Sirius headcanons

• shortest marauder (except for Pete)
• James' parent got him his leather jackets the first Christmas he spent with them
• the potters immediately took him in after his parents disowned him
• fell in love with doc Martins when he first saw Remus wearing them
• if he had trouble sleeping he would wake Remus up to go on night walks around the school grounds
• had James pierce his ear in the dorms on his 13th birthday
• he's a lightweight but doesn't like to admit it
• he's actually very smart but doesn't try hard in his lessons
• no matter how hot it would be outside he would always wear his leather jacket became it made him look 'punk rock'
• for this same reason he would never wear enough layers during the winter months
• he was one of the first people to figure out about Remus' condition but didn't confront him because he wanted to wait until Remus trusted him enough to tell him himself
• he would read to Remus after the full moons when he would be too tired to keep his eyes open
• he wasn't actually the 'man whore' everyone made him out to be and had no idea where he even got the title
• he wasn't on the quidditch team until the end of his time at hogwarts
• even when he wasn't on the team he would get up early to train with James because he knew how important it was to him
• he always put the marauders before himself
