Driver : ma'am hum logon ko ghar hi jana hai koi train nahi pakarni hai jo aap ek ek minute jor rahi hain.
Zubia : are bhaiya aap nahi samjheinge aapke Dr. Sahab ka order.
Driver : tab toh meri aapke saath puri hamdardi hai.
Zubia : hamdardi na tez driving chahiye.
Driver : pahunch gae madam abhi 1:30 minutes bache hain.
Hearing car horn Asfi looked at watch and thought is waqt car kahan se aa rahi hai.
After waiting for sometime he heard someone opening his room's door.
The second he sees her smiles and says "WELCOME TO HOME"
Zubia : thanx.
Asfi : Waise tum baal baal bachi ho.
Aap ne kuch khaya asked Zubia ignoring his comment
Asfi : Nahi
At the same time Fariyal comes with sandwiches and says ye lo mai tumhare liye tumhare favourite sandwiches lae hu. Tumhare chakkar me maine bhi kuch khaya nahi hai shaam se so chalo hum log enjoy kerte hain.
Fariyal whispered coming near Zubia : waise tumko nahi lagta ki tum kuch zada hi apne boss ke aas pass rehti ho.. Irade to naik hain na??
Hearing her words Zubia was sad... Looking at her sad face Asfi said Zubia come and have sandwiches with me. Mujh ko pata hai tumne bhi shaam se kuch nahi khaya.
Fariyal : per Asfi itni raat ko kisi bahar ki larki ka tumhare room me aana achchi baat nahi hai.
Asfi : excuse me Zubia is ghar ka ahem hissa meri mumma uski mumma to is hisaab se wo family member hai naki koi stranger ya guest (indirectly he taunted Fariyal).
Fariyal was shocked seeing his reaction while Asfi and Zubia were busy looking in each others eyes.
Asfi, Zubia and Fariyal had sandwiches silently while Asfi and Zubia kept on glancing each other on and off and Fariyal kept on giving angry glares to Zubia. After half an hour Zubia half hearted excused herself and decided to go to her room.
Seeing Zubia going out Fariyal shifted on Asfi's bed and said keeping her hand on his hand : asfi kya mai aaj tumhare pass so jau pata nahi raat me tumko kisis cheez ki zaroorat na pare.
Hearing her sentence Zubia slowed down but her heart came to peace as she heard Asfi saying no need agar mujh ko kuch chahiye hoga to mai bula lunga tum jao.
Fariyal : ok and placing a kiss on his cheek she got up from the bed.
Asfi shouted : what the hell... Tum aisa kaise ker sakti ho please apni limit me raha karo
On reaching near Zubia she gave a winning smile as if saying I am first to kiss him and went away. Zubia leaves the room with a heavy heart.
Zubia reaching her room layed on the bed but got up immediately hearing her mobile bell.
Zubia : Assalam o alaikum...
Asfi : jaan I m sorry mujhko nahi pata tha wonaisa karegi mai to khud hi shock me tha... I swear mai khud nahi samajh paya kaise react karu.
Zubia in voice loaded with cry : humko pata hai.
Asfi : tum ko pata hai na I Love you and no matter who tries to come close to me only you have right over me.
Hearing this she started crying even badly.
Asfi : open your door.
Zubia : ji.
Asfi : open the door.
Zubia opens the door and got shocked seeing Asfi standing there.
Asfi : dekhti rahogi ya andar aane dogi.
Let him in she made him sit on bed and said : aap kyu aa gae aapko bahut dard ho rahi hogi us waqt to aap theek se chal bhi nahi pa rahe the aur ab yahan tak aa gae.
Asfi wiped her tears and said : in ansoon ke girne se mujh ko jo takleef hoti hai wo injury me bhi nahi hoti.
Zubia : sorry meri wajah se aap ko itni dard huyi.
Asfi : shhhh bus mujh ko sula do.
Zubia : aap yahan soyeingae.
Asfi : Hmmmmm... Please mai bahut thak gaya hun.
Zubia : ok aap yahan let jaye mai couch per let jaungi.
Asfi : biwi ho meri koi gair nahi leto mere pass I promise I will be in limit.
Zubia : ok she sat beside him and started caressing his hair and he fell asleep immediately holding her other hand. Slowly she lie down and slept peacefully after a long time.
At fajr time Zubia was helping Asfi in shifting back to his room all of a sudden Fariyal came there.
Fariyal : Asfi tum bahar kya ker rahe ho wo bhi is ke saath.
Asfi : kuch nahi room me wapas ja raha hu.
Fariyal : matlab tum kahan gae the.
Asfi : mai tumhare her sawaal ka jawaab dena zaroori nahi samjhta... Aur tum namaz par lo time khatam ho jaega.
And moved towards his room with Zubia. Fariyal stamp her foot and went to her room.
After settling Asfi in his room Zubia returned to her room and offered namaz and slept for sometime as she didn't sleep well last night because she was worried for Asfi's health and what will happen if anyone gets to know about them staying together.
Next day at dining table
Lubna : Asfi Fariyal bata rahi thi ki tum subah bahar tahal rahe the tum ko kuch chahiye tha to mujh ko bula lete
Asfi : nahi mumma bus mai lete thak gaya tha aur neend bhi jaldi khul gae thi is liye bahar aa gaya tha phir Zubia mil gae to usne wapas pahuncha diya.
Lubna : ok.
Rest of the breakfast went silently. After breakfast Zubia heads to her room and got ready for the hospital. Once ready she went to Asfi's room.
Zubia : mai chal rahi hu.
Asfi : driver le ke jana.
Zubia : ok...
Then she shyly moves towards him and stood near thinking id she should do what she has actually came for looking at Asfi she got even more nervous how was looking at her qith a question mark look his one eyebrow was arched gathering all her courage she bend down and gave him a hug, which he readily complete and asked what happened
Zubia : kuch nahi bus aap ko chor ke jane ka dil nahi ker raha hai.
Asfi : per agar hum dono ne chutti le li to baqi sab pe bahut zada work load ho jaega.
Zubia : hmmm.
Asfi kisses her hair and said : jao come soon and be attentive over there... Meri fikar mat kerna.
Zubia nodded her head and then don't know what fot into her she kissed him at the exact place where Fariyal kisses him.. and rushes out due to shyness.
Asfi touches his cheek where she has kissed a few minutes a ago and said PAGAL
Part 21
Gaiti whispers slowly so only Zubia could hear : mil gae thi ya log uske pass hi the.
Zubia turned red and looked in shock at her.. Seeing her like that Gaiti said maine kal Asfi ko room se bahar aate dekha tha.
Hearing this Zubia excused herself and rushed to her room making Gaiti laugh and rest confused.
Asfi : isko kya hua.
Gaiti : mai dekh ke aati hu.
Gaiti reaches Zubia's room and saw her standing and trying to control her heart beat by pressing a fist over her heart.
Gaiti : daro nahi mai kisi se kuch nahi kahungi per mere khayaal me tum dono ko jald se jald shaadi ker leni chahiye.
Zubia kept quite and turned redder than tomato. At the same time they saw Asfi's name on Zubia's mobile and without any delay Gaiti received it while putting phone on speaker.
Asfi : kya hogaya tumko aise bhaag ke kyu gae?
Gaiti : humari hone wali devrani sahiba aap ki harkaton ki wajah se sharma ke bhag aayi thi.
Asfi : maine kya kiya us ke saath?
Gaiti : matlab aap maan rahe hain ki wo humari hone wali devrani hai.
Asfi shied but said aaj tak aap ki koi baat tali hai jo ye hukum talunga.
Gaiti : are waah toh hum mumma se baat karein.
Asfi : abhi nahi
Next few days went by with Asfi resting and Zubia busy in hospital trying to cover for Asfi absence as much as she can. But every day there was beautiful gift waiting for her when she entered her room.
Day 1
There were few scarves on the bed and a message on a small paper.
Day 2-
This time a note was lying inside the box stating
This is not a bracelet but a symbol marking that there are only two things most important in my life i.e. my job and my lifeline (=YOU).... Please take care of both.
Day 3
Note stuck on the bouquet said
" thought of gifting flower to a flower. These flowers are like my love for you it will change or decrease "
Day 4
A mehendi cone... It is something that can actually make a statement and tell whole world you are mine. Will love if you me the honour of writing my name on you.
Day 5
A beautiful shawl...
This time she searched madly and for the note and found it hidden inside. It stated:
I know you miss being in my arms so this to give you the feel of warmth when I m not around.
Day 6
A coffee mug.
Box stated : always remember everytime you drink from this cup it feels like I m able to touch those petals which are reason for my sleepless nights.
Next day:
Now Asfi is much better and has joined the hospital.
at lunch time in hospital
Dr Asfandyar : Assalam o alaikum warehmatullahi wabarakatuhu. Ji bataye..
Gaiti: i need a favour...
Dr. Asfandyar : aap batayein toh
Gaiti: kya tum aaj Zubia ko jaldi off de sakte ho wo humko shopping pe jana hai to agar tum Zubia ko bhej do meri help ho jaegi
Dr Asfandyar : Not possible bhabhi duty hours over hone ke baad aap jitna chahein shopping karein but abhi nahi.
Gaiti: please Asfi mai akele Fariyal ke saath nahi jana chahti hu please.
Dr asfandyar : bhabhi sab log kya boleinge ki aap ki friend hone ki wajah se mai us ko advantage deta hu.
Gaiti: pleaseeee Asfi maan jao
Dr Asfandyar : ok let me check agar koi aur doctor duty pe hoga to chutti de deta hu per yaad rakhiyega ye last time aisa favour ker raha hu.
Gaiti: Ok to mai tum dono ka wait ker rahi hu shopping centre pe.
Dr. Asfandyar : dono??
Gaiti : haan bhai shaam hone wali hai Zubia ka akele aana munasib nahi hai.
Dr Asfandyar : to cancel ker dijiye.
Gaiti : kya tum apni bhabhi ki khushi ke liye itna bhi nahi ker sakte.
Dr Asfandyar : ok dont start your drama i getting her.
Gaiti: thank you mai jaldi se Zubia ko inform ker dun ki ab unka koi bhi excuse nahi chalega.
He pressed the bell and told the peon to call Dr. Zubia. After few minutes someone knocks his chamber's door
Dr. Asfandyar : aa jayein.
Dr. Zubia: Assalam o alaikum.. Apne bulaya aur aapne bhabhi ko haan boli kyun.
Dr. Asfandyar : shhhhh he said placing his finger on her lips bahut bolti ho ab chalo bhi bhabhi ghar se nikal gae hain.
Dr. Zubia was unable to speak as she was busy in controlling all the butterflies that were flying inside her. When even after few minutes Dr. Asfandyar didnt move his finger she couldn't bear this sweet torture and said Pleaseeee.
Her one word generate so many emotions in Dr. Asfandyar specially the desire to hold his wife in his arms but he knew he has to wait till he announces their wedding and thought kitna lamba hai ye safar. Hearing his mobile ringing he said to her come quickly to the parking I m waiting for you .
The drive to the shopping center was silent where Zubia tried her best to control her heart beat and erupting butterflies while Asfi struggled to focus on the way.
On reaching the shopping center she was about to open the door but seeing him not making any move Zubia asked kya aap nahi aayeinge.
Asfi : Kyu mere pasand ki shopping kerni hai. He asked with a smirk on his face.
Nahi wo mai stammered Zubia
Are Asfi tum yahan asked Fariyal coming near them and completely ignoring Zubia. Zubia's face got red due to anger and she thought aa gae Asfi Asfi kerti hue.
Gaiti : are waah tum dono aa gae mujh ko to laga ki kahin tum log market band hone ke baad na aao.
Chaliye shopping shuru karein said Zubia trying to get Fariyal busy in shopping so she gets away from Asfi.
Bilkul sabse pehle hum ko ek lehenga lena hai for my friend's wedding said Gaiti.
Ab aap ko apki friend mil gae mai chalu asked Asfandyar.
Nope, aaj aap humare shopping bags carry kareinge said Gaiti.
Bhabhi please ye mat karaye said Asfi making crying face.
Aaj mai kuch nahi sunu gi... Samjhe tum aur haan aap apni honewali dulhan k liye bhi kuch dekh lijiye said Gaiti with a naughty smile (coming near Asfi so only Zubia and Asfi would be able to hear.)
