"Grandma I am home" I yelled as I entered the beautiful home.But She didn't answer, which was very odd since she usually does.I figured she was in the kitchen, and so I checked but she wasn't. I headed to her room, thinking she might be napping.But I couldn't be more wrong, because there I found my beloved grandma laying on the ground... lifeless. "Grandma please don't leave me"I said through tears, hoping she might magically just wake up.But she never did.Fast forward to the day I had to say goodbye to our beautiful home, but as I was about to close the door, I noticed a envelope. I picked it up, and I couldn't believe my eyes, it was from my grandma.I decided that I would read it when I got to Hogwarts.
And so here I was at the London train Station. Looking for platform 9 3/4. I asked one of the workers but he just told me to stop wasting his time. But just as I was about to give up, I saw a girl go through a wall right in between platform 9 and 10! "Ah huh" I thought to my myself.And went through the wall. I opened my eyes and saw Hogwarts Express, a bunch of happy families kissing and saying good bye to each other.I wondering what it would've been like if my grandma was still here.But was interrupted by a call run.I hurried to the train and started looking for an empty compartment.And at last I found one in the back.As I sat down everyone in the compartment in front of mine, started staring at me. At first it I tried to ignore it, but they just kept staring. So I got up, and went and opened their compartment door."What" I said sounding annoyed. At first they all looked at each other, hesitant.But finally a girl with black hair said "The compartment your sitting in" "What about it" I commanded "That's Draco Malfoy's Compartment" she answered. "Well I don't know who this Draco Malfoy is, and I don't care" I said irritated "Now stop staring". And with that I left and went back to reading in my compartment.After about 5 minutes, my compartment door opened. I looked up and saw, a pale boy with blonde hair, and icy blue eyes. A blonde girl also with blonde hair and blue eyes. A another boy with dark skin, and brown eyes and hair. And finally a another girl with black hair and brown eyes.I continued reading. "Out" the blonde boy hissed, with a glare. "No" I answered still not looking up."That wasn't a question, this is my compartment" He said, now clearly getting furious."I don't see your name on it" I shot back, now looking right into his eyes. "Get a worker"he said to the other boy. And so the other boy left, and he just stood there glaring at me. At this point there was a few students watching us. A couple of minutes later, the boy came back with a worker. "What appears to be the problem Mr.Malfoy?" The worker asked." This idiot girl, refuses to leave my compartment!" He said angrily." I am very sorry, but this is not your personal compartment, so I am afraid I can't do anything if she was here first" he said apologetically "Were you here first" He asked me "Yes, sir" I answered politely "Alright then"He continued "Everyone back to your seats", he told the students watching us outside the compartment.And then he left. And so Did "Mr.Malfoy" and his minions, but before he closed the compartment door he said "Your going to pay for this" with a glare "Bye" I said with a smirk.
When I arrived at Hogwarts, there was a stern looking women waiting for me, in front of the biggest doors I have ever seen. "Hello, you must be Leonora Silvius" she said with a smile smile "Yes, and who may you be" I answered politely "Minerva McGonagall, But you can call me Professer McGonagall" She answered very politely back. "pleasure" I added "Alright, Know I now your very tired but first is dinner and you have to be sorted into your house" She said "House?"I asked, clearly confused. "Yes there are Gryfinndor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin" She answered. But I was still confused, and probably beacsue of the look on my face she added "Your houses are where you sleep, they are basically your family" "Ooh" I said feeling stupid. But before I could ask anything else I heard my name being called form inside the giant doors, and they started to open. "Oh we are late" She said a bit panicked "Go on" And then she disappeared.I walked in and everyone went quiet.After what about 30 seconds I heard things like; "Shes very pretty" or "With that glare on her face, she is going to be a definite Slytherin" But that was probably because I just realized I was going to be sorted infront of the whole school, judging form the stool McGonagall just put in front of the room.I made my way to the stool and sat down.But I was still confused as to how they were going to sort me. But before I could think of some possibilities, I felt a hat on my head. And then it started talking and said "Hmm...Your stubborn, courageous, determined, secretive, you know what you want and you know exactly how to get it." "Would you hurry up already" I whispered angrily "Your a feisty one" the hat said."This stupid hat" I thought "Alright, GRYFINNDOR!" At first the hall was quiet, I figured they must've thought I would be in another house, but then a table, on the left (Gryffindor table I figured) started cheering.I made my way over there and shook a couple of people's hands."And then a girl with brown hair and brown eyes said" Hello, I am Hermione Granger, this is Ron Weasley" she said pointing to a boy with Red hair and freckles. "And that's harry Potter" She continued Pointing to another boy with black hair, bright green eyes, and round glasses. "Its a pleasure to meet you all!" I replied with a small smile.And then a old man with a long white beard, in front of the hall said "Now that we are done with that" He smiled towards me. "Lets all enjoy this dinner" He continued, then proceeded to sit down on his chair and start on dinner.
At first I was confused as where our dinner was, but then it magically appeared!There was chicken legs, roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, and a lot more! "Wow" I said amused "I know right I was pretty impressed when I first saw" Hermione replied. "Leonora?" Harry said "Yes Harry" "From where did you transfer?" He asked " I transferred from Asuknarts in Switzerland!" I answered. "Really?All the way from Switzerland?" Ron said through a mouth full of food. "Agh Ron, would you please stop talking through a mouth a mouth full of food!" Hermione told Ron. Ron just kept eating, he sure was hungry. "Yes Ron, I did move all the way from Switzerland" I said laughing. "But why?That's so far away?" Asked Ron, I stopped laughing. "Ron, that's too personal" Harry said to Ron. "Oh I am sorry, you don't have to answer that" Ron said ashamed. "Oh its ok!I just hate talking about it" "You see it's quite sad, do you mind if I told you another day;I don't want it ruining the mood" "Oh of course don't feel pressured" Ron said. I smiled at him. "Leonora, how was it at Asuknarts?" Hermione asked changing the subject."It was quite different, Much smaller, a lot less students, and you didn't have to sleep at the school." I replied "It was very close to my house so I went home everyday!" I continued."Wow that sounds amazing!" Hermione said happily.
And before I knew it dinner was over and we were all heading to the Gryfinndor house.We passed a bunch of corridors, and then a lot of staircases. Then we made it, but instead of a door, there was a big picture of a fat lady, "Password?"She asked."Caput Draconis" said(Percy the perfect who lead the Gryfinndor House). The fat lady's picture moved and revealed a door. We all went through, and into a beautiful room. With maroon couches and armchairs. There was also a bulletin board, cozy fire place, globes everywhere, and a giant bookshelf in the back. "Welcome to the Gryfinndor Common room, boys dormitories upstairs and down to your left, girls the same on your right.You'll also find all your belongs have been brought up." Percy told me. "I'll show you your dorm, its 22 right? Hermione said "Yes, and thanks" I replied. As lucky as I was Hermione's dorm is 21 so we were right next to each other. When I saw my dorm I was glad it had a low window, which meant it wouldn't be hard if I ever wanted to sneak out.
After Hermione left, I took out my grandmothers envelope.There was a key.I didn't know what the key belonged to at first, but then I remembered, the box that my grandma never let me open.Which I lucky had brought with me.I took it out and it opened.Inside were three envelopes.The first one said:
To: My Dear Little Leonora
Love your Mother, Nora Slivius.
I couldn't believe my eyes, from my mother, whom had died shortly after I was born.The second envelope said:
To: Leonora Silvius
From:Your Father, Leo Silvius
And once again I was surprised, because my father passed away when I was at the age of 2. All though I did ask my grandmother once if he had left anything for me when I was about 7, and she answered "No". And then finally the final envelope said:
To:My Leonora
From: Grandma, Zahra
So this must be her will, I Should send it to my uncle tomorrow.Inside was also a small book with pictures of both my parents.And there was another book that had songs by my mother."Just like me" I thought.And a necklace with both my parents's pictures inside.There was also my mothers journals( from when she was about my age), and love letters from my father and her.At this point, I was sobbing.And I haven't even read any of them. So I decided to sneak out and get some fresh air.I took a small bag, put everything in.I grabbed my broom and guitar (So I could try my mothers songs, and perhaps even write one myself), and even my own journal so i could write about everything, and snuck out of my window.I was looking for a place to walk and found an empty tower.I stopped my broom and got out.I put on the necklace first.Then opened my first letter. It said:
Dear Leonora,
I just found out that I have only a few days left to live.So I am writing you a letter, telling you about somethings(of course not all)!First is your name. Your first name is both mine and your fathers combined (Leo-Nora), your middle name (Amethyst) is mine and your fathers favorite stone.Second is when you were born.You Leonora were born in Autumn (which is my favorite season) November 2nd, at exactly 1 in the morning!I am writing this to you while you are sleeping next me.What a beautiful baby you are.I want you to know that I love you very VERY much.Please live your life, be happy, have fun!You only get to live once my Leonora.I am also leaving you my journals, so I would love for you to read them, if you do u well learn about how I met your farther.Again I love you very much my Leonora.

Inside the envelope was also a picture of me as a baby, my mother (who had brown, curly hair and the brightest green eyes), and my father (who had dark black hair and grey eyes).I got my fathers hair color, and curly hair, and green eyes form my mother.
It was now getting late so I decided to open the other envelopes, and read her journals another day.But before I went back I wanted to write a song and I sang it still sobbing :
"Home, a place where I can go"
"Only I don't have one anymore"
"So, please take me home"
"I don't think I Can do this anymore"
I was now very tired, so I hopped on my broom and went back to my dorm.I cried myself to sleep that night.But when I woke up that morning I realized that I had forgotten my journal on the tower.That journal had very personal things in there, so I hopped on my broom.Still in my pajamas, and went to the tower.I was hoping so hard that no one found it, but someone did because when I went back there it was gone.
I went back to my dorm got dressed quickly and headed to the Great Hall, I spotted Hermione, Ron, Harry, and another boy I didn't know."Leonora!" Hermione exclaimed "Where have you been, I knocked on your door this morning.But you didn't answer so I was worried and opened it, and you weren't there so I assumed you were here already." She continued."Oh this is Cedric Diggory "Said harry gestured to the boy on his left (who had hazel eyes and light brown hair) "Hello" the boy said. But I wasn't answering or listening to anything. "Are you alright?" Hermione asked sounding concerned.I had to tell someone what happened, so I told them.Leaving out what was in the letter, and that my parents and grandmother died."Oh no"Said Hermione ."I have to find that journal" I replied. "We can help you look for it during lunch" Answered Cedric with a sympathetic smile. "Thank you Cedric, and its a pleasure to meet you" I replied with a sad smile.But just then I saw Malfoy and his minions enter, and the blonde girl had my journal in her hands...Reading it out loud, and laughing.
