They made acapella music using the bed frame as the beat box,the violin as a main instument, and their voices. They sounded pretty good. Four of them became friends instantly. They did enjoy doing their acapella very much. It was so good, A neighbor got attracted to it. It was no other than Dean Ambrose, The lunatic fringe.
Dean's POV
I was eating breakfast while the other two jackasses are asleep. then suddenly... BAMM!!! i heard a sound. I decided to just evesdrop a bit. I just can't help it. next door is Paige and Sera's room. It sounds like they are up. Then I heard voices. Oh great they invited the Bellas. Oh well i just want to eat. I was making mor chocolate bread for me, myself, and i but i heard hitting from next door. Then a violin. Really. A violin now? Sera Sera Sera, That girls got talent. I am so hungry i need to eat. One bite is all it took then i heard singing. i decided to wake Seth

They were all at the gym. Paige and Serra were practicing their moves in the ring. Then after that, they went punching the punching bags. Soon after, they ran in the threadmill. At that time the shield went down.

Then Serra will carry the opponents body then slams it in the mat, making the hold tighter until the opponent taps out.
Dean: CRAP THIS FEELS LIKE HELL STOP

Serra Has another finisher called "The End." She would run to the opponent, do a clothesline then carry the opponent by the head and slams "him" to the other side, making the back of the opponent slam to her knee.
