【Kairi's POV】
" Milady, are you aware of what you are wearing?" I jump out of the bed and rub my eyes while the 6 year old Akashi is still deep asleep.
I look at myself and raised an eyebrow.
" Yeah! Besides onii-chan seen me naked and doesn't bother!" I said bluntly. I saw Sierra face palmed herself and releases a huge sigh, massaging her temple.
" Kairi, you're not a kid anymore." She replied.

I woke up with my head aching like hell. I tried to stand up but I end up stumbling, my world swirls whenever I open my eyes.
I massage my temples to ease the pain slightly, even though I know forcing myself to much will worsen my situation.
Today is Rakuzan's game. I don't know if my Seijuro will play or not. There are times that he didn't show up but still Rakuzan manage to win, well that team is full of monsters.
I forced myself to get up, I already made up my mind, I'm going to watch it no matter what.
This is the first time that I'm going to see him again for the past 3 years.
I arrived in the arena with the people going silent. I don't have a seat so I stand up behind the railings.
My eyes was glued on the team to find my brother until I saw a red head standing and dibbling the ball. Two of his opponents blocks his way but he dibbled it in an unusual pace, going into different directions simultaneously. In result, the two stripped and fell down on the floor.
Seijuro passed through them, walking calmly yet menacingly. The catastrophe and coldness in his eyes gives me a chill to the spine.
Brother...
" My orders are absolute." then he shoots the ball to the ring flawlessly, making the whole audience shout in excitement.
" I'll give you one warning, though only those subservient to me are allowed to speak without changing their line in sight. I don't allow anyone against me to look down on me, LOWER YOUR HEADS." He said, making the other team tremble in fear.
I saw him glanced at me with his heterochromic eyes, smirking. I tighten my grip on the railing and bit my lower lip.
"I can't stand this anymore." I thought to myself. With that words I turned my back and exit the arena.
I ran outside furiously until my energy was drained, gasping for air. I stood in the middle of the city, with the people passing by over and over again without even noticing my presence.
I'm nobody.
The snow started to fall on my cheeks, it was snowing hard and besides the fact that it's getting dark, I feel really gloomy with the snow that signifies sadness is sympathizing me.
" that.. monster.." Tears spilled out from my sadness and frustration, I was standing firmly in my pace and wipe my tears using my sleeves.
I continued walking on the street when I heard an errie sound, I saw a car struggling and losing control, the next thing I heard is a loud impact and a cry. People immediately gathered around, checking out the situation.
I froze, in this cold night, I saw a woman laying down in the ground with her daughter, crying while continously shaking his mother, striving to wake her up.
" M-MOM .. W-WAKE UP!! MOM!" She quavered.
Not moving an inch I continued to stare at the scenario in shock. I felt a sudden pain in my chest causing me to touched it. My breath started to get ragged and difficult to breath. My eyes is started to get blurry, my heart beats faster and faster.
I fell down on my knees and touch my head as limitless tears poured down, touching the snow. I crouched on the floor, trembling and crying uncontrollably.
" N-No!..." I gulped, almost tasting my tears.
" WAAAAA!~ KAIRICHII!!~" I heard a familiar voice, I forced my eyes to open once again and blink few times, making my vision to see a man running towards my direction, though it's blurry. My eye lids became heavy and my ears started to hear nothing.The people started to swarm over around me.
" AH! ANO~ EXCUSE ME! PASSING THROUGH!~" I saw his passing through the people around me. I felt someone pulled my body and lay me on his arms, hugging me. I felt his warm temperature and strong arms.
" R-Ryota-kun?..." Still catching my breath, I manage to speak his name.
" HANG ON!~" I heard his faint voice slowly fading away. The last thing I barely hear is siren until my vision went blank, consumed by total darkness.

" Kai! Kai! Wake up!" I was awakened by a tiny voice calling my name. When I opened my eyes I saw a boy with red hair standing beside my bed.
Who.. is he?
My brows crossed I as try to remember him.. But I can't . I kept on staring at him until he grab my hands, pulling me with excitement on his eyes.
I jump out of the bed and shocked to see my body shrunk.
I was amazed by how big this mansion was, looking upside down in the house.
" How are you my little princess?" A voice greeted me, There I saw a fine and beautiful lady with a chestnut colored hair and golden eyes.
Am I supposed to answer her question?
The boy tap my shoulder and
stared at me with confusion
While I look at him blankly.
" What's wrong Kai? You seem to be spacing out?! " He inquired skeptically.
" So where do you want to spent the whole afternoon?" The lady carried me and placed me on her lap.
Who is she?
A man arrives fixing his necktie and look at us.
" I'll be back late." He said
I move unconciously and pulled the end of his shirt. I raised my hands in the air, signalling for a hug. His brows twitch, but in the end he hugged me and kissed my forehead. When the man walk outside and closed the door, the red head ran and jump on the sofa to look at the window to check if the man is gone. He tilted his head and shouted.
" LET'S PLAY BASKETBALL!" The red head said cheerfully with his eyes glittering in excitement.
" No, I want to play with barney." I exclaimed and turned my back.
" Barney is gay, Kairi." He chukled.
He held my hand and gave me a wide smile.
I saw this smile before but where?
We arrived at a small basketball court while he pulled me, Encouraging me to play with him. His agility and stamina are really amazing, I can't catch up to his movements he keeps on giving me this playful smile, making me frowned.
" UNFAIR! UNFAIR! " I stomped my feet and stuffed my cheeks. The lady covered his mouth and let out a soft chuckle. I stopped and stared at her, When she smiled I can't myself but to smile too.
I blink then I saw them gone..
I look every where but I can't find them.. I ended up sitting on the bench and hug my knees until tears poured from my eyes.
My smiled turned blank when my vision shifted inside the house again, I saw my younger self, reaching the door to opened it when I saw the lady laying unconciously on the floor. I froze by a second there but soon I snap out of it and immediately ran to her side.
I shook her body but didn't respond to any of my actions,
Tears began to poured from my eyes while shaking her body like empty shell.
" BIG BROTHER! MOM! HELP MOM!" I keep on sobbing until the red head arrive with the medics.
I saw him hugged me, he tried to gave me a smile but I can see sadness written all over his face.
My vision shifted once again and I was in the hospital, I saw the woman laying on the bed. I grab the sleeves of my brother to ask him.
" Brother why is mom not waking up?" I asked innocently.
I saw him preventing his tears from falling,To look strong in from of me. He bit his lips and tighten his grip on the bed. I grab the lady's hand and put on my head, Hoping that she will pat my head like she always do but It that doesn't work that way.
Flashback from the past appeared before me, the pain the imprisoned me all these years, the ghost in my mind is hunting me again..
The person I call 'Mother' died in front of my eyes and I can't do anything..
" YOU CANNOT DEFY ME KAIRI, MY ORDERS ARE ABSOLUTE." He tighten the grip on my wrist and gave me a wicked smile. All I can see is coldness in his eyes.
" W-WHO ARE YOU?" I asked, sweating profusely.
He grinned and replied " I'm your brother, Akashi Seijuro." A cold chill went down to my spine, looking at him in this state. He is intimidating me, making me move an inch backward.
I closed my eyes and when I opened it I was in a place in complete darkness. I ended up breaking down in tears again. Until a warm hand touched my head, I look at her and smiled at me. I also heard a voice coming from behind so I tilted my head to see who it is.
He pass by me and hug the lady then look at me.
I sstared at them for a moment..
Yes, I remember now..
How can I forget about them?
I forgot it but I was aware, I tried to forget about that things on my own.
That lady is my mother..
Now I remember..
She's the one who's ever supportive and caring..
the half part of my life..is gone..
I look down as tears spilled from my eyes and hold my skirt.
" That's right Kairi, you're my precious little daughter.. And you're still alive, keep on living and be the light of our family.. I can't do it so it's now all up to you." She patted my head and smiled at me, giving me a relief.
She gave a hand and smiled when I heard a voice, I know that voice clearly. That Annoying voice.
" KAIRICHII! Oi! CAN YOU HEAR ME?! WAAA?!
I smiled at myself and look at her.
" Mom, I have to go back." I smiled at her and stood up. She walk closer to me and hug me. The warm embrace of a mother..
Light consumed me back and the next thing I saw is a white ceiling and Kise, worriedly looking at me.
" KAIRICHII! I THOUGHT YOU'RE GONE! And.. AND YOU'RE CRYING!!" He uttered, panicking.
I wipe away my tears and smiled at him.
" Don't worry I'm back."
Now I know.. When I saw them in my dreams and try to reach them but I keep on failing because I'm not living in the past anymore. It's time to live a new life and a new path to walk in.
No matter how sad or happy a memory is there are things you can never forget.
