I think i'm going to start making the chapters 2000 words instead of just 1000, because I have wayyy too many ideas for the book, and I don't want to have to end up making a threequel to this sequel 🕺🏻 but if it does come to that (I doubt it will) then i'll make another, so.. the chapters will probably take me a little longer than usual 🙏🏽
dylan's pov:
dylan: life is just hard man, one day you're flirting with the girl you like and the next day you're out buying makeup with KAYLA while your crush goes out on a lunch date with their first love, it's all just so much..
i looked over at andy
andy: ...it's 7:30 in the morning
he nonchalantly, sluggishly said. i pursed my lips
dylan: ...right, ehem!
i cleared my throat
dylan: well my boy, today is the day we get you a nice little gal
andy: I don't know man
dylan: oh come on! once eli and I start dating, who are you gonna spend your time with? kayla?
andy: pretty much
dylan: no
andy: I got no game
dylan: that's not true! you almost kissed ARELY! you definitely have game
andy: I guess
dylan: cheer up man
andy: ITS 7:30 IN THE MORNING. LET ME SLEEP
dylan: come sleep with me, daddy
andy: stop being weird!
dylan: did I make my alpha mad? i'm sorry
andy: I hate you bruh
andy laughed from under the covers
dylan: wanna come with me?
andy: no im good
dylan: alright, sleep tight zaddy
andy: LEAVE
i laughed and walked out of the hotel room. why was i up at 7:30 in the morning? i go jogging every morning at some park nearby.
dylan: it's colder than usual..
i put my earphones in and began my jog, i got to the park and ran around the track a few times until i accident bumped into someone
dylan: ah my-
the guy turned around
dylan: bad...
kairi: dylan?
dylan: kairi..
kairi took his earphones out and so did I
kairi: what are you doing here?
dylan: jogging, like I do every morning.
kairi: really? I never see you here, then again, I usually come earlier

dylan: yeah we aren't allowed to leave the hotel before 7 am
kairi: oh I see
dylan: so that party tonight, what's the occasion
kairi: party..? oh! yeah the party, i'm assuming arely told you about it, does that mean she's coming?
dylan: mhm
kairi: one of my friends is hosting it, no actual occasion he's just a party person
dylan: oh I see, are you going with your girlfriend? does she know you invited eli?
he seemed to clench his jaw
kairi: I actually broke up with her
dylan: ah
kairi: yeah, I had better things to focus on
dylan: is that so
kairi: it is so
he smiled at me and I couldn't help but grit my teeth, who does this bastard think he is
kairi: well, i think im about done with my jog, have a good one. i'll see you later
dylan: mhm..
he put his earphones back in and walked away
dylan: hmph
eli's pov:
eli: yes it's this one
I told the men that came to fix the bed, I stood to the side with kayla
kayla: hes kinda cute
eli: kayla
kayla: what? am I lying?
eli: ...shut up
she chuckled and we walked over to andy's room
eli: andyyy!
kayla: wakey wakey!
andy: no, NO! LET ME SLEEP
eli: oh come on
kayla and I went over and laid beside him. one on each side of the bed and hugged him
andy: leave me ALONE
kayla: we just wanna love you!
eli: let yourself be loved!
andy: if you love me, LET ME SLEEP!
eli: fine
kayla: suit yourself
we both got up and started walking towards the door
andy: ...come back
he said from under the covers, we ran back and flopped on the bed and he uncovered himself
andy: dylan isn't back yet?
kayla: nope
eli: I should probably text kairi about the party cause I need the address-
my phone buzzed
eli: speak of the devil
kayla: ugh you two were both thinking about each other!
andy: like I said, it's fate
eli: you guys are so annoying
kayla: what'd he say
eli: 'dylan said you guys were coming to the party later, it's starts at 5 and ends at around.. well i don't know, randy doesn't really set hours. here's the address'
kayla: dylan? when the heck did they talk
andy: maybe they saw each other
eli: I really don't wanna go
andy: me neither
kayla: what?!
andy: you and dylan can go, eli and I will stay here and watch movies
eli: sounds like a plan
we looked at kayla
kayla: I will literally knock you guys out and drag you to the party
eli: that's kidnapping
kayla: everything is on the table! I don't care!
andy: why do I even have to go
kayla: cause if dylan goes all hulk on kairi, I need you there to break it up
andy: why cant YOU break it up
kayla: cause im going to be recording duh!
eli: no no she has a point
andy: ugh
he covered himself with the blanket again an dylan came in

he smiled at me and bent down to where our faces were inches apart

eli: did you see kairi?

eli: nothing really, he just told me you told him we were going to the party and sent me the address

I smacked kaylas arm and she laughed
dylan: whatever! ima go take a shower, wanna join me, eli?
eli: proves my point, come on kayla
dylan: wait im kidding! ..unless you don't want it to be a joke!
kayla: you're making it worse
I laughed and we both walked back to our room, when we walked back in the bed had already been fixed
eli: that was fast
kayla: so, what are we gonna wear to the party!
eli: i was thinking we could wear clothes
she rolled her eyes and I chuckled at her
kayla: no seriously, let's wear some skimpy shit
eli: girl no
kayla: why not!
eli: the most revealing thing i've worn is a short sleeved t-shirt... to my kitchen
kayla: fine fine nothing revealing... something to show off your physique
eli: nu-uh
kayla: come on! let's go shopping!

kayla: look just try some things on! if you don't like it or don't feel comfortable wearing it, you can change out of it
this girl isn't going to get off my back until I say yes

she grabbed my arm and started running out of the room
eli: w-wait! do you even know where you're going?!
kayla: I ordered an uber! it's waiting for us outside!
eli: WHAT?! WHEN!
kayla: where we were in andy's room!
eli: YOU SNEAKY LITTLE-
kayla: come on hurry!
eli: YOU'RE PULLING MY ARM!
kayla: well duh! how else am I supposed to drag you?
eli: I hate you!
we ran down to the lobby and ran outside
eli: I think you dislocated my shoulder
kayla: you're so dramatic, oh that's our ride!
we got in and some old guy was our driver. I thought it would take long to get to the mall but surprisingly we got there pretty fast.
eli: mans was speeding!
kayla: I know! he gave zero fucks
eli: he's already close to death, might as well live without giving a fuck
kayla: eli!
eli: what! im not wrong!
she laughed and we walked into some store she wanted to go in, I was mostly just trailing behind her since she was the one picking my outfit
eli: oh my gosh look at this t-shirt!
kayla: you already have a plane black t-shirt!
eli: what? no I don't! the one I have is a long sleeved one, this one is a short sleeve
kayla: you are just... never mind, go try this on
she handed me clothes and pushed me over to the fitting rooms
eli: I can walk on me own!
kayla: not fast enough
I smacked her hands away from me, and pointed at her threateningly, then walked into the fitting room
a few moments later ~ (pls read that line in the spongebob narrator voice)
kayla: you done?
eli: im going to fucking kill you
kayla: show meee!
I walked out of the fitting room in a corset top with spaghetti straps, and denim mom jeans
kayla: AHHHH! LOOK AT HOW GOOD SHE LOOKS!
eli: KAYLA STOP!
the people in the store looked over a little startled from her screech
kayla: BOUTTA TURN ME GAY
eli: KAYLA SHUT UP!
kayla: okay no but seriously it's looks good!
eli: I told you "not anything revealing" and this is what you give me?!
kayla: you always wear mom jeans
eli: IM TALKING ABOUT THE SHIRT!
kayla: that ties the whole thing together! it's looks really good! look!
she turned me to face the mirror
eli: ...oh wow
kayla: yeah!
eli: that's MY body?! what the heck?!
kayla: girl you have a nice body, you have curves and everything I don't get why you hide them!
eli: because men!
kayla: who cares! you act like your dad won't just blow them up if anyone does anything to you, your mom can simply teleport them to the fucking desert and leave them there
eli: well yeah but.. I.. I have my reasons..
kayla: what, are you insecure? girl you are literally a 10/10
the reason I would always cover up wasn't because I was insecure.. it's was because even though I stopped hurting myself.. the scars were still there
eli: ...no.. it's not that..
kayla: ...are you okay?
I raised my arms and showed her my wrists, she paused for a second and stared at them. she slowly looked back up at me with tears in her eyes and suddenly hugged me.
eli: ..hey.. why are you cryi-
kayla: im sorry if I was one of the reasons you did this.
her tone of voice had completely changed.
kayla: i'm so sorry..
I didn't want to cry, not here
eli: ah... n-no it's okay! really! i'm all better now, and I stopped quite a while ago!
she let go of me
kayla: don't let these scars make you afraid of showing off your body
eli: they're just kinda... ugly
I chuckled
kayla: ..I think they look kinda cool, like tiger strips!
her tone of voice changed again, back to her normal peppy voice
kayla: tigers are strong, and so are you. instead of looking at these and thinking of them as ugly, accept each and everyone of them, because they're part of you now, and you should love every part of yourself! because you're a beautiful person! and so are they!
eli: you're making it real hard not to cry right now, you know that?
kayla: my words are so moving
she flipped her hair and I chuckled
eli: thank you, kayla
kayla: don't thank me, just wear the outfit!
eli: you- whatever fine
she laughed and I went back in the room to change back into my clothes.
kayla: hurry let's go! I saw this really cute top when we walked in and I wanted to get it
eli: why didn't you?! someone probably already took it!
kayla: we can just grab it from them!
eli: you right, you right
