Enola's pursed her pink lips as she walked into the warehouse where the Specialist party was going on, pulling her dress down to cover a bit more of her legs. Unlike her usual babydoll half up half down ponytail look, the mind fairy had gotten Bloom to braid her hair into a sleek ponytail. She had also used glitter to make designs on her face to go with her rave look.

She followed Terra, who was excitedly looking around the party, clutching her container of brownies that she had made. None of the girls had the heart to tell her that the specialist party was probably not the 'bring brownies for friends' type of rager. She was too proud when she showed them.

Musa groaned as she leaned on her sister, "Why did we let Terra convince us to go to this party?"

"Just wait," Enola grinned, "Once people get a little tipsy, your entire mood on this party will change."

Musa smirked before rushing to stand closer to Terra, "Then I ought to volunteer to hand out shots," she skipped over to Terra, asking where to find the drinks before sighing as Terra shrugged her shoulders.

"Patience," Enola patted Musa's shoulders. She knew that her twin sister was about to have the time of her life in a room with a bunch of happily drunk teenagers all high on endorphins. The honey-haired fairy was a bit jealous of her sister.

"This is what exactly," Bloom asked as they stopped at a nearby high table. Enola rested her arms on the metal table, taking some of the weight off her feet. She regretted allowing Terra to convince her to wear her heels to the party, making a mental note to watch out for the earth fairy's guilt trips.

"This is the east wing of Alfea," Terra shouted, as the girls looked around the building, "It used to be used for war preparations, but since there hadn't been a conflict for a while, no one really comes down here," she smirked, except for tonight."

The building appeared to have a very deconstructed war bunker architecture. There were metal beams along the wall that stood in a lattice structure holding up the building that seemed to stand out against one particular limestone wall that was covered in ivy and represented the regular Alfea look. Enola noticed the only true decoration that was used for the part were the strobe lights hung up on the ceiling and the few bar tables that sat in random areas in the room.

Enola nodded in fake amusement as she looked around at all the sweaty teens grinding on each other as they spilled their sticky drinks all over the floor. Wrinkling her nose, she looked back at the girls, who all didn't seem interested in partying either.

Her eyes flickered for a moment as she nodded her head, affirming that she was right. Looking over to Bloom, she said, "You need a beer."

Bloom nodded, as she elbowed Aisha to come with her, "I need a beer."

Enola watched as the two girls walked away before smiling between Musa and Terra. She peered her eyes at the earth fairy as she noticed her looking around the room. Her eyes glowed as she smirked, "Looking for somebody?"

Musa raised her eyebrow in surprise, "Someone specific?"

"Uh, no, no," Terra laughed, as she shook the brownies she made before placing them down on the table nervously, "I'm just looking for somewhere to put these down."

"How considerate of you," Enola joked before moving to open the container, reaching forward to put one in her mouth. Musa did the same before she stopped, smelling the dessert, and placing it down. She didn't say anything to her sister though as she waited to see if the older twin would figure it out.

Enola furrowed her eyebrows as she stopped putting it in her mouth, looking down at the brownie before looking at Terra in shock, "Wait, Terra, are these?"

"Yeah," Terra beamed, as she crossed her arms in a goofy manner, "I can be a cool nerd."

Musa raised her eyebrows as she nodded her head, watching as Terra flicked her hair behind her shoulder, "Very cool," the mind fairy nodded her head as she placed the lid on the container. Looking around the room, probably for drinks.

Enola jumped, feeling a hand on her waist, causing her to turn around to see Sam, moving out of the crowd to stand next to her. A smile fell on her face as she looked up at the handsome boy beside her. Her cheerful stupor quickly went away, however, as she realized that Terra was standing right next to them.

She was about to panic before she realized that Sam hadn't kissed her like he usually did. In fact, he didn't even truly acknowledge her other than the hand on her waist which could barely be seen by the other two. Instead, he looked down at the brownies on the table before nodding to his sister, "Look who showed her face," he pointed to the container, "With mum's tubberware, no less."

A grin fell on Enola's lips as she held in her laugh, watching Musa cover hers with a cough. Terra didn't find her brother's comment funny, of course, as she huffed at the boy, "What do you want, Sam?"

"Relax," Sam rolled his eyes, moving his hand off of Enola's waist to reach forward and grab a cup filled with punch, leaning his body over the table, "Getting a drink."

Enola looked at Musa, with a perplexed expression, as she listened to her thoughts as to whether Sam knew that she had kept their relationship a secret from Terra. The fairy wanted to read his mind and see but felt that it would be wrong, despite Sam saying he didn't care.

"It's Enola, right?" Sam asked, causing the girl to break out of her thoughts as she looked over at the male earth fairy, who held out his hand with a grin. Enola hesitantly looked down at his hand for a moment before a small grin fell on her lips as she took his hand in hers, "Hi, I'm Sam," he grinned, shaking her hand.

Enola nodded her head with a smile as she played along, "Yep, nice to meet you."

Sam's eyes glinted as he winked at the girl before moving to shake Musa's hand as well, "And you must be Musa."

"That's me," Musa nodded her head, awkwardly looking at Terra, who seemed more concerned about her big brother embarring her than she was about the fact he knew their names. Enola hated the fact that her sister was enjoying this scene.

Sam turned away from the girls looking back at his sister in disgust, "What reeks?"

"They're for the party, not for me," Terra defended rather quickly, as Enola looked over at the brownies once again. The mind fairy couldn't help but wonder if the weed would inhibit her powers.

Musa must have noticed her thoughts, however, as she slowly shook her head, projecting her memory of what Dowling told her into her mind. Her sister was right that she shouldn't use the easy way out, but she couldn't help but want to take just one bite.

"I didn't think you'd make it," Dane smiled, coming in with a drink in his hand as he smiled over at the Terra, effectively snapping Enola out of her trance, "What's up, Enola," he smiled, looking down at the fairy as he stood between her and Sam.

Her eyes immediately went to his, noticing the change in his normally carefree aura to a more peeved expression. A smile fell on her lips as she realized that he was jealous, a theory affirmed by Musa's thoughts.

"Yes," Sam grunted, smirking at the boy, as he draped an arm around his shoulders nodding over to the batch of brownies held in the floral container on the table, "So last minute she has time to make weed brownies for a fellow degenerate like yourself."

Enola looked at Sam, shocked, while Terra quickly said, "Bye, Sam. See you later!"

She watched as Sam walked away, sending his sister a look as he went. Enola smiled as her eyes turned pink. The usual suspect at work as his thoughts filled her head.

'Find me.'

Enola was about to leave when she stopped, watching Dane shove the entire brownie into his mouth. She didn't expect that from the relatively green boy, as from what little she got to know of him, he wasn't the type to take an entire pot brownie in one go. Terra seemed shocked as well, "Or not, wh-whatever."

Dane moaned as he swallowed the brownie, "Mhm, I'm gonna take a few to Riven and Sky, see if they want some. Meet you later," he said before taking the entire container with a grin. He shot Terra a small wink before he turned back into the crowd.

"Yeah, cool," Terra grinned, "Cool, cool, cool."

Musa raised her eyebrows as Terra continued to say the word cool until it became a song. Enola winced as the earth fairy's awkwardness managed to affect the entire table as they all stood in silence.

The green-eyed fairy's thoughts went back to the handsome fairy who could bore through stone walls as she chewed her lips, allowing her eyes to flit over the room in search of him. Leaning away from the table, the mind fairy balanced on her heels as she pointed to the dance floor, "I am going to go look for Bloom and Aisha."

"Bloom and Aisha, huh?" Musa smirked as her eyes glowed purple, indicating she knew her sister was lying.

Enola raised her middle finger in the air as she walked into the crowd. Trying to sift between the large group of teens all dancing on top of each other, as they allowed the spiked punch to take effect.

Sam surely knew how to challenge the young girl, as she struggled to look for any sign of his brown hair. She tried using her powers, but that didn't work well as all the voices seemed to clamber into each other. The blaring music only made it worse as she felt herself get pushing around with the dancing teenagers.

Enola stopped, standing in the middle of the dance floor as the teens began to dance around her, working to find his voice, in particular, she listened amongst the chaos until she was finally able to hear a single comment.

'You are terrible at this game, love.'

Enola grinned as she pushed herself off of the dance floor, walking towards the private rooms. She smiled as her heels clanked on the cobblestone floors, making a light noise as she walked. The music began to slowly fade out as she went deeper into the building, leaving the main armory room.

The mind fairy quickly noticed the change in mood as many of the thoughts died down, allowing just a low murmur to take hold, causing her to furrow her eyebrows as she wondered where Sam was leading her.

It all began to make sense, however, as she realized that half the students in the area were either making out or getting high. Two things that required little thought. She quickly walked past the horny teenagers as she entered a small stone conclave that held Sam, who patiently sat in the room as he waited for her to come. Making herself known, Enola sat opposite Sam, as she looked up at the handosme fairy.

"Bringing me to the hookup spot, are we?"

Sam's face fell as he looked around the room, noticing what it looked like he was doing. He quickly went to defend himself, "No, I, um-Thought that it would be quieter for you, because...ya know? I wasn't trying to-"

"It is, thank you," Enola smiled, as she watched him nervously try to explain himself, as she moved to grab his hands, "Although I probably wouldn't have objected if you said yes," she trailed off before looking down at their hands to hide her blush.

"Well then, I would like to revise my statement," Sam smirked, moving to lean closer, so they were practically a breath away, causing Enola to turn her head with a smile on her lips.

"Funny."

"Doing your head in," Sam asked more seriously this time, as he rubbed small circles in the palm of Enola's hand, concerningly trying to read her emotions. Enola swore that she swooned just then as she watched his forehead crease with worry as he looked over towards the hall that led to the main party.

"It's a bit much," Enola spoke, looking around at the teenagers in the room near them, whose thoughts were quiet enough not to bother her, "But not here so much."

Sam pretended to think as he said, "And why is that again," he trailed off before nodding his head as a wolfish grin fell on his lips, "Enya."

Enola laughed as she thought back to the artist's calming sounds, which were much like Sam's. Although, the mind fairy would argue that the boy was still better. They both did manage to get her heart to stand still for a second.

Her thoughts went back to their previous meeting, thinking about how he acted around his sister, "You and Terra, are you close?"

Enola selfishly wished that he would say that they weren't. That he hated her guts and didn't care one bit what she thought. That would make things easier than if he said they were. That he would be heartbroken if Terra didn't approve of their relationship or her. And Enola wasn't sure if she could handle not being able to be with Sam, not now that she has gotten to know him. It seemed to be like an impossible task at this point.

"We weren't really around other kids our age growing up," Sam began, taking in a deep breath as images of his childhood flew into Enola's mind, "So yeah."

Sam began playing with their intertwined fingers as he looked up at her, a look of understanding passed over his face as he calmly asked, "Is that why you and I are sneaking around? Terra?"

Enola sighed at the boy in front of her, watching as he calmly waited for an answer. She wished that he wasn't so sweet or understanding. It not only made him incredibly hot but made her feel guilty for being so unlike him. She would be so hurt if Sam wanted to hide their relationship, despite how hypocritical it would be, it was true.

"Terra," Enola began, trying to find the right words to describe his sister without sounding mean, "has a lot of feelings about a lot of things and constantly thinks about them in new and creative ways without ever taking a second to relax and it is a lot to experience as her roommate," she spoke honestly, her eyes glowing pink as the simple thought of the girl brought her memories into her mind.

Sam nodded, listening to the girl with complete interest before he said, "Doesn't sound comfortable."

"How do you think she would react to this," Enola asked, bringing her eyes up to look at him as a huge grin spread on his face. His thoughts not at all concerned about his sister however as he had quickly disregarded the entire idea of Terra's reaction. It wasn't because he didn't love Terra, but more that he didn't care about what she thought of them.

"Oh," he raised his eyebrow, "We are a 'this' are we?"

"No," Enola burst into laughter as she shook her head, at how awkward he made the entire conversation in less than a few seconds, "It's all over," she gasped between laughs before composing herself as she looked at Sam in mock confusion, "Who are you again?"

Enola tilted her head as she leaned forward at the boy mimicking how he acted in front of Terra a few seconds before. She quickly stopped however as she quickly realized how romantic the scene was. The soft music matched with the dim lighting and their close positions made it nearly impossible for Enola to think of anything other than kissing him. Sam smiled as he moved closer to her, noticing the same thing.

Grabbing the back of Sam's hair, Enola pulled him into a kiss. Slowly moving her lips against his as her mouth fell open. She grinned as a feeling of peace washed over her body, as they two remained locked together. It was always like that when she kissed Sam. It was as if her powers strengthened when they were more connected.

Enola paused, however, as Terra's thoughts entered her mind. Sam seemed to notice as he moved away slightly, causing the girl to wince as she opened her eyes, "Sorry, I hear Ter-"

Before she could finish, Sam had already leaned into the wall, causing his powers to activate as he practically disappeared from sight. Another thing she would never be able to get over. Enola wore a tight smile as she turned to look over at Terra, who was happily walking over to her.

"Enola," Terra said, moving to sit where her brother once was, "There you are. I've been looking for you, figured you'd be someplace quiet," she added, waving her hands to indicate the room.

"What's up," Enola smirked, taking in a deep breath as her eyes moved over to Sam, who was waving her goodbye as he walked away. She watched as he quickly walked away, sending her a second glance before the dark halls hid his shape.

"So um, haven't wanted to ask this, but, like," Terra began as her thoughts jumbled, trying to come up with the right words, while Enola snapped her head back over to her friend, "What's the point of having a mind reader as a friend if you don't-sorry, not that that's all that I think of you-um..."

"Out with it," Enola kindly urged, as Terra's thoughts began to give the girl a migraine, as she rubbed her head, "What are you trying to say?"

"Dane. Me," Terra spoke in the chopped manner before looking around to check and see if anyone was listening, "Could it be a thing?"

"Um," Enola began as her entire face went blank. Dane was more attracted to poor unknowing Sam than he was to Terra. It wasn't an insult to her as he was clearly bisexual, with a preference for men, but even if he was straight, it wouldn't change anything. Dane's feelings towards Terra are in the platonic sense, no matter how strong they are.

Of course, Enola had witnessed feelings like those change all the time, but she didn't see it happening anytime soon. Especially as their interests were beginning to diverge.

"Oh, God," Terra smiled, although it was obvious to the mind fairy that she was more than upset, "Sorry for asking..."

"No, It's just that," Enola began trying to find the best way to tell her that he didn't have romantic feelings for her. She was never good at ripping the bandaid off, "When you two are together, Dane feels comfortable, safe."

"So it could be a thing," Terra smiled, her entire face lightening up as she jumped in her seat a little.

Enola smiled as she coyly said, "I know he likes you."

She felt guilty for giving Terra a half-truth but didn't know what else to say. She had never had to lie to a friend. She had never truly had a friend other than Musa. Watching her gleeful little dance as she believed Dane may like her seemed to be worth it.
