Sin's POV
What the fuck?
Where am I? It was just... darkness
Mate
Blossom...
I felt the ache in my chest at the thought of her
She was... she was bleeding.
She was... dying
"Blossom" I breathed out, where the hell am I? I need to get back to her
You need to kill the bastard who hurt her I heard Killian growl, before I lost control again.
What I needed was to regain control.
Killian was on a warpath. I couldn't blame him though, I still felt my connection to Blossom, but it was weak. But I didn't know if it was because we were far apart or because she was... dying...
I need to find her. She needs me.
I couldn't feel my wings anymore but I knew my horns were still out
"Who are you?"
I turned around, and came face to face with a man
As I looked closer I could make out shapes. I was in a street. But I couldn't recognise where.
"Where am I?" Killian asked, still in control
"What? Are you alright?" The guy asked
"Where the fuck am I?" He seethed, grabbing the guy by the collar
"H-hell... hell... you're in hell" he stuttered.
Hell?
No...
Blossom's POV
Where is everybody? I pulled all the wires off me, there were so many tubes and machines beeping at me
"Oh my gosh" I heard a gasp
I looked up and saw Sophie stood in the doorway with Alexander, she looked like she'd just seen a ghost.
"Sophie? Are you okay?" I asked, tilting my head slightly
"Am I okay..." she breathed out, like she couldn't believe what I was saying
"Are you okay darling? You- you're upright, you're... you're not in pain?" She asked.
I shook my head slowly
"I feel... fine" I shrugged
"This is some mystical shit" Toby said, receiving a look from Alexander
"I think we should get the doctor to take a look" Alexander said.
"Okay..." I nodded, looking behind them
"Where's Sin?" I asked, watching as their faces fell into worried expressions
"You just rest eh? You had such a horrible experience and very deep injuries" Sophie said, softly pushing me to lay back down.
"Horrible experience? She got shanked by the devil bitch's widower" Toby commented.
"N-no I- I want Sin" I tried to say
"Blosso-"
"Where is he?!" I asked persistently, sitting up again
Sophie sighed, and looked to Alexander.
"Alpha?" I asked, I know he didn't like me calling him that, we were family now
But I needed to know what was going on, even if I had to get it out of him with the alpha card
He looked like he really didn't want to tell me, before he finally spoke up.
"We don't know where he is" he said sounding defeated
"What?" I asked panicked, I tried to run through my mind for him, find him through the link but it was cut off, it's like I couldn't even feel it
My heart felt... empty, aching for him.
That meant... that meant he was far away from me. Where was he?
Sin's POV
We need to get back
'And how the fuck are we supposed to get back?' I asked Kade
With mist. Make Killian take us back
I sighed, I've been sitting on the edge of the street for fuck knows how long trying to hold Killian back from wherever he wanted to go and I still couldn't wrap my head around this.
I was in hell?
I looked like a bloody demon and Killian wouldn't give me control back, it was like I was... just stuck.
"We need to find him" Killian kept mumbling over and over
Who? I asked again and again but he blocked me off
He wouldn't answer me, he was just set on finding him?
"Excuse me?" I looked up, and there was a little boy stood in front of me
"What?" Killian asked darkly
"Do you... um... do you have any money?" He asked hesitantly
"No" he said simply, already dismissing the small child.
I sighed. He didn't have to be so cruel.
'Just give me control back'
No... he needs to die, then Blossom will be safe
'Blossom's hurting! She needs us by her side, not... here doing whatever the fuck you're wanting to do!' I shouted back.
He stood us up, striding over to the small kids, throwing a few coins at their feet
There. Happy? He asked
I'll only be 'happy' when we're back with Blossom
Bloss... need mate. Mate in pain.
Not yet...
We started walking again, through the streets until people were in view again, everyone here looked demonic.
Not surprising if it's hell, but even Narissa's castle had... tame demons.
"You" Killian said, walking over to a man and woman
"What?" The man asked
"Where can I find Lucian?" He asked
Lucian? Narissa's mate...
He was here to kill him.
'That's why we disappeared? You wanted to find Lucian?'
Blossom deserves revenge. And I'm going to rip him to fucking pieces.
This isn't going to end well
I need Blossom, I need to make sure she's okay before anything else
She needs me
God knows I need her.
Blossom's POV
"Healing?" I asked surprised
The witch I had come to know as Surya nodded
"Werewolves have the ability to heal faster than other creatures, but you seem to be able to rebuild yourself even with life threatening injuries, and in a matter of a few hours too" she explained her thoughts.
"So what does this mean?" Sophie asked
"Well my best guess would be your white wolf gene, I think you have inherited the ability to heal" she said, looking fascinated by her own words.
I looked down at my chest, the skin completely clear of any wounds
Not even a scar.
"As well as other possible abilities but this... this is an amazing gift in itself. You should feel blessed" she smiled.
"I- I do... it's... just different" I mumbled
"What does this mean for her though? Is it just the ability to heal?" Alexander asked
"We can't be certain" another witch spoke, I think her name was Amor
"Like we said she may have other abilities, now she's turned 18 they should be emerging like her healing has. Some healers could even heal others hundreds of years ago" she explained.
"Ooh, so you can heal anything Blossy?" Toby asked, I shrugged
"I don't know" I said honestly
"It's alright, you'll get the hang of it in no time" the witch said kindly.
"That would be so cool, I could say anything to anyone and it wouldn't matter cause you could just heal whatever they do to me" Toby thought out loud.
What was so bad that he wanted to tell someone? Risk nearly dying?
"Don't look at me like that Blossy, some people just need to be told how outright annoying they are" he rolled his eyes. Yep. He was definitely going to get beaten up.
"And Sin?" I asked. It was the first thing I had asked when they had arrived, but they wanted to talk about me first
Surya sighed
"We're afraid we don't know" she said
"If he disappeared the way you all described... then we can only assume he phased" she said.
"What does that mean exactly?" I asked, I hated that I was so... naive about the other worlds. But Warren had never really spoke of them, and I felt weird bringing them up.
"Phasing is something that demons can do, it just means they can phase from one world to another, or one place to another" she explained
"So... where is he?" I asked worriedly
"We don't know. He's not in touch with his demon and even if he was he's still a hybrid. It's hard to keep emotions in check" Amor explained.
"He saw you hurting. So much so he didn't know how to control his emotions. All the different voices, the eyes changing colour, he would have been fighting for control" Surya said
"So..."
"So he'll have most likely disappeared to wherever his most dominant mind wanted to go" Amor added.
Most dominant.
Killian was definitely the most in control when he sat with me
"Killian... so where would Killian go?" I asked.
Toby scoffed
"Anger management?" He asked
"Toby" Sophie snapped
"What? That guys scary" he mumbled
"That guy is your brother" Alexander said sternly.
Toby rolled his eyes
"Still scary... dude looks like he should be marching to welcome to the black parade surrounded by hell bitches" he grumbled
Killian wasn't that scary...
Who am I kidding? The man was borderline murderous.
"Hell..." I heard Alexander mumble to himself
"We can try something. A potion? It may be able to take you to him, but we can't bring you back, we won't know where you are either, it's purely based on the bond" Surya suggested
I nodded immediately. I need him.
All this time away from him. Even if it was only a day
Now we were mated. Bonded. Officially in the same pack.
It physically hurt being away from him.
Sin's POV
I didn't know how to stop this. I couldn't stop this
Killian wasn't yielding, he was dead set on killing Lucian. But all I wanted right now was Blossom
Don't get me wrong, I wanted to string that prick up just as much as Killian did.
He hurt my mate! But that was the point right now, Blossom comes first. Over everything
And she needs us.
Mate needs us
There was no point. No point in trying anything anymore.
Especially as we were now striding up the steps to a massive black castle. With dead roses all over the place. And guards everywhere.
"Stop! Who are you" a guard asked when we had reached the door
Killian said nothing, merely gripped the guy by the throat and pinned him to the wall
"Take me to Lucian" he seethed
"The king isn't seeing anyone" the other guard stumbled out, pointing his weapon at us.
King?
"King?" He asked, the guard nodded
"King Lucian won't see you" the guy we had by the neck strained out
"He'll see me" he said deadly calm
"Um..." the other one stuttered out.
"Take me to him now! Before I snap your necks!" Killian ground out, he nodded frightened.
"Good" Killian grumbled, dropping the other guy to the floor, before we strode into the castle
'Where are you going with this?' I asked him
I told you. He needs to die. For Blossom
"Y-Your majesty" the guard bowed, entering the throne room.
"What do you want?" Lucian asked, sat on his throne, there was another smaller one beside his, but it was empty, with the exception of a rose.
An alive rose. Pure black and placed neatly on the throne.
He looked up, and his face fell into realisation when he saw me
Killian growled, striding forward until he was in front of Lucian, and he swung our fist straight into his face.
"Argh" he groaned, falling to the floor
"Today... you die" Killian growled out, kicking him in the stomach, before he bent down and grabbed him, pulling him up
He chuckled
"I'm the king of hell, boy... you think you can kill me?" He laughed.
"I'll fucking try" he seethed, heat butting Lucian as hard as he could.
Blossom's POV
"Ready dear?" Sophie asked
I nodded, I don't know where Sin is. I don't know where this potion will take me
I just know I'd rather be closer to him and in danger than sat here aching without him.
"Okay, close your eyes, and think of Sin. Only him, nothing else" Surya said, I did so
Picturing him. The way he looks
The way he talks, the way he smirks at me like he knows something I don't
The way he touches me and tells me he loves me.
"It's working" Amor said, I dare not open my eyes incase it fails
I just kept picturing him.
My perfect Sin...
I felt a rush through my body, like I was moving every which way.
It was only when it all stopped... when I could finally hear again, that I opened my eyes
But what I heard was horrible.
And when I opened my eyes I was greeted with even worse.
I saw demons. Everywhere
All cheering and shouting and gasping
And when I looked past the crowd I could see why
Sin... and Lucian?
They were fighting. Badly
They were both bleeding, both fuming and both throwing punches at each other.
Sin was in his full demon form, I barely recognised him, he looked so... full of hate.
I pushed to the front of the crowd and I saw Sin's gaze snap my way immediately
"Bloss..." I heard him whisper, but he was too busy looking at me to pay any attention to Lucian.
And then... a fire ball hit him.
"No!" I shouted.
I know it took a bit longer for me to update, sorry about that. I was too busy getting Devil's vixen finished so I could release the sequel. But the updates should get back on track now ☺️
