Scrooge is like Picard.
This takes place in the Star Galaxy as My Little Effect.
The Galactic Alliance Youth program is basically like the Star Trek Version of Junior Woodchucks found by both Isabella Finch & Clinton Coot.
This may be darker then some of my previous books.

There's a character named Stephanie Waddlemyer who is Gosalyn great grandmother (fun fact Stephanie is the first name of Gos Voice Actress in the Ducktales reboot.)
There's a character named Christine Mallard who is related to Drake but she's not his mom but his aunt there are two versions of her in this story. (Christine is the first name of Gosalyn VA in the original Darkwing Duck show who die in 2014.)
