SASUKE was currently waiting for y/n to come out of her house, not gonna lie the guy was pretty nervous.
He had already texted you saying he was outside, and while he was still waiting y/n was inside freaking the f out.
"Do I look good?" y/n asked no one in particular, after finally agreeing with herself she sprayed on some perfume, and went downstairs to grab whatever else she needed.
"first date, kinda nervous. Ha, just kidding."
she thought to herself before opening the door to see Sasuke looking as beautiful as ever.

"Woah, Hey," she said catching Sasuke's attention, he turned to look at her and started admiring her beauty
"You look amazing" He complimented
"Thanks, Sasuke! You look good too!" Y/n smiled at him, making him smile back
"Well, are you ready to go?" he asked
"Yeah, let's go!"

Sakura, Naruto, and their friends had already met up and had gotten to the festival. They had all decided to split up into small groups.
Naruto and Sakura went together, trying to find Sasuke and Y/n.
Sasuke and Y/n had arrived at the festival, the two were currently walking around. Sasuke had managed to gather up the courage to hold Y/n's hand.
"Hey, are you hungry?" Sasuke asked her, she nodded and said yes.
"Alright, let's get something to eat," He said while leading her to a food shop
As the pair was waking towards a food stand, Naruto spotted them from afar and starting tapping on Sakura's shoulder to gain her attention.
"WHAT?" Sakura shouted slapping his hand away, "OUCH, look it's them" He pointed towards Y/N and Sasuke
"Where?—Oh!" Sakura said when she finally saw them, "Should we uh, hide? Cuz it looks like they're heading this way" Naruto stated
"You think they notice us?" Sakura questioned, "No, but if stay here, they will see us once they get closer"
"You're right, we should go somewhere, where they can't see us," Sakura said, already walking towards another place nearby, Naruto trailing behind her.

Once Naruto and Sakura had found a place where they wouldn't be seen, they decided to sit and order whatever food the place they were was selling
Naruto decided to turn around to see where Sasuke and Y/n were at, he saw that they were still holding hands while standing in line to order some food. He noticed how both Sasuke and Y/n looked so happy. Seeing their happy faces made him feel happy for his best friends.
"Aw look they're holding hands!" Naruto said Sakura had to turn around to see.
"Ew," she joked, making a disgusted face afterward. "Ah C'mon! don't be jealous Sakura!" Naruto exclaimed.
"Hey, hold on... I was gonna ask you this before," Naruto started
"Do you actually like Y/n?"

After standing in line for a bit Sasuke and Y/n finally got to order some food, the stand they were mostly sold desserts.
Y/n had ordered two Mochis while Sasuke had decided on getting Dango. They sat at some tables that were nearby and starting eating their delicious treats.
"Mm! this is so good," Y/n said while taking a bite of one of her mochi, the mochi had a strawberry with a sweet red bean paste filling inside.
"Hey, Sasuke? Have you ever tried this?" Sasuke shook his head and responded with a no, "You HAVE to try it! This is my first time trying these types of Mochis!" Y/n said, she had offered the mochi to Sasuke, but he refused to take it, seeing how much she actually enjoyed the treat
"Sasuke! Just take it" Y/n insisted "No, it's yours!" he refused "So?? I want you to taste it"
After a while, he gave in and tried the mochi, he ended up liking it a lot. So he ate the entire thing, which shocked Y/n.
"WAIT! I didn't say eat the whole thing- i just wanted you to TRY it" she said, sasuke just laughed at her.
"Here, take mine" Sasuke said giving her the last piece of dango he had
She smiled and took it from him, and ate it.
"Cmon, Let's go play some games" Sasuke suggested, Y/n agreed and stood up from her seat with Sasuke doing the same.
the pair walked around for awhile, playing some games, winning and losing some. Y/n kept laughing and teasing Sasuke every time he tried to impress by winning a game but only ended up losing it.
After playing some games for awhile they stopped around the festival and watch some of the performances that people were doing.
the sun started to go down, and people were already heading to areas were it was best to see the firework show.
"Sasuke! Let's go find somewhere to sit down" y/n said grabbing a hold of Sasuke's hand basically dragging him somewhere
"Alright, just slow down! We have to go buy some type of blanket to sit on!" he exclaimed as he almost tripped
"Oh true" she said, they both went to a stand that was selling picnic blankets and bought one, then they went to find a somewhere to sit
once they found somewhere good to sit, they laid out the picnic blanket they had bought before on the ground and sat down next to each other.
and then the firework show began.
