A/N: On Quotev, I got a comment asking about how (Y/n)'s family feels about the love interests. And I was like "that's wack as fuck" so I decided to also include the list here!
The opinions will be THEIR point of view. So if something seems off, it's THEIR point of view because I mentioned before that everything that happened to you didn't all show up in the manga.
It is still Tanjiro's story in the manga, so they won't know ALL about your thoughts and the other's thoughts on you.
The Family's Overall Opinions:
•Sekido: They really like him since he's been keeping you alive and he can keep up with you.
•Kyojuro: They like Kyojuro because he is very respectful and looks to be the most worried about your safety.
•Sanemi: They're really rooting for Sanemi because he can speak English the most and because it seems that he treats you with the most respect.
•Inosuke: They like Inosuke, but they feel like you have to watch over him more like a little brother than a love interest.
•Tanjiro: They REALLY like Tanjiro. Since aside from Sekido, Tanjiro is basically the reason you're even alive. He's the reason you're on this wack adventure to begin with.
•Akaza: They're very torn about Akaza. You two did not exactly start off on the right foot. And Akaza is a murderer who eats his victims. But then his life took a complete turn JUST for you. They would like for Akaza to be with you, but in a different life.

You ended up staying the night at Sanemi's Estate because everytime you two thought you had enough food, Kyojuro and Mitsuri would pop into your head and you suddenly didn't have enough food anymore.
You wished you brought a pair change of clothes, but cha didn't.
Sanemi had to lend you a spare light green yukata of his, though it was a little too big for you. He tied some parts of the yukata back for you, but it was really comfortable otherwise.
Now it's the next day and the weather was beautiful. You suggested having the party in the back room since Sekido and Nezuko could still participate and the others would enjoy the fresh air. Plus, the room would just get humid with all the hot foods.
It was pretty late in the evening and you forgot to tell everyone that the party was starting at Mexican time. Meaning if you tell them to come at 7pm (when the sun is almost completely down), they should actually show up at 8:30 or 9.
But they might actually show up on time so yikes. If they had phones, you'd call them to tell them to bring their own plates and bowls since...
"Where... are the bowls..."
You put down three white bowls on the counter and went back to look through Sanemi's kitchen in search for more shit.
Sanemi only has three bowls, three plates, ONE set of utensils, and a bunch of chopsticks.
"Nemi, my dude, my home-slice bread-slice. Where are the bowls and plates and shit?" You ask.
Sanemi was checking the pozole, making sure it's cooking since everyone would be here soon probably.
"Fuck," Sanemi sighs, "I forgot to by more. I never have people over so I didn't need to have so many bowls and plates."
"That's kinda sus, not gonna lie. You mean to tell me you really only have those 3?" You start to fiddle with the ropes on your yukata that hold back your sleeves to your elbows, "Uh, okay. Um, I'm sorry, but I don't have Japanese currency right now, so if you give me money, I can go real quick to buy-"
"-No, I'll go myself since I'm faster."
"-Gee thanks."
"-How many more people are coming?" Sanemi wipes his hands on his uniform pants as he walks outside the kitchen.
"Uh..." You count silently in your head, "I think like... 20-21 people?"
"WHAT?!"
"Not including you and I."
Sanemi groans in annoyance, "That damn Uzui."
"You think I was insistent to make so much just because of Kyojuro and Kanroji? We have a damn village to feed!" You shout.
"FUCK! WELL I KNOW THAT NOW!"
"By the way, Giyuu and your brother will also be here-"
"-WHAT?!"
"-And Tanjiro and his sister."
Sanemi sighs heavily and pinches the bridge of his nose.
"And everyone else you can possibly hate will be in your house in one room."

"Yeah..." You click your tongue, "Whelp. I'll see ya later when you come back."

You tried lifting your hair to style it in some way, but no dice. You didn't have any hair ties, and you left your hairpin back at the Rengoku Estate.
You didn't want your hair to accidentally get in anyone's food. You didn't want your hair down since you'll be hosting this party and serving everyone.
Sanemi who? This may be the Wind Pillar's house, and Sanemi was always trying to take all the tasks. But you still feel like you're the one hosting it since you suggested the idea of a party to begin with.
Maybe it's just an old habit, since you're used to being the one people relied on to be in charge.
Sanemi, of course, didn't have anything for hair accessories, so you were shit out of luck.
You were stuck in the kitchen to make sure nothing burns. The tamales were done, the rice was done, and you even made 2, large cakes. The pozole was made last so it's still cooking. Fuck, you should've told Sanemi to buy something for everyone to drink.
You feel... something. Standing in a cluttered kitchen with food made on every counter Sanemi had.
Was it nostalgia?
Probably.
You're hoping it is, because today is Uzui's day. You want to make sure Uzui had the best-

Is he 23, or did he just turn 24? It was said he was 23, but did he turn 24 recently???

You quickly checked the pozole before dashing out of the kitchen and making an "L" with both of your hands. You then turned left and hurried to the end of the corridor and took another left and ran down that hall and finally reached the front door and swung it open.
"Y... Yo," You pathetically waved and wheezed.
"Oh! Moshi Moshi!" Shinobu smiles, "I didn't expect to see you here, (Y/n)!"
"Onē-Chan!" The three Butterfly girls excitedly perk up at the sight of you.
"Well, I'm actually the one hosting this party so I showed up yesterday and stayed the night..." You wave to the three younger girls, "Hey, babes!"
"(L/n)... You... look out of breath," Kanao blinks.
"Are you taking proper care of yourself?" Aoi huffs at you.
Ah yes, [the cactus] Aoi.
Truly the most tsundere of [plants] girls.
"Wh-Bahhh-pfftt-" You wave your hand out in an 'oh you' manner while moving out of the way so they could walk in, "-I-I'm-I'm just-I'm just-I-PFFT-of course-I-obviously, I take care of myself!"
Nailed it.
They were wearing a yukata themselves, and they were all very beautiful in their attires. You noticed Aoi was wearing the necklace that you gave her. And Kanao had her bangs clipped back with the hair clip you had gotten for her.
You're sure they didn't know you were going to be here, so they must've wore it on their own accord. But it still surprised you.
Shinobu and Kanao were holding grey containers and Aoi was holding a white box with light blue ribbons around it. You wonder what was in them.
And if the girls thought you looked ratchet as hell because of your messy hair and over sized yukata, they did a good job hiding it.
You close the front door when they all walk in and move to stand in front of them.
"So, Sanemi isn't here right now. He left to buy some shit for the party," You subconsciously play with the loose bandages on your left collarbone, "And normally I'd ask you if you'd want a can, bottle, or shot, but none of you are of age to be drinking. Except maybe Shinobu. And I don't think Sanemi has alcohol anyway."
You turn on your heel and beckon for the girls to follow you to the room the party will be held.
"Onē-Chan," Sumi tilts her head, "What did you mean by can, bottle, or shot?"
You stick out your right pinky and thumb, making a Y with your hand. You bring your hand to your face and tilt your hand so your thumb points to your mouth.
"To drink. Can of beer, beer bottle, or a liquor shot." You simplify as you tilt your hand back and forth to make a drinking motion, "When I used to host parties, I usually asked what the adults wanted to drink, and those were popular choices with them."
"Do you miss hosting parties?" Kiyo asks.
"Mmm... I miss... I missed the people, not so much the parties," You nod, "So it's nice to have everyone gathered today."
"How did you know Uzui's birthday passed?" Aoi questions.
"He told me," You lied, but it's not like any of them had the ability to tell.
You open a door you remembered Sanemi showed you last night.
"You can settle down here," Your jerk your head towards the door, "I have to check on the food-"
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!
"Oh, my gersh!" You groan in frustration before speed walking out the room, "Why is everyone showing up so early?!"
Well, they're actually on time, but still! You're used to Mexican time!
You pass the kitchen and make a last second decision to check the pozole, the visitor can wait for a moment.
You try to frantically remember what Sanemi said about what to do to turn the heat down. It's not a stove, you couldn't just turn a knob to let the food simmer.
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!
You finally-and quickly-managed to dose the fire low before running out of the kitchen and to the front door.
How do people even show up on time? And at Sanemi's Estate no less. His fucking property is a damn maze and you don't even know where things are half the time.
You stop at the front door and take a deep breath before opening it.
"Oh! (L/n)!" Mitsuri lights up, "I knew you and Shinazugawa were secret lovers!"
Iguro, who was standing next to the Love Pillar, widened his eyes in shock at Mitsuri's words.
You blush in embarrassment, "I-Wh-Hello to you, too!"
"Oh! Yes! Hello!"
"AND SANEMI AND I ARE NOT SECRET LOVERS!! WHERE DID THAT EVEN COME FROM?!"
"W-WELL, YOU ANSWERED THE DOOR! AND IT'S ONLY RIGHT IF-IF THE HOST IS THE ONE TO DO THAT!!" Mitsuri nervously plays with the wrapped box in her hands, "A-AND THIS IS SHINAZUGAWA'S ESTATE, AND YOU ARE WEARING HIS YUKATA-"
"-OH, MY G O D!! IS IT THAT OBVIOUS THAT IT'S HIS?!"
"OH GOSH!! I'M SORRY!! I DIDN'T KNOW YOU TWO WERE KEEPING THE RELATIONSHIP A SECRET!!!" Mitsuri winces and hugs the box to her chest.
"NO!!! THERE IS NO SECRET BECAUSE THERE IS NO RELATIONSHIP!!!!" Your voice was starting to hurt.
"IS THAT SO?! PL-PLEASE FORGIVE ME!!!"
"WAIT NO!!! I SHOULDN'T HAVE YELLED!! PLEASE FORGIVE ME!!!!"
You and Mitsuri bow in apology at the same time, but you two end up bumping foreheads pretty harshly.
You both yelp in pain and stand up straight to rub at your foreheads.
That went well.
"Sorry."
"Sorry."
You both mumble in embarrassment.
"Glad we got that out of the way," Iguro's voice made you jump, "May we come in now?"
You nod and move out of the way, "Yeah. Hello, it's nice to see you both."
