Dream found himself in a black room. He couldn't remember what happened and his head was banging. When his eyes adjusted to the darkness he realized he was in a cell. There was a bed in the corner, a clock on the wall and a table. Dream wasn't ready for this, he thought he would have had time to say goodbye to his friends. If he still had any of them.
This isn't how it was supposed to go, he was supposed to kill Tubbo. Dream cursed to himself. The plan was going great and it would have unless everyone turned on him. Even sapnap, his best friend he knew from childhood had turned on him. Did it matter tho? He was just playing a game of chess, nothing else. It was all just for his own pleasure. He never cared about anyone, he learnt that at a very young age. Never care for anyone, they don't care about you.
Dream was on the verge of tears. They had taken his mask, his most prized possession. It had been his way of showing he was powerful even tho under it was just a messed up human being. Nothing mattered anymore, he had lost the chess game and now was waiting for a new one to start where he would be the audience. He had replaced his mask with a paper plate to feel more at home. His home was George's house, he helped George rebuild it so they added a room for dream. Dream was crying now, remembering all the times he hung out with George. How they laughed, cried and played together. He would do anything to go back in time when everything was simple. No wars, no fighting. Dream was wrong about one thing, he did care for one thing. And that thing was George
