Ariana
"Ariana!" I heard the voice of my father. I thought I was tripping though.
I thought it was a dream but once I heard him call out for me again, I knew this shit was reality.
My eyes shot open and I was laying naked on Dave's chest. My heart dropped to my ass as he peacefully slept through my father's yelling.
"Who left Doritos sitting out? Their probably stale!" He yelled as I sat up, shaking Dave uncontrollably.
"Dave!" I said as I wrapped myself in the sheets in the process.
"Hm?" He asked, turning on his side.
"Get up! My father is back!" I say frantically but it didn't phase him.

"Daveee!!" I whined.
"What Ari?" He asked.
"My dad is here!" I said.
"Okay...what you want me to do?" He asked.
I smacked my lips.
"Get out!" I said.
I got out of bed as he sat up. I threw him his towel and pushed him toward the door.
"I'm not leaving Ari." He said and I sighed, palming my face.
"Why not? You trying to get me in trouble?" I asked.
"What can your father do to me?" He asked.
"It's not what he can to do you, it's what he can do to me!" I said as I opened the door.
I pushed him out, slamming the door in his face.
I let out a sigh of relief and walked in the bathroom to take a warm bath because a bitch legs sore.

"Hey daddy." I smiled innocently.
Sliding onto the bar stool, he turned towards me.
"I see you were in a deep sleep this morning." He said and I laughed.
"If that's what you wanna call it." I said and he shook his head.
"Where's Dave?" He asked.
"YERR." Dave said as he entered the kitchen.
He dapped my pops up, not even looking in my direction to acknowledge me but that's good.
My father didn't need to suspect anything.
"Glad your back." Dave said.
"I know. I'm happy to be back with my babygirl." My dad said, smiling at me.
Hearing Dave laugh made us both look at him cause what the fuck is funny?
"Oh she ain't no baby girl no more." He said and I watched my dads eye brows furrow.
"What?" My dad asked.
"Hm?" Dave said as he grabbed a water bottle from the fridge.
"Imma go. Jayda's coming to get me." I said.
"And where are y'all going?" My dad asked.
"To the mall." I said darting out the kitchen and outside.
I patiently waited for Jayda outside because it was getting a lil hot in there.
Seeing her car pull up, I hopped up. I got inside her car, letting out a breath I didn't even know I was holding.
"Girl the hell is wrong with you?" She asked.
"My ass almost got fryed it was so damn hot in there." I said and she laughed.
"Y'all air not working?" She asked.
"Oh it's working but it wasn't there for me when I needed it." I said.
She was about to ask me something else but I stopped her.
"Please just pull off." I said and she laughed, doing as told.
She pulled down the street, taking glances at me.
"You okay?" She asked.
"You want me to be honest?" I asked.
"Yes." She said.
"No. I'm not okay." I said.
"What's wrong? Your glowing girl." She said.
That's the whole point
"Oh shit. What happened?" She asked knowingly.
"Me and Dave..." I trailed off.
"You and Dave what? Bitch speak up!" She said.
"We did it last night and my father came back this morning and we were still laying in bed together!" I said.
"No way." She said.
"Yes way." I said.
"Damn girl. You lost it? How do you feel?" She asked.
"I feel...great." I said. She laughed.
"I told you the grown man dick would buss." She said and I laughed.
We talked more until we made it to the mall.
"So what's up with you and Dante? I saw y'all, you know..." I said.
"Girlllllll." She dragged.
"He my nigga. I don't care what nobody say." She said and I shook my head at her silliness as we walked inside.
It was crowded with people so we were in and out.
"Take my picture." I said before I heard a snap.
"Tell Tae I'm gonna beat his ass because he know he seen my texts." She said and I laughed.
We got in her car and she took me back home. She pulled up behind Dave's Escalade before looking at me.
"What you finna do?" I asked and she smiled.
"Dante taking me to the movies and you know what they do in the movies." She grinned.
I playfully rolled my eyes, getting out her car.
Watching her pull off, I was getting ready to go in the house until my nose flared from the smell of weed.
Turning around, Dave's window was halfway down as smoke came out. I frowned, getting inside.
His eyes were bloodshot red, he looked sexy as fuck though so I wasn't complaining.
"Where you coming from?" He asked.
"The mall. I said that earlier." I said.
"Oh shit my bad. I forgot." He said.
"Yeah Yeah. I'm mad at you." I said.
"Then why you get in my shit?" He asked and I rolled my eyes.
"Fine, I'll get out." I said opening the door but he stopped me.
"Close my door." He said and I did as told.
"You irritating as fuck. Why did you say that slick shit earlier?" I asked.
"I'm a grown ass man. Don't question me on my actions." He said.
"We're your actions were foolish." I said.
"Look Ari, if we gon have to sneak around, ion think this gon work out." He said and I raised a brow.
"What? That weed got you talking." I said.
"I'm dead ass serious ma." He said and I groaned.
I wanted Dave and I wanted to build but my father was standing in the way of that.
"Dave, if you just tryna fuck around, just say that." I said and he started laughing.
"See here you go. I just said why I don't think this is gonna work." He said.
I could literally cry. Dave was a handsome man and could get any girl he wanted and that was the problem.
"But I want this to work out." I said.
"Then tell ya father." He said and I looked at him crazily.
"You must be out of your mind." I said.
"If my dad finds out about us, he's gonna go crazy." I said.
"No offense, but I'll slap the fuck put ya pops if he comes at me wrong." He said and I rolled my eyes.
"I see this isn't going anywhere." I said.
"Why can't you just wait till the time is right?" I asked.
"And when is that? Because like I said, I don't have time for the creeping around." He said and I sighed.
"I honestly don't know when." I said and he looked me deep into my eyes before nodding his head.
"Alright." He said.
"Alright what?" I asked.
"Like I said. Alright."
I got out of Dave's truck, going inside the house.
"Ari-,"
"Not right now." I cut my father off.
I went inside my room, diving into my bed. I screamed loudly into my pillow out of frustration.
