All the boys had introduced themselves to Dade.
Bella and Jacob had joined them.
"Why didn't you come here with anyone?" One of the boys asked Bella.
She opened her mouth but Jessica interrupted.
"Her date stood her up"
Dades eyesbrows farrowed and she stared at Bella.
"No, he didn't. He has to go out of town for a bit." Bella said staring at the ground embarrassed.
"Who was it?" Dade asked.
"Edward Cullen" Angela said shrugging.
Sam, the oldest one out of the boys, seemed to tense.
"The Cullens are freaks" Jared said.
Mike nodded. "You got that right"
Dade glared at Mike making him cower and stare down at the ground.
"They're actually really nice" Dade said.
The boys shrugged and shook they're heads.
"Yeah well the Cullens aren't allowed here." Sam said.
All of Dades friends turned and looked at her.
"What?" Jacob asked.
"Nothing" Eric said smirking at Dade.
Dade cleared her throat and looked at Bella and Jacob.
"Do you guys want to go for a walk or something?" She asked.
Bella nodded and Jacob followed the girls.
Dade stood next to Bella, Jacob was on Bellas other side.
"What did your friends mean, 'the Cullens aren't allowed here'?" Bella asked Jacob.
"You caught that?" He said.
Dade nodded. "Yeah your friend wasn't exactly quiet"
"Well its just some stupid legends." Jacob said.
This caught dades attention.
"What are they about?" She asked.
"They're kinda boring do you really want to hear about them?" Jacob asked.
Both girls nodded. Jacob chuckled.
"Okay well, apparently the Quileute Tribe has a sort of magic in them. In the legends we originated from wolves," Jacob laughed slightly.
Werewolves like Alice said.
"Anyways, the shifters, is what they were called. Well they found the Cullens hunting on our land, and they made a treaty. They can't come to our land. Apparently the Cullens are they're enimes. They're called 'the cold ones'" jacobs chuckled and shook his head.
"I thought the Cullens just moved here?" Bella asked.
"Or moved back" Jacob said.
Bella seemed deep in thought.
"Anyways its just a bunch of crap" Jacob said.
Dade forced a smile. "Yeah probably"
Dade rode with the rest of them in Tylers car on the way home.
Bella immetaily ran up to her room leaving Dade standing in the hallway.
"Well so much for hanging out" she mumbled.
She took her shoes and coat off and walked upstairs,
She opened the door and plopped down on her bed sighing.
Her mind drifted to that morning, sitting with Alice, walking with Jasper, her mom...

Memorys that Dade had spent so long trying to block out filled her mind.
Memorys of their life before she went crazy.

Dade tried to visualise what he use to look like.
A skinny cat with soft fur. Such soft fur. She use to run her chubby little fingers through it while it sleeped and
She would giggle.
His soft caramel fur. And he had spots. White spots. She would spend every night staring at them.
"How many are there mommy?" Dade asked rubbing her eyes. It had been almost an hour and she refused to sleep; she needed to know how many there were. How many spots.
"I don't know, i think a thousand" her mother said smiling.
The toddler gasped. "A thousand? Thats alot." She stated petting the sleeping cat.
"It is. But you know what? Mister pebbles has alot more." Her mother said pointing towards the black and white cat that rested on the toddlers feet.
"Mommy?" She said tiredly.
"Yes honey?"
"Eli's big brother said mr.pebbles isn't real."
The older woman smiled and tucked a strand of her red hair behind her ear.
"He is. But Eli's brother can't see him, you know why?"
"Why?" Dade asked tiredly her eyelids drooping.
"Because he isn't special like you." The older woman said placing a kiss on the young girls forehead. She tucked Dade in and turned off the light.
"Good night Dade" the older woman said smiling.
Dade sat up gasping.
It felt like she had some type of vision.
She placed a hand on her chest, taking deep breaths.
She touched her hair with her finger tips and stared down at it.
Her mother had red hair just like her.
Dade let out a quiet sob. Her arms wrapped around herself, she buried her head in her pillow.
Tears poured down her face soaking the pillow. She closed them, crying quietly.
Her hands shook and her chest hurt.
But she didn't stop. She couldn't stop.
She buried her face into her pillow and screamed. Her nails dug into her palms, so hard it made them bleed.
She cried hard for the first time in years.
"Why did you leave me? Why? Why!" She screamed into the pillow.
You never cared about me! Why would you leave your five year old daughter in this cruel world by herself?
Dade shakily took a breath. "Your selfish. Your so so selfish" she whispered staring at her ceiling.
Bella knocked on the door.
Dade ignored her and stared at her ceiling.
Bella knocked again before she sighed and gave up. She was probably asleep or something.
Dade heard Bella walk to her room.
Her phone rung but she ignored it.
It was probably Alice. And if Dade did ignore it Alice would just climb through her window.
A few minutes later Dade heard a car pulled in. She sat up and looked at her clock.
Charlie wasn't suppose to be home at this time.
She stared at the clock confused before she laid back down in bed.
"Alice? Jasper?" Dade heard Bella say down stairs.
Dades eyebrows farrowed.
She sat up and walked towards her mirror.
"Oh god i look like shit" she mumbled.
She quickly brushed her hair and wiped her smudged makeup away as best as she could.
Within a few seconds she heard a knock at her door.
"Come in" she said.
Dade was pulled into a hug immediately.
"I'm late. I'm sorry i could have been there to distract you" Alice said.
"Sorry Dade we drove as fast as we could over here." Jaspers voice said.
Dade hugged them back.
"It's fine. I probably would have broken down at some point" Dade said.
The two Vampires pulled away.
"Dade we might of found out something very important" Alice said.
"What?" Dade asked.
Jasper turned his head towards the doorway.
"No time to explain. Your sisters coming" he said.
Dade opened her mouth to say something but shut it.
Dade could hear Bella's footsteps coming towards her door.
She knocked twice before Alice opened it.
Bella anxiously glanced around at Jasper and Alice.
"Dade can i talk to you for a minute? Alone." She said.
"Uh yeah sure." Bella grabbed Dades hand and pulled her into her room.
"So what did you want to talk about?" Dade asked.
"The Cullens." Bella said lowering her voice.
"They're Vampires." Bella said.
Dade stood frozen stareing at Bella in shock.
Bella stepped away and bit her lip.
"You don't believe me." Bella said.
Dade snapped out of her shock and grabbed Bella's wrist.
"Bella i do. I do okay? There's just something i need to tell you"
Bella nodded. "Okay go on"
"I'm dating Alice."
Bella stared at her sister with wide eyes.
"What? But you knew she was a..." Bella trailed off.
"You don't care its a girl?"
Bella shook her head and let out a nervous laugh.
"No no! I don't care. But you did know what they were?"
Dade opened her mouth to answer but Jasper and Alice opened Bella's door and stepped in.
"Oh well thats great she knows. Atleast you support Dade" Alice said cheerfully but it sounded like she was rushing.
Bella stood there in shock.
"You knew? You knew?" She said raising her voice at Dade.
Dade grimaced. "Yes i did. And i would've told you but it wasn't my secret to tell."
"Bella we need you to come with us." Alice said grabbing Dades hand.
Jasper stood there stiff as a board.
His eyes looked pained.
Dade wrapped her arm around his shoulder or tried to.
"It'll be alright Jasper." She whispered.
Bella stood in shock before she rushed out the doorway to follow them.
"Why are we rushing out the doorway?" Bella whispered to Dade.
Dade shrugged. "I don't know."
Bella and Dade sat in the back of the car while Jasper and Alice sat in the front.
The entire ride Alice and Jasper stayed silent.
Dade and Bella kept gripping the door handle thanks to Alice's extremely fast driving.
When they arrived at the Cullen house Bella gasped quietly.
"Its beautiful."
Dade nodded a small smile on her face.
"I know." Alice wrapped her arms around both girls waists.
"Cmon no time to talk" she said rushing them inside the house.
All the Cullens were sitting in the living room deep in conversation.
Edward was the first to notice Bella.
"Why is she here?" He asked worried.
"Yeah why are Bella and Me here?" Dade asked making everyone turn there attention to her.
Bella stood there awkwardly and nervous.
"It was important. You'll understand soon girls." Jasper said.
Carlisle was the first to walk over to Bella and introduce himself.
"Hello Bella. Its nice seeing you again." He said politely smiling.
Bella nodded her eyes still wide.
Edward appeared at her side in minutes. He stared at her in concern.
"Are you alright Bella?" He asked.
Bella nodded.
"Can you guys just tell us why you dragged us here?" Dade asked.
Esme appeared at Dade and Bella's side and took them to the couch.
"Well this is about Dade, so Dade if you want Bella to know what it is then she can stay. If you don't..."
"I'll take her to my room" Edward said hopefully.
Bella blushed.
Rosalie glared at Bella while Emmett smirked at Edward and Bella.
Dade glanced at her sister.
"What exactly is it about?" She asked.
Alice leaned down and whispered in her ear. "Your mother"
Dade gulped and glanced at Bella.
"I don't want to keep anything from you anymore. She can stay." Dade said.
Alice held Dades hand.
"Okay then. Dade Alice told us about this morning, and we noticed something about what you said about your mother." Carlisle said.
Dade bit her lip and glanced at Bella who was confused.
"My real mother Bella." She explained.
"Oh okay." Bella said nodding.
Edward led Bella to the couch next to Dade and sat down.
"You said she went crazy?" Carlisle asked.
Dade nodded. She fought the tears that threatened to fall from her eyes.
"And she saw ghosts?" Esme said.
Dade nodded slowly putting the pieces together.
"She was a Necromancer, wasn't she?"
