When it was clear that Rias' peerage was too weak to handle Tannin Xiao and Ganyu asked to be allowed to jump in to which Azazel and Ray allowed as the two smiled as they suddenly jumped over as Xiao summoned a spear as Ganyu summoned a bow that were both unique in design as they slammed into Tannin as he roared in shock as the others were shocked as suddenly Xiao summoned a mask over his face as he roared in rage and began to attack Tannin with incredible speed and power as Tannin could barely keep up as Ganyu focused her energy in her left hand as she spun and launched it upwards as a white sphere formed above Tannin as ice spears rain down on him as he roared in pain as eventually both Ray and Azazel stopped then before they truly hurt Tannin as Azazel explained what was going as everyone was slightly ashamed that they were so weak compared to Ray and the others as training so began for them while Xiao, Ray, and Ganyu began decorating the halls with the flowers as they waited for the other's training to end as Ray met Sirzechs as the two got along quite well
Time flew by quickly for Ray and his children as the day of the party arrived as the three were dressed accordingly
The three along with Rias' and Sona's peerage were on guard duty as Sirzechs had asked Ray if he and his children were willing to as Ray agreed
Ray was with Rias and Issei when they were approach by an old man that was later revealed to be Odin as later his body guards arrived however Ray was only interested in one of them as the two made eye contact as everyone noticed
Ray: Sophia it's been awhile hasn't it...

Everyone was shocked that these two knew each other as Akeno who heard from a short way away grew a bit jealous of the girl as the two continued to stare at each other when suddenly the Drain Spear and a floating book appeared in front of Sophia as everyone could tell it was a scared gear Rias and Issei left to chase after Koneko when the two turned to face a Loki who just appeared
Odin: Loki what are you doing!?
Loki: I will not allow you to make a treaty with this lesser mythology
The foolish god continued to rant on when suddenly everyone heard words that shocked them except for Ray
Ray: Primordial Dragon Balance Breaker!
Sophia: Apocalypse Dragon Balance Breaker!
Ray's armor appeared on him as Sophia also had armor on her
(Has wings similar to Vali's and Ray's except the wing color is gold and it doesn't have a sword)
Akeno: She's one of the Nine!?
Loki stared at the two Emperors when suddenly Rias, Koneko, and Issei in his completed Balance Breaker appeared as he flew up between Ray and Sophia as Akeno explained everything to them as they were shocked as they now know four of the Nine Dragon Emperors
Right when the three Emperors were about to attack the foolish god he was sealed and teleported away as the Emperors were confused but powered down as the plan was explained to them as Sona, Tsubaki, Saji, and Rias' peerage minus Gasper and Asia, as Irina, Rossweisse, Ray, his children, and Sophia would fight him as they were teleported to where Loki was as he broke free of his prison as he was enraged as the three Emperors went straight into their Balance Breaker forms as Ray chose to actually use his sword this time as they charged him as the others readied themselves
Ray and Sophia attacked Loki from both sides as he blocked them both with both his hand which was coated in anti ability magic as Issei attacked from the front as he was blocked by a barrier as they all felt their abilities being temporarily sealed away
All: What!?
Loki: She warned me of the Nine and thus gave me the tools to beat you
Ray's eyes widened as he growled as he slowly began to push Loki's arm back which caused him to turn his attention to Ray
Ray: SHE!? Are you talking that self proclaimed Goddess!?
Loki smirked as he was informed of Ray's distaste for the Unknown Goddess as he was told to use this to his advantage
Loki: Yes
Before anyone could react Ray's magical energy exploded to heights not seen before not even by his children as the other two Emperors were blown away as Ray roared in rage as the anger and hatred everyone felt before was back however these emotions felt even stronger than ever before
Ray: I'll kill you and once I draw her out...I KILL HER IN THE MOST PAINFUL WAY POSSIBLE!!!
Suddenly Ray kicked Loki into a nearby mountain and chased after him
The smoke was blown away from Loki as Ray suddenly flew up shocking everyone as Ray stared down at Loki
Ray: Meteor Impact!
Suddenly behind Ray a massive meteorite flew pass him towards Loki as Loki stared at it wide eyed
Loki: What!?
Loki was crushed under the size of the massive ball of rock as he released his magic to stop himself from further harm as he glared up at Ray however he then soon began to laugh
Loki: So then you're a halfbreed hahaha how amusing
Everyone was shocked by what they heard as Akeno stared up at Ray in confusion
Ray: Speak another word and I'll have your tongue!
Loki: Hahaha you're a demigod just like Sophia hahaha in fact all of the remaining Dragon Emperors are demigods hahaha hell Sophia is a Norse demigod, the daughter of one my fellow Norse
Ray was about to charge when suddenly he was chained to the ground as he was sent crashing down unable to move as everyone stared in shock at Sophia who looked down not denying what Loki said and confirming that she is the human child of a Norse God
Loki: And I know exactly who you are...runaway son of Artemis!
Ray's eyes glared up at Loki as everyone was completely taken aback by this as Artemis was known as the man hating Goddess as well as a maiden goddess there was no way she would have a child with a man but Loki continued
Loki: There's more than one way to conceive a child when one is a God, Ray is a brain child, born from Artemis' very thoughts thus remaining a maiden but still having a child, so she could raise the perfect man, a man far different from the rest of the world her perfect ideal man that will lead to better world for women hahaha she and her foolish ideals make me sick!
Ray: Shut up...
Loki looked at the boy as the chains were beginning to crack
Loki: What was that boy

Ray was now standing up as he fought against the chains as they cracked even more
Ray: She is one of the strongest Olympians
The chain around Ray's waist shattered
Ray: She was also the kindest to me and my sisters, her hunters
The chain around Ray's left leg shattered as everyone stood amazed at the sight before them
Ray: My mother loved me with all of her heart, my sisters all loved and took care of me when she was away and I love them as well
The chain around Ray's right arm shattered
Ray: The day she attacked was the day I snuck away from my family because of two people, two girls I befriended
The chain around Ray's throat shattered
Ray: The day that heartless unknown goddess killed my friends was the day I ran away to avenge them
The chains on Ray's wings shattered as they began to glow a bright crimson color
Ray: I am the Son of Artemis the Goddess of the Moon, brother of the hunters of Artemis and I am the Black Dragon Emperor!
The chains on Ray's left arm and right leg shattered as his magical energy began to grow as in another part of the world a women with silver eyes and silver hair turned in the direction of Ray as she looked shocked by the energy she is feeling as it is familiar but stronger than she remembers

Ray glared down as now his eyes were a beautiful silver color af Loki who was smirking as Ray began to chant
Ray: I, who is about to awaken
Am the heavenly dragon who has stolen the principals of Destruction from God,
I bring about the end of civilizations, and I will make way for a new world,

Ray was consumed by his magic energy as he began to transform as the magic surrounding him disappeared to reveal his new form
