AMELIA WOKE UP TO HERMIONE YELLING HER. "WAKE UP WAKE UP you're going to be late" Amelia groaned and cursed under her breath. Rubbing her eyes Amelia got up from the bed and went to the bathroom and got ready. She wore a black skirt and white shirt with her gryffindor tie and her robes. She tied her hair in a high pony tail and wore slight makeup.
She took a glance towards the other two girls, Hermione organizing her books and other stuffs whereas the red headed girl was eyeing her.
"I am Ginny Weasley, didn't catch your name what was it?" The red headed girl asked acting innocent.
"Amelia BLACK" Amelia said hotly. Ginny nodded still eyeing her again.
"Stop staring Weasel" Amelia snarled before leaving the dorm.
Amelia walked down to the common room finding only four students in it. Two similar red headed boys grinning at each other and Ron and Harry playing wizard chess. As Amelia was about to leave for the great hall she was stopped by two simultaneous voices.
"Going for the breakfast shorty?" She turned around to find the twins approaching her.
"Yeah" she said with a slight smirk.
"I'm Ame-" she was cut off by the boys.
"Amelia black" said one "We know" said the other "I am fred" said one " am george" said the other "weasely" they said at the same time. Amelia was amused. They seemed quite interesting and fun.
"Nice to meet you" Amelia said while sticking out here hand for them but on of them pulled her into a group hug. She hugged them back them seemed nice to her.
"Let's go to the" said Fred "Great hall" said George "Shall we?" They said at the same time. "Do you always talk like that?" Amelia asked chuckling at them completing each other's sentences. They laughed and went to the great hall.
On entering the Great hall Amelia was greeted by the cold stare of her uncle which she completely ignored knowing that he was gonna be like that for long now. They sat at they table and the twins told Amelia about their pranks on teachers and students etc.
Amelia had the same history in Beauxbatons and shared her experience of pranking with them.
"Georgie I feel" Fred said. "We've got a member too" George said. "Help us in our pranks" Fred said. They laughed again. "Sure it would be fun together". Amelia winked.
Amelia made her way to her first class that was transfiguration which went well. And then was divination. A weird women stood in the middle of classroom.
"Good morning students today we will be seeing your future in you magical globe" She said in weird and scary tone. Amelia started staring her globe she couldn't see anything a few students expert in divination shared what they saw . Amelia also wanted to see her future but she couldn't she was deadly staring at the globe and suddenly due to her intense stare the globe shattered into pieces.
Trewenley rushed towards her asking "Are you okay?" Amelia nodded wide eyed.
"You're the new child I see" Trewenley said dreamingly "what did you see in your future?"
"I didn't see anything" Amelia said without meeting her eyes. Trewenley let out a sharp gasp. "What!?"
"Maybe you didn't see your future because you dont have one, maybe you'll soon be greeted by death" Trewenley said in her so called scary tone letting few students giggle behind Amelia.
"You're out of your mind" Amelia yelled and got up leaving the class with her stuffs furiously.
She was roaming in the corridor and soon found her godfather sitting in an empty classroom. She ran towards him giving him a quick hug.
"Were you missing me moony?" She asked sarcastically.
"A lot" Remus replied while smiling "And its professor lupin to you here in hogwarts" Remus added with fake seriousness causing them both to chuckle.
"And if i'm not wrong you were supposed to be in your classes, right? Remus asked.
"I went in there but that weird woman was just talking nonsense, she said I am gonna die and it was danger all over me" Amelia said while laughing. Remus tensed up a bit but laughed so that Amelia does not get suspicious. "What class do you have next?" Remus asked.
"Potions" Amelia replied a bit scared. Remus noticed her uneasiness.
"Its all going to be fine dont worry" Remus assured. Amelia smiled at her godfather at the fact that he understood her so well without even knowing what was she worried about.
Back to her sarcastic character Amelia said.
"Oh Remmei what would I do without you" they both chuckle.
"Okay now I am craving for a chocolate since so long" Amelia said.
"Here you go then" Remus said handing her a chocolate frog.
"You're the best god father in the whole world" Amelia said sheepishly like a child.
"And you're the best god daughter in the world" Remus said while pinching her slightly on cheek.
"Oh ik that very well" Amelia said. They both laughed.
"Oh gosh I'm late for potions" exclaimed Amelia worried. "He's going to kill me"
"Calm down and rush now" Remus said shooing her away.
"Bye moony see ya" Amelia called running .
"Its professor lupin" Remus called back.
"I know right M-O-O-N-Y" Amelia yelled again in sing song. Remus shook his while laughing at his god daughter.
Soon Amelia reached the potions classroom breathing heavily she knocked at the already open door. All heads turned towards her.
"Oh look who decided to show up, its a pleasure to have you here Ms. Black that will be 20 points from gryffindor for being late" Severus said in monotone, the golden trio glared at her .
Amelia rolled her eyes and started searching for an empty seat, she found one beside a boy with platinum blonde hair. 'platinum blonde hair, nasty smirk on face he must be a malfoy' Amelia thought to herself while sitting beside him.
"You're Amelia black right" Malfoy asked with slight disgust on his face.
"And you must be the Malfoy" Amelia mocked back in the same tone.
"Yes draco malfoy and also your cousin" Draco said looking away from her.
"What!?"
"Ten points from gryffindor for talking in class" Severus snarled.
"But malfoy started the conversation" Amelia whined desperately.
"Another ten points from gryffindor for talking back at a teacher" Severus sneered without turning towards her.
The trio again glared at her and Draco chuckled. She rolled her eyes and groaned "Ughhh".
"Five points for making unusual sound form gryffindor" Sev snarled.
Amelia went completely quite for the whole time now. The time passed by and class ended all the students got up and leave, Amelia was the last one to leave untill she heard her uncle call back.
"Ms. Black" she froze there and turned around slowly to meet the cold glare of her uncle.
"Yes?" She asked innocently.
"Why were you late and also I heard you insulted a teacher" Severus growled.
"I was with Remus and I didn't insult anyone it was her who was talking like a freak" Amelia replied with bit raised voice.
"Dont you dare raise your voice against me" Sev said in a low tone glaring at her.
"And you stop growling at me just because I am placed in gryffindor" Amelia fired back.
"Dont use that tone at me you stupid gryffindor girl" Sev snarled.
"Are you really going to be mad at me my whole life just because I am in gryffindor–seriously Sev its not that bad,-" She was cut off by severus
"Its professor Snape to you" she rolled her eyes "Whatever" .
"Now you may leave and remember to behave, I am always here watching all your nonsense" She ran out of the class as she was already tired of the hectic day.
