a/n: first off i know we skipped a "few chapters" so deal with it😃😃
So today I start my first day of high school. My parents talked it out with the other parents, that it was best if I rode with the boys to school. As always I'm nervous as hell. Why you may ask? One, i'm in a brand New school and State. Two, I only know 4 people. Finally I don't know where to go. So you can say I'm nervous.
Mama and Dad had to go in at their normal hours 6:30am-3:30pm. So I woke up around 5:30 to get ready for school. I showered, did my hair, put my clothes on, ate breakfast and then brushed my teeth.
Mama wanted a picture before they left for work. So I grabbed my backpack from upstairs and went to go take a picture. I took a couple pictures myself and posted them. I think she did the same but on
facebook. By now the time was around 7:15, I had no idea when they were coming to pick me up but I was waiting downstairs. Then a couple minutes later I heard a knock on the door. It was Carlos knocking and then the rest of the guys in the car.
"Why you look pretty today." Carlos teased.
We headed towards the car. I sat in the middle of course. But we headed towards the school. They parked in the student parking lot and then got out. I was nervous. I got a few stares from since I rode with the guys and just some random girl no one has seen before. Carlos asked me what classes I have and I showed him my schedule.
I had English 1st, Foods 2nd, Math 3rd, Health 4th, Biology 5th, P.E. 6th, and then Human Development 7th.
"Yay! We have Foods together! Then I believe Nick or Ron has P.E. with you." Carlos said.
"Ah okay okay! We'll find out!" I laughed.
"Well can you help me get around?" I asked.
"Of course dummy!" He exclaimed.
He took me around the school showing me the bathrooms, to the classes he had and where my classes were, then the gyms.
To be honest its huge compared to the school I went up in Hawaii. First period was about to start so I said my goodbyes to Carlos and headed towards there.
Once I got there it was pretty awkward. No one was talking or even saying anything.
Then the bell went off.
"Good Morning class, I am Ms. Rachel and I am your English Teacher. So today what we're gonna be doing is making name tags. So grab a piece of construction paper at the front of the room and Put your name that you would like to call you by, your hobbies, and then finally, where you're from."
So I did just did what she asked. Wrote down my name, pronouns, and where i was from.
"Okay class, So we're presenting these. I'll start.
I'm Ms. Rachel, my hobbies are snowboarding and gardening and I'm from Nashville, Tennessee. Okay How about we start with You in the back."
"Um hi I'm Christian Ojeada, I like going on youtube and playing games." He said
This went on for a little while. It was my turn now.
"Hi I'm Y/n, my hobbies are (what ever you like to do), and I'm from Hilo, Hawaii." I said while sitting down quickly.
"Oh really? Well are you hawaiian? And how long did you live there?" Ms. Rachel questioned.
"No, I am not and * lived there my whole life until this summer." I answered.
"Ahh okay okay." She replied.
After doing that we got a syllabus, which contained what she expects from us, how much the assignments, tests, homework, and the finals are worth. By the time we did all of that 1st was over.
Now onto the rest of the 6 periods I have today.. Not gonna lie, we did the same thing in basically all the classes but they we're different topics.
While looking for 4th period I spotted Nick in the hallways.
"Hey Nic-" I tried to say. Before I was rudely Pushed away by some girl.
"Nickkkky-Pooo where have you beeeen I tried to hangout with you alll summerrr!" She exclaimed.
Oh lord. I try walking away but then he called my name.
"Y/n! come here!" He yelled. " I want you to meet some of my other friends. We have Michael, Matt, and Mitchel. Guys Y/n." He says
"Nickkky-Pooo what about meee" This girl says.
"And um Erin." He says.
"Hi nice to meet you. Um I was gonna ask where Health was. But you're busy so I'll just go ask someone else!" I say trying to walk away.
"Oh that class? With who?" Nick says.
"Mr. Something" I say.
"Ah okay we have the same class. I'll talk to you guys later." He says while walking leading me to the class.
"SOOOO.. Who was that girlll" I smirked.
"Oh gosh don't get me started I hate her so much-" He says as he's rubbing his forehead
"BHAHAHAHA" I laughed.
"Shut up" He giggles. "Anyways here we are."
He says as he opens the door.
Since it is the first day of school there are no tardies being marked. It won't happen for another week then tardies will count.
Health ends and it's time for lunch. I didn't know we could go off campus for lunch, well this is my first high school experience. Nick and I walk towards to Ron's car. To my surprise they were already there.
"So where do you wanna eat Y/n?" Nick asks.
"I don't really know. I haven't really eaten out." I say while hopping into Ron's car.
"Well have you had chick-fil-a?" Nick asks.
"What's what?" I ask in confusion.
"Okay I'm gonna order for you. Is that alright?" Nick asks?
"I guess?" I shrug my shoulders.
We head over to Chick-fil-a. Nick orders for me, then everyone else orders. I hand them money but they refused. They said it's on them. But I gotta repay back somehow. Then We head back to school and eat somewhere outside. We saw an empty table so Ron ran to it for us to sit down at.
We started eating and a couple people stopped and asked for a fry. We gave them the singular fry. But then 5th started. It was biology for me. It was boring. Then pe.
Finally it was my last period. Human development. It was a really easy class. She went over how she gives out assignments, due dates on when to get everything turned in, and how she's going to teach. I could tell she is going to be one of the teachers I like. Then the bell rings. Finally! The school day is over. It was fun but also really tiring.
I walk over to Ron's car and waiting for the boys. It was about half an hour in they started to show up. They were talking and laughing. Then they look up at me. Their face went blank.
"Y/N! IM SO SORRY WE LEFT YOU HERE!" Ron yells.
"WE HAD A MEETING FOR FOOTBALL AND THEY WANTED US TO STAY AFTER SCHOOL!" Stefan yells.
"yeah it's alright." I smile. "can you just take me home please?" i say while getting into the car.
It was a bit awkward on the way to my house. I mean it was a little petty but they should've texted me they were gonna be late. But it's alright i guess. We get to my house, i get out on Nick's side. And then i hear the window roll down.
"Y/n we're sorry we didn't text you or tell you anything, about football and how late we were gonna be." Carlos says.
"as i said. it's fine. bye guys" i wave and head towards the door.
shit happens.

i started it in feb then i got busy. i went on vacation, then school. but oh well!
