I was standing in front of Harry , my soon-to-be Husband, with tears in my eyes and the biggest grin on my face, when Dumbledore said, " Do you (Y/N) Patil take Harry Potter to be your lawfully wedded husband?". "I do" I replied, my voice thick with emotion.
"And Do you, Harry Potter take (Y/N) Patil to be you lawfully wedded wife?"
"I do" said Harry.
"I hereby announce you Husband and Wife. You may now kiss the Bride."
I looked into Harry's pine-green eyes and leaned in and....
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SUSAN!!!!!!!!AMELIA!!!!!!!!!!!BONES!!!!!!!YOU BETTER RUN BEFORE I KILL YOU!!!"
I woke up to hysterical laughter from my best friend and room-mate with my hair, face and pajamas drenched with ice-cold water .
I got up from bed and put on my slippers only to see Susan rolling on the floor with tears streaming down her cheeks.
"Not funny Suse, it wasn't funny at all, I mean , I was actually getting married to the love of my life and you ruined it." I said sternly pointing a finger at her. "Oh you were just dreaming sweetie, and if you are so in love with him, go ask him out." She said smirking, and I was sure my face was as red as a tomato.
"And you're just saying that so you can have some alone-time with Ernie." I fired back, smirking as red started creeping into her face and ears, and went to the bathroom to freshen up.
I have had a huge , I mean a really, really HUGE crush on Harry Potter ever since he and Ron Weasley arrived on a Flying car. There have been a few hello's and the occasional talks and quill borrows. Ever since then my crush on him has been continuously growing no matter how much I want to get over him. I can even look at him without blushing and I don't even have courage to go and talk to him and ask him out. I guess I wasn't in Gryffindor for a good reason.
I put on my robes and went to the common room where I knew Ernie and Susan would be waiting for me . They soon saw me and we went to the Great hall chatting and laughing.

Night had fallen and I was on my way to the astronomy tower, where I often went when I needed some peace and time to think . I had also put a Disillusionment charm on myself to remain invisible to Filch and his monstrous cat . I climbed up the stairs and leaned against the railing of the tower. The stars were sparkling brightly and the moon was high up in the sky. A cool breeze was blowing and sent goosebumps along my skin.
I was thinking about Harry Potter's jet black messy hair when I felt something touching my back. "AAAAAAHHHHH" I shrieked jumped into the air. I turned around to see Harry Potter under a shining blanket sort of thing and his wand out , pointing at my chest with an alarmed look on his face.
"Homenum Revelio" he whispered pointing the wand at me as I felt a weird sensation go through my body. He looked at me when we both suddenly froze, hearing footsteps at the tower's stairs. He looked at me , then pocketed his wand and threw the blanket over the both of us as my cheeks grew red and hot at the sudden close proximity. I realized that the blanket must have been an Invisibility Cloak. Filch came to the tower holding a lantern with a scowl on his face, muttering about the rule breaking students and good old times of punishments in the dungeons. He looked around and then left. We waited till he reached the bottom of the stairs.
Then Harry turned towards me and lit up his wand with a 'Lumos'. With the faint light of the wand, I could make out a faint blush on his cheeks. No (Y/N), he's just embarrassed, he doesn't like you cause that's ridiculous. "(Y/N)? What are you doing here?" he asked.
I couldn't believe that my crush actually new my name, especially when most people get confused between me and my sisters because of our identical appearances(except our eyes).
"(Y/N)??" he said again. " Oh uh sorry...I uh ..zoned out for moment." Focus (Y/N), you're making a fool of yourself." Oh ..I always come to the astronomy tower when I need to clear my head...what about you...and uh .. how did you know that I was (Y/N) and not Parvati and Padma??"
"Oh...I came to the astronomy tower to have some peace...you know...just like you...and to your second question...I may or may not have asked Parvati about how to recognize you..."I saw as his face turned red.
"...Oh..I see and why did you ask her about how to recognize me??" I asked truly curious to know. "Uhhh....about that....um...can I tell you something and please don't interrupt me when I will tell you and please don't be angry ...okay??"
"Ohkay...sure"I replied getting nervous.
"Look (Y/N)....uh... the thing is ....is that....uhmm" he said getting really nervous. I took a leap of courage and held his hands and saw as he turned redder(if that was even possible).
"Come on Harry, If you could battle a dragon for the first task then I am sure you can say whatever you want to say." I said in a calm and soothing voice.
"Oh...okay..um..(Y/N), you see ..I already knew that you were in this tower because of a special map ..well..that's not the point.. and .....I came...because Ron and Hermione forced me to come and tell you....uh...tell you ... that ....I think that you are....a really ..uh beautiful and ...a .. wonderful girl and ...I really really like you ...I uh ...have since third year year... and uh I wanted to ask if...uh.. youwantedtomaybegototheballwithme??"He said really fast but I heard him perfectly fine and stared at him with shock evident on my blushing face .
Harry Bloody Potter, the boy who I have been fancying since second year, is standing in front and he has just confessed to me that he likes ME!!! Oh My Freaking Gosh!! I can't believe it!! And on top of that...He wants ME to go to the Yule Ball with HIM!!!
"Oh..uh .....I knew shouldn't have said that ...oh ...I'm gonna kill Ron and Mione.....uh I'm terribly sorry (Y/N).... let's just pretend that this ...this never happen...yeah?...Yeah...I'm so sorry and uh ...goodnight." he stuttered and turned around to go as I snapped out of my shock and pulled on his hand to make him turn around .
He turned and faced me with emotions swimming in his eyes when I suddenly thrusted myself towards him, gently held his face with my hands , fluttered my eyes close and pressed my lips on top of his. He tensed at first but then relaxed and smiled into the kiss as put his hands on my back.
I pulled away to see him with blushing cheeks and a goofy smile on his face.
"How's that for an answer hmm??" I said smirking.
"You have no idea since how long i wanted to do that. "He said with a twinkle in his eye.
"Trust me, I think I do , I've wanted to do since second year."
"Really?" He said, his eyes lighting up.
"Yeah, really." I said and pulled him for another kiss. It was full of love and passion. Finally, he pulled away and joined our foreheads together.
"Does this mean that you're my girlfriend now?" He asked .
"Do you want me to be, oh-so great Mr. Chosen One ?"I asked mischievously.
"Of course I want you to be, and don't call me that...So...would you, (Y/N) Patil make me the happiest boy alive and be my girlfriend?" He asked with a soft smile.
"Hmm......I think you messed up the words a bit." I said smirking " It's .. Would you, (Y/N) Patil make me the happiest man alive and marry me.........Of course I will be your girlfriend you nitwit." I said chuckling as he swooped down and gave me a peck on the lips.
Harry Potter .....my boyfriend.....has a nice ring to it doesn't it.....
