Bettys POV
Ive been at Veronicas for about 45 minutes and jughead hasn't called. I keep checking my phone but he hasn't even texted. V-"are you okay b" i nod B- "yeah sorry Jughead was supposed to call" V- "thats weird- he always checking in" b-" ill call him" i get up and walk to an empty room and call jughead
J- "hello?" B-"are you okay you didnt call to check in" j- "shit- sorry i just saw the clock- i was with jb and my dad" b- "is everything okay?" J "nothing you should worry about" b- "jug- whats wrong" j- "nothing- shit i gotta go cps is here" he hangs up b-"cps" she mumbles to herself.
She goes back out to the living room where Veronica was. V- "everything okay?" I pause "he said something about cps and hung up" Veronica looks at me confused V- "what?" I shrug. B- "he wont tell me anything- I mostly think its my fault" i sit down.
V- "why?" I say nothing v- "tell me! Ive been talking the whole time!" I sigh b- "i kinda purposely started a fight with him because he wouldn't grasp the reality that im dying!"
Veronica sighs and i looks down at my hands. V "bee- maybe this isnt a good idea" b- "listen- i dont wanna die in a hospital bed. I wanna die while im still able to walk! Please!" She sighs V- "fine then"
Veronicas POV
I was worried for betty. She basically asked me to help her kill herself it was a lot to handle. How do you deal with someone asking that. I just ignored every instinct i had and decided to help her. I felt like i was betraying everyone she knew helping her but i cant watch her suffer. Feelings are just stupuf
