her head taking a few steps back. "I love Ian. You're my friend and I love you as a friend, that's it."
Jacob sighs looking down at the ground. Tessa presses her hand against her forehead and lets out a deep breath. "Please leave."
Jacob looks at her one more time with a tight lipped smile before nodding and walking out the trailer door.
The camera kept filming but the screen went black, only audio available.
"Tessa, are you okay?"
"What just happened?" Tessa's voice cracks, anyone can hear that she was scared.
"He kissed you." Nikki giggled. "It was wrong of him but can you really blame him for expressing his feelings?"
"No." Tessa sniffled.
"I'm sorry about what happened." Nikki sighed sounding very fake. "I hope you don't mind but I have to start heading home...I'll talk to you tomorrow, okay?"
Tessa sounds like she was being choked, she was about to cry but help it in. "Thank you."
"No problem." Nikki said before the video ended.
End of Video.
Ian looked up from his phone at Jessica and Jacob. "She wasn't lying...she never kissed you first."
Jacob shook his head without hesitation. "It was me. Nikki and I had a plan to break you two up so I can get her and she can have you."
"You have feelings for me?" Ian furrowed his brows looking over at Nikki who was biting her nails across the kitchen.
"Maybe."
"You made me hate my own girlfriend." Ian rose his voice. "I believed you when she was the one I should've been believing."
Jessica looked over at him. "There's still time to save your relationship."
"Where's Tessa?" Ian locked eyes with her.
"She went for a walk." Jacob bud in. "She should be home by now."
Ian nodded his head sending him a thank you. Even though it was partly Jacob's fault he's just thankful that he admitted to what he did. Ian brushed past Nikki not forgetting to send her a glare and run out the door.
He jumped inside his car and sped as fast as he could back to his old house. Ian was so nervous. He just took the hypocrite's side instead of his own girlfriends...he wouldn't blame Tessa if she didn't want him back.
Ian finally reached his old home seeming as it was only 6 minutes away. He rushed out of the car and pulls out the key he still had for the house. Ian quickly unlocked the door and rushed inside without warning.
"Tessa!" Ian called out breathing heavily.
"Ian?" She shouted from the bathroom. In shock, Tessa rushed out in her pyjamas and her eyes widened. "What are you doing here?"
"I know everything." He sighed running up to her and immediately smacking his lips in hers. At first Tessa was completely frozen at Ian's lips in hers but as he caressed her cheeks with his hands she soothed into it and put her arms around his neck.
Ian slowly pulled back. "I'm so sorry, Tess. I should've always believed you." He sighed caressing her hair.
"How did you know it wasn't me who kissed Jacob?" Tessa furrowed her eyebrows.
He let out a small chuckle realizing it was Jacob himself who rat himself out. "Your sister and Jacob. I don't know what made them do it but I'm glad they did." Ian looked Tessa in the eyes and sighed happily pressing his lips to hers again. "I'm so sorry, Tess."
"It's okay." She lightly smiles holding him as close to her as possible. "You were hurt. I would've done the same thing."
Ian shook his head. "I should've believed you."
"Ian, it's okay." Tessa giggled. "You're here now, that's all that matters."
"I love you." Ian chuckles with a light sob.
"We love you too." Tessa smiled.
Ian furrowed his brows extremely confused. "We?"
Tessa's smile grew wider as she pulled back and lifted up her shirt a little showing the small bump she had. "We."
"No..." Ian's eyes widened and he placed a hand on her belly. "Are you-"
"Yes." Tessa nodded with a little giggle.
"How long?" He looked up at her.
"Exactly two months." She smiled. "I found out when I was in Toronto."
Ian was so shocked. A huge grin suddenly appeared on his face and he went to peck Tessa's cheek. "This is crazy. I already love this baby."
"It loves its daddy too." Tessa giggled.
"When do we find out the gender?"
Tessa pulled down her shirt. "In about two months."
"Oh my God we have to get a bigger house." Ian started rambling. "The baby's gonna need a nursery...a place to play...a big closet..."
"We'll look for something." Tessa nodding assuring him.
Ian looked at her in awe. He was so happy to have her back and now have a baby in a few months. This was all insane to him but he wouldn't want it any other way.
