*Serena's POV*
We are now sitting in the audience seats and by we, I mean Dawn, Shauna, May, Clemont and Bonnie. Brock and Iris and Misty. Misty was selected for the third round but she ended up getting late and got disqualified. We are now waiting for the next announcement of the battle.
Dawn: When is it going to start?
Brock: Soon, Dawn. Have patience.
Shauna: They will begin soon.
The host: Hello! Ladies and Gentlemen The next battle is between Ash and Paul!
Misty: This battle is going to be interesting...
Clemont: I wonder which pokemon they will choose.
Brock: Probably Ash will choose Infernape and Paul will choose Electivire.
Dawn: Hmm..
*Serena's POV ends*
(Ash and Paul enter the large battlefield. Both stand determined, ready to win the battle.)
Referee: This is a 3v3 battle between Ash from Pallet town and Paul from the Sinnoh region. There will be no substitutions. Let the battle begin!
Ash: Pikachu, I choose you!
(Pikachu jumps from Ash's shoulder and lands on the ground.)
Paul: Weavile, Let's go!
The Host: So, Ash has chosen an electric type pokemon Pikachu and Paul has chosen a dark type Pokemon Weavile!
Ash: Pikachu, Use Tackle!
Paul: Dodge and Use Dark pulse!
(Weavile dodges the attack and makes a dark purple ball with his hand and throws it towards Pikachu. It hits him but the attack was not that effective.)
Ash: Alright, Now use Electroweb!
Pikachu: Pikaa!
(Pikachu runs towards Weavile and makes a yellow and white ball on his tail and throws it towards weavile. It dodges it.)
Paul: Use slash.
Ash: Dodge and Quick attack combo!
(Pikachu sprints towards weavile and dodges each of its attack.)
Paul: *hmm.. He is stronger than before..*
Paul: Weavile, Use hyperbeam!
(Weavile starts to make a orange beam with his hands and shoots it towards Pikachu.)
Ash: Quick attack to dodge it!
(As the hyper beam shoots straight at the mouse pokemon he dodges it and sprints towards weavile. He hits him hard.)
Paul: Fury swipe!
Ash: Dodge and use thunderbolt!
(Weavile draws out his sharp nails and runs towards pikachu who dodges it and shoots a thunderbolt at him. Weavile falls down fainted.)
Referee: Weavile is unable to battle that means Pikachu wins! Paul please send out your next pokemon.
Paul: Return, Weavile. Drapion, Win this for us !
Ash: Drapion, huh?
The host: So, Paul has chosen Drapion! Ash still has Pikachu!
Referee: Battle begin!
Ash: Use Thunderbolt!
Paul: Dodge it and use Poison sting!
(Pikachu shoots a thunderbolt at Drapion who manages to dodge it and throw small sharp thorns which contained poison in them. Pikachu was unable to dodge it and falls down, poisoned.)
Pikachu: Pikaa.....
Ash: Are you alright, Pikachu?
Pikachu: Pika..ika.....
Paul: Here's our chance, Finish this with Hyper beam!
(Drapion shoots a orange beam at pikachu who was hurt and severely poisoned. It hits him.)
Ash: Pikachu, No!
(Pikachu falls down, fainted.)
Referee: Pikachu is unable to battle that means Drapion wins! Ash Ketchum please send out your next pokemon.
Ash: Pikachu, Have a good rest.
Pikachu: Pikapi.....pikachu...(Ash, I am sorry..)
Ash: It's alright, pikachu... You did well...
(Ash gently puts Pikachu in his bag.)
Ash: Staraptor, I choose you!
(Ash lets Staraptor out.)
The host: Ash has chosen Staraptor now!
Referee: May the battle begin!
Paul: Drapion Poison sting!
Ash: Staraptor, Use gust To throw them back!
(Drapion throws several poison thorns at Staraptor who flapped his wings and sent a heavy flow of air towards drapion so they got thrown back which hit Drapion who is now poisoned.)
Paul: No! Drapion!
(Drapion lies down fainted.)
Referee: Drapion is unable to battle that means Staraptor wins! Paul please send out your next pokemon.
The host: OhmyGod! Paul has only one pokemon left! Will this be good for Paul?
Paul: Return, you... Electivire, Let's go!
The host: Paul chose Electivire, an electric pokemon! Will this be good for Ash?
Referee: May the battle begin!
Ash: Staraptor, Use Wing attack!
Paul: Use thunder punch to block it off!
(Staraptor flies down towards Electivire whose fist is glowing yellow with electricity. The attacks collide, making an explosion. When the smoke clears., both pokemon are on the ground panting heavily.)
Ash: Can you battle still, Staraptor?
Staraptor: Starr.....
Paul: Get up and fight!
Electivire: Elec......
(They both stand in a battle stance.)
Paul: Use thunderbolt!
Ash: Dodge it!
(Electivire shoots a thunderbolt at Staraptor who is unable to dodge the attack and gets hit. He falls down, fainted.)
Ash: No, Staraptor!
Referee: Staraptor is unable to battle, that means Electivire wins! Ash Ketchum, please send out your next pokemon.
The host: Now both the trainers have only one pokemon left! Which pokemon will ash choose?
Ash: Infernape, I choose you!
(Infernape comes out pf his pokeball and stands in a battle stance.)
The host: So Ash has chosen an Infernape!
Paul: Electivire, Use thunderbolt!
Ash: Dodge it and use Flame charge!
(Elective shoots a thunderbolt at Infernape who dodged it and Used flame charge on Electivire. It hits Elective.)
Electivire: Elec....
Paul: Get up, quick!
Ash: Finish this mach punch!
(Infernape's paw turns white and he sprints towards Elective and hits him hard. Elective falls down, fainted.)
Referee: Electivire is unable to battle that meansInfernape wins! Ash Ketchum From Pallet town wins!
Paul: Return, Hmmph....
The host: That was awesome! Ash Ketchum now proceeds to the fourth round!
(Ash exits the battle stadium and goes to the locker room. There were his friends standing with smiles on their faces. rooting for him.)
Serena: Congrats, Ash!
Ash: Thanks!
Bonnie: You were Awesome!
Ash: Hehe, Thanks Bonnie!
