A/N: Lmao I forgot to put this in the last chapter but this is Aimi Chō
♪───O(≧∇≦)O────♪
"Had fun last night?" Sekido asks with an irritated voice, sitting up on the floor.
You grin such a derpy grin, "I most definitely did."
You went over to Giyuu's room the next morning since you wanted to rant to Sekido-the virgin-about how good Aimi's coochie was.
You were not expecting Sekido and Giyuu to glare at you when you walked in.
But you knocked! So why are they mad?!
"(L/n), your... sexual adventures are private to you. However," Giyuu picks up his pillow from his futon and chucks it at you, "Be mindful of other residents who are trying to sleep!"
"WAH!!" You narrowly dodged the pillow, "Hey! What the hell was that for?!"
"You were four rooms away but we could still hear you!!" Sekido blushes at the unfortunate memory, "Do you know how awkward it was for Tomioka and I?!"
"Hey, you should be thanking me," You smirk smugly, "I mean, that's probably the most action you two will ever get. This girl... had a ridonckulous body!"
"That's it!"
Sekido shoots up from the floor and tackles you.
"YOU THINK YOU'RE FUNNY?!"
"SEKIDO! STOP!! I'M SORE!!"
"BURN IN HELL!!!"
Giyuu sighs depressingly.
Sadly, you were right about the action he gets-er, doesn't get.
——
It was later the same day, you were in Giyuu's room (much to his dismay) with Sekido and Tu Cielito.
You were drawing a picture of Tu Cielito and showing it to her. Sekido was looking through your Android for saved Tik Tok videos, and Giyuu was drinking his tea.
You three had your uniforms washed last night, so now you were waiting for them to finish drying before leaving.
But then, you remembered something.
"Hey, what day is it?" You ask.
Sekido tilts his head in thought: "November 4th-"
"-WHAT?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!"
"Yes."
"HOLY SHIT! SEKIDO, COME HERE!!"
"I am literally right next to you."
"Mi Cielito," You smile, "Can you deliver a message for me?"
She tilts her head and bonks her beak lightly against your hand. One bonk means yes, and a squawk means no.
"Sekido, I am literally the worst person in existence," You flip your notebook to an empty page and hand it to Sekido, "I deserve death."
Sekido watches as you look through your pencil bag: "Why? What did you do?"
You pull out a gold Sharpie: "How good can you write in Kanji?"
Sekido takes the Sharpie, "I'd say I'm pretty good, why? What's going on?"
"Uzui's birthday was on the 31st of last month," You frown, "And I missed it."
"Oh," Sekido uncaps the Sharpie, "You want me to write him a letter in apology?"
"Yeah-"
"-What is that smell?" Giyuu asks.
"Materials ahead of your time," Both you and Sekido say simultaneously.
You clear your throat.
"Dear Uzui," You start off dramatically, "I'm sorry I never wrote to you on your birthday, on October 31st. I have no excuses other than I forgot. I know I'm scum, but at least I'm flamboyant scum."
Sekido wasn't lying when he said his handwriting was pretty good. It's fucking magnificent.
Giyuu was trying to tune in since he heard the Sound Pillar's name. But he can't speak English.
"Once I get back from my mission with Giyuu, I'd like to throw you a late birthday party. We can have everyone there: the Pillars, Tanjiro and the gang, and anyone else you'd like to be present. And no, you do not get to refuse."
You stop so Sekido could catch up. Occasionally repeating the parts he forgot.
"Next year, we'll celebrate it again, but we'll do it right. I can even show you some American traditions that day, too! Since in American, on October 31st, we celebrate a holiday called Halloween."
"Are you sure you want to add that?" Sekido questions, "Next year is pretty revealing of the future."
"Yeah." You repeat what you said so Sekido could write it.
"By the way, I have Sekido writing this letter for me. So if you decide to write back, Sekido will be reading it to me. So behave! Happy late Birthday! Sincerely, (L/n) (Y/n)."
You look up to see Giyuu quickly averting his gaze.
"Hey Giyuu, come over here please?" You pick up your pencil bag.
Silently, Giyuu gets up from his futon and walks over to you and Sekido. He sits on his knees in front of you.
"What is it?" He asks.
You hand over a dark blue Sharpie: "You're going to write to Uzui, and wish him a late happy birthday."
Giyuu hesitantly takes the marker, "I wasn't aware his birthday has passed."
"Which is why we're writing to him," Sekido rips out the sheet of paper before finding a blank one for Giyuu, "Better late than never."
Giyuu takes the notebook filled with line papers and eyes the marker: "How do I-"
"-Just take the blue cap off and run the brush against the paper." Sekido explains, "But you have to write fast cause the ink will bleed through quickly."
Giyuu scrunches his nose at the strong smell when he took off the marker cap. The Water Pillar thinks for a moment before he writes a short note.
"Uzui Tengen, (L/n) insisted I write to you. So Happy Late Birthday. Tomioka Giyuu."
Giyuu's handwriting was kind of sloppy.
After he finished, Sekido took a grey Sharpie and wrote his own note on the same paper Giyuu used.
"Happy (late) Birthday Bitch!! Sekido"
He draws a small doodle of himself.
Sekido takes the two letters and folds them up. Tu Cielito always has a red ribbon tied around her left foot so it was easier to hold the papers. You might have to make a modified bag for her because that shit would be fucking cute. Sekido ties the papers to the ribbon and ties it back to Tu Cielito's foot.
The moment Tu Cielito flies out through an open window, a knock comes from outside. Sekido hurries to shrink down and crawl inside his box.
Giyuu looks over at the door: "Yes?"
The door opens and Aimi shyly looks inside.
You can see from her loose yukata, that her neck is absolutely covered in hickeys. Her face burns red when she sees you smiling at her.
"Your-Your uniforms have been washed and dried." She drags in a basket with your guy's clothes into the room, "I've also prepared some snacks for your journey, since the next Wisteria house is almost 12 hours away. B-But there is a train that can take you and you'd only have to walk for an hour before reaching it."
"Thank you for your hospitality," Giyuu nods.
"I'd definitely say I've had the best service here than anywhere else!" You grin.
Aimi looks down in embarrassment, "Y-Yes, well feel free to come back any time! Have a safe journey! Good day!"
She pushes the basket in more before slamming the door closed.
Sekido huffs as he comes out of the closet box: "She's your girlfriend now, or what?"
"Nah," You try to remember the phrase Aimi taught you, "Friends with benefits."
Sekido chokes on his saliva and Giyuu wonders if you actually know what the fuck you just said.
——
"Giyuu," You tug at the Water Pillar's haori, "Can I ask you something?"
"I-" Giyuu shuts his mouth to think before continuing, "I don't know, can you?"
Giyuu, you little shit.
"Yes I can, thank you for asking!" You grin, "How long does a person need to be dead for it to be considered archaeology instead of grave robbing?"
"..."
"..."
What the fuck...
"Should I be concerned?" Giyuu frowns.
"Giyuu, we've been walking in silence for about an hour, I'm trying to make conversation."
"I don't like talking."
"You're talking right now."
"..."
"..."
"..."
"..."
"Stop. Don't talk to me."
You scoff, "Fine."
"..."
"..."
"..."
"Lonely," You sing the best you could, "I am so lonely. I have no body! All on my owwwwnnnn-"
"-Stop it."
