Isaac watched from his tablet as William rushed into his library where Eve was sitting near the fireplace with a book in hand. He had cameras installed in every nook and cranny of his friends offices the moment he realized they were interested in his girl.

He couldn't help but laugh when he realized William actually believed Genevieve was playing with herself.

She's a good girl, she won't touch herself without my permission.

The thought settled Issac's nerves some but not much. There was anger fuming within him, an anger he rarely felt. He despised Eve being alone with William. Or any other male for that matter. Issac hated the lack of time he spent with her.

Genevieve Walker was like a dream.

She was smart, dainty, kind, and innocent.

Just his type.

Unfortunately for Issac, she was also Nicholas and William's type as well.

He growled as he continued to watch from his tablet. William was showing Eve a book, and she looked intrigued. Although Issac could feel his patience wearing thin, he knew he had to follow the plan in order for things to work in his favor.

There was a sudden knock at his office door, interrupting Issac's little show.

"What?"
He snapped, turning in his chair so he was now facing the two large doors of his office. The doors opened and Kate scurried in like a terrified mouse.

Issac couldn't help but smirk, he enjoyed playing games with people.

"So? Anything I should know?"
He questioned the timid girl.

Kate kept her eyes on her shoes as she answered his question,
"T-There's a boy...he likes her...and she seems to like him."

Immediately, Issac stood from his chair and approached Kate. She took steps back until her back was against a wall, leaving her no where to run.

"What do you mean she likes him?"
Issac growled, the last thing he needed right now was another male going after what was his.

Especially a student.

Kate stammered, the fear in her voice was evident,
"T-They plan on hanging out, I'm not sure when-"

Her words were cut shorts by Issac's fists going through the walls beside her head. She cried out in fear but he ignored her as he felt his rage taking over him.

'I need to make a move, make myself more known to her.'
His thoughts raced as he paced back and fourth, completely disregarding the blood all over his hand from punching through the wall.

Issac preferred to take things slow, almost like a game. After all, slow and steady wins the race. But he also knew his end goal was to have Eve as his own. Which also happened to be the goal of Nicholas as well as William.

And now, apparently, a boy.

Issac chuckled darkly when he realized just how mad little miss Genevieve was driving him. He had always been a bit obsessive in past relationships, Issac was fully aware that he was somewhat of a control freak.

But Eve brought out a whole new side of him, almost primal.

"Hmm well it seems I'll need to be making my darling girl a visit. Where will she be this evening?"

Kate's eyes went wide as she stammered,
"I-I'm not sure-"

Slamming his hand down on the surface of his desk caused Kate to jump out of fear.

"Then find out! Do your fucking job or should I make a phone call to your father? Hmm? Tell him how his little princess enjoys doing drugs rather than attending classes!"

Kate scurried out of his office as if satan himself was chasing her. Issac couldn't help the smile that formed on his face. He knew he was being harsh, perhaps even a bit cruel.

But he knew in the long run it would be worth it. To have a bit of peace in what has been a pretty dark life for him.

To have Eve...it will all be worth it.

"Remember, you are always welcomed to come and read or even relax here anytime."
William smiled towards Eve as he locked the door the his classroom, checking to make sure it was locked for the night.

Eve smiled back, she couldn't believe she had spent the past few hours with her English professor, reading in his secret room.

A room that he trusted her with.

"Haha now you're in trouble. You won't be able to get rid of me."
Eve giggled, she could feel her crush for Professor Archibald grow with each passing second.

And since he had been nothing but kind to her, she figured they could be friends at the very least. Eve knew he was probably just trying to be supportive and nice since she was the youngest in his class. But she couldn't help but wonder if there was another reason Professor Archibald had taken a special interest in her.

'What if he's just like Dean Harrington?"

The question coursed through her mind but she quickly dismissed it. She, herself, wasn't even sure what Dean Harrington wanted from her. Eve felt she would never know since he seemed to be avoiding her like the plague now.

"I would never want to get rid of you."
William's eyes nearly twinkled as he looked at her.

Eve felt her cheeks grow warm and tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear while smiling up at him.

"Thanks again, I really appreciate you allowing me in your space."
Her voice was soft and Eve felt as if she was in a dream while she and Professor Archibald walked towards the main exit of the building.

There were only a few students around as well as a few staff members who seemed to be locking up their offices and classrooms for the day.

"Again, your company was delightful and I hope you will come read with me some more. Do you have anything fun planned for this evening?"
Although William seemed calm, cool, and collected his mind was racing.

This day with Genevieve had been amazing and he was not ready for it to end. Perhaps she could offer to buy her dinner or even walk her back to her dorm to make sure she makes it in safely.

'THINK WILLIAM! THINK!'

"Nope! I'll probably just head back to my room and study."
Eve knew she was lying about the studying part. Her plan for the night was to lay in bed and replay everything that happened between her and Professor Archibald. Perhaps, she'll imagine he kissed her...a girl can dream.

"Well if you aren't too busy, perhaps-"
William began to ask Eve to accompany him to dinner until a familiar voice called out for him.

"William, surprise to see you're still here this late."
The sound of Nicholas Harrington's deep voice filled the nearly empty corridor.

Eve felt the hairs on the back of her neck rise and her spin tingle slightly. She could feel Nicholas's presence behind her and listened carefully as his footsteps approached.

As Nicholas Harrington approached William and the petite woman he was speaking with, he soon recognized the gentle smell of warm vanilla and realized the young woman was Genevieve.

He inwardly cursed as every sense within his body awakened upon realizing she was now in his presence. Nicholas had been avoiding Genevieve like the plague ever since the other day at his home.

He hated the lack of control he felt when she was around. So he decided to completely avoid her in order to prevent anything from happening.

Even though he hated being apart from her even more.

Nicholas cleared his throat while sending Eve a curt nod,
"I'm sorry for interrupting. William, perhaps you could join me in my office?"

Eve didn't bother to look at Dean Harrington. He hadn't even acknowledged her as if she didn't exist. Eve couldn't help the uncomfortable egg that had formed in her throat along with the painful feeling of rejection.

What did she ever do to him?

William opened his mouth to reject Nicholas's invitation but Eve quickly interrupted by giving William a sad smile,
"That's alright, Professor Archibald. Thank you so much for today, means the world. I'll see you in class!"

Eve tried her hardest to sound chipper and upbeat as she sent William one last smile and turned on her heel to exit the main hall, completely ignoring Nicholas.

William Archibald felt the entire universe was against him. He had been so close to having more alone time with Eve, until Nic decided to make an appearance.

"I see you haven't backed off. I'm assuming Issac is still taking part in this little game?"
Nicholas said coldly as the pair walked in the direction of his office.

William chuckled dryly,
"I told you what I wanted, I also informed you I have no intention of giving up."

Nicholas only nodded silently which set William on edge. He hated how head strung his friend could be sometime. Nicholas wanted Eve just as bad as he and Issac but he chooses to act like god as if he isn't just ask sick and twisted like the rest of them.

Upon arriving to his office they both immediately went to the liquor cabinet, pouring themselves a drink. William took his usual spot on the loveseat and lit a cigarette.

Whereas, Nicholas stood near the fire place, watching the flames dance before him while he nursed his drink.

"I need your help William."
Nicholas spoke, his voices rasped a bit as if wounded.

William drew a hit from his cigarette and raised a brow towards Nicholas's direction,

"With what, mate?"

There were a few moments of silence among the men. The only sounds were the crackling of the fire along with the ticking of the old grandfather clock.

Until Nicholas sighed, his shoulders slumped slightly on defeat as he turned to face his dearest friend,
"I want her so bad, that it's ripping my insides apart as times goes. I know as an individual I am not able to give her all she deserves. She needs someone who is emotionally available and able to nurture her feelings too."

"What are you trying to say Nic?"
William asked aloud, but he already knew the answer.

"I want to share her."
