PAULS POV:
'DAD' I shout, no reply... 'DAAAAAD' Still no reply... ugh I groan as I poke my head out of my bedroom doorway. My brother Mike was sitting at the top of the stairs staring at the ceiling."what's wrong Mikey?" I question the younger boy, "there is a spider... up there."
I look up to see a whopping spider hanging on the ceiling, I scream extremely loud, It almost sounded feminine. Mike began laughing hysterically, "it's fake paulie, 100% plastic!!" He continued howling like a maniac as I stood at the top of the stairs,seriously considering pushing mike down them. I restrained myself as I knew dad would not be happy one bit,he always got mad at me but never mike. It was unfair to say the least; I couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy in my heart as I thought about how my dad treated Mike to days out on the town and piles upon piles of toys. I had to buy my own stuff but I couldn't really afford things I wanted so I made do without.
