Y/N's POV:
'AAGH' I mumbled when I heard the clock I put it two hours earlier because I didn't want to be late again, but I think I woke up too early now. Well I should start the day, maybe I can explore more of the tower, or I can go sightseeing or go shopping for things for my room. But first I'm going to eat some breakfast yesterday I didn't do it and that is the most important meal of the day.
Damn I forgot my iPod,...., now I can start the day properly. I put on my headphones and put random in my playlist. *I want it that way* yeah this is a good song let's keep going.
Then I danced my way to the kitchen and opened the fridge "what do I want to eat today" I asked myself "mmm, there are berries, cheese, milk, orange juice" "I think I'm going to make a smoothie with some toast with cream cheese",
I started to put everything in the blender *Killer Queen starts to play* I went to get the milk so I could mix everything and started to sing. I was already mixing and going for the toast when someone started coughing I turned around and saw someone sitting on the chairs next to the counter, I yelled and threw the toast, "sorry I didn't mean to scare you" he said "no it's OK I didn't see you when I got here, by the way how long have you been here?" I said "over two hours ago" he said "oh well, and sorry for asking this, but who are you? You are very much in the shadows" I said, he said sorry and stepped out of the shadows "James Buchanan Barnes" he introduced himself "ah winter soldier we already met not in a very good way" I said "yes sorry it's just that you were, well we were chasing you and I, in the end I would like to have a normal relationship with you maybe be friends" he excused himself "actually I would be good to have a new friend" I said "Y/N L/N" I said holding out my hand, he shook it, and then I said "do you want breakfast? I was making smoothie and toast with cream cheese". "Yes, thank you" he responded.
"So what are you doing here this early?" I asked while we had breakfast "I could ask the same to you" he said "Well, yesterday was my first day at work and I arrived late, so today I wanted to wake up earlier, but I might have put the clock a little to early, you?" I defended myself "I couldn't sleep" he simply said "ok" I mumbled and kept eating
5 hours later...
"So Y/L/N how is the project going, did you made it yet?" Mr. Stark asked "Almost finish I just need between 15 and 30 minutes o finish" I responded "ok, let me know when you finish" he said and left
"Hey Y/N" Steve called "hi Cap, how you doin'?" I said "good thanks and you?" "good, do you need something?" I asked "well, yeah, mmmm you were with Bucky this morning right?" he asked "amm Bucky? I assume that's winter soldier so yes I was with him, we had breakfast, why?" I responded "Did you guys talk about something?" he asked "Yeah, a lot of stuff actually but nothing important" "ok, thanks" he said in a disappointed tone "no problem but wait" he turned around and looked at me "Did something happened to him? Is he alright?" I asked getting a little worried "No, I hope no, I just haven't seen him well no one has seen him just you" he responded "oh ok, he surely is running or somethin' like that" I responded "yeah, bye" he said and left
-Well winter soldier is lost- I said to myself
A few hours later, more precisely 10 hours later...
Natasha's POV:
"Did you found him?" Steve said "No, he is nowhere in Manhattan, we have been looking for hours" Sam said "what should we do?" I said "'who was the last person to see him?" Clint asked "Y/N" Steve said "who?" Rhodney asked "Y/N, the new assistant from Tony, the one who gave the sushi idea yesterday" I said "wasn't she a criminal or is? has only been a normal person for about 42 hours we don't know if she is just playing the role of a good infiltrator and then BOOM! We are all dead" he said "well yeah she was, but she said she only saw Bucky this morning and then left nothing more" Steve said "hey guys, what did I miss?" Bruce said "we think Y/N knows where Bucky is" Rhodney said "no, we don't think so, it could be a possibility but very unlikely, she said she had not seen him since this morning." Steve said "well, did she talk too Bucky this morning?" Bruce asked "Yeah, but she said they did just talk about stupid things" Sam said "how do you know that I was the one who talked to her" Steve said "yeah, but I was going to ask Stark something and I overheard the conversation" Sam responded "Ok, back to the subject, I think we have to ask Y/N what he talked about with Bucky, it's the only clue we have" Bruce said "Ok, I will" Clint said "I'm going with you" I said "ok, go ahead" Rhodney said "but dismiss my idea so quickly, it is still a possibility."
Small time-skip...
We were now entering Tony's lab and I saw Y/N talking to him, she looked very concentrate in what she was talking about, and she actually looked a little cute, DAMN what did I just say no she looked normal nothing more.
"Hey Stark I was wondering if I could talk to Y/N for a moment?" Clint said "Yeah but not too long we are doing something important" he answered "sure" he mumbled, and he touched Y/N to follow us
"What's up?" "Did you find the soldier?" she asked "No, actually we have you a couple of questions "yeah go ahead lad" she said "when you and Bucky were having breakfast, what did you talk about?" Clint asked "well, a lot of stupid things" she responded "Like...?" I said "we talked about breakfast, fruits, and we asked each other questions" she responded "what type of questions?" I asked "first, why were we up at that hour, and then just random like favorite ice cream flavour or things like that" she answered "What was the answer to the first question?" Clint asked "mine was that I was up because I didn't want to be late again, and his was that he couldn't sleep" she said "ok, thank you, you can go" Clint said and left
"Bye dude, bye love" she said "I hope I was able to help"
Small time-skip...
"She's clear, we found nothing" Clint said "nothing?" Sam asked "only that he couldn't sleep last night, that's all" I said "Damn Bucky, where are you?" Steve mumbled and went to look out the window "I don't know why, but I still think she knows something we don't or at least she is suspicious" Rhodney said and left
