Katie is making me watch Alexa for her but I have no idea where she went. It had been 4 hours and she finally got home. I looked at her and asked " where the hell where you?" She looked at me and said " I went out." She took Alexa from me and said " thanks Alexa for watching her." I went to lay down and said " your welcome Katie." When i got to my room I suddenly felt a panic attack comming on. I yelled "Katie!" Before sinking to the ground. Katie came into my room and said " take a deep breath." I tried to but i couldn't. 5 minutes past and the attack was over. Katie looked at me and asked " Are you okay?" I looked at her and said " yeah." And layed down. Honestly i was not okay I just had to say that. I was over thinking about everything but i don't know what to do. Spencer has been seeing the kids and i go to Katie's because i don't want to see him right now. I feel like the whole world is comming down on me mostly because everything is happening at one time.
