"Hi, I'm Jimin" he introduced himself and jungkook stared at him with a black face
"Why is your hair orange"
The question took Jimin back a little "cause I don't want to be boring" he laughed And jungkook didn't reply, he just kept staring
Taehyung sat down next to jungkook on the bed while Jimin sat in the chair
"Why are you here" jungkook asked, giving Jimin a death glare
"I wanted to come meet the person who Taehyung won't shut up about"
Jungkooks head shot to the boy next to him, who was looking down smiling to himself "you talk about me?" Taehyung kept looking at the floor so jungkook moved foward angling his head so Taehyung would look at him
"Why wouldn't I talk about you" Taehyung finally replied, looking at the younger, putting a hand on his shoulder
The boy then quickly looked at Jimin "what does he say about me?"
The older laughed "well.... he said that you're cute" Jimin smirked
"You said I'm cute?" Jungkook pouted, crossing his arms "I'm not cute"
Taehyung smiled and pulled him closer "what ever you say"
Jimin started looking at jungkook making the boy feel a little uneasy and subconsciously inching closer to Taehyung
Finally Jimin asked the question on his mind "Do they have a gym here?"
"No" Taehyung replied giving him a weird look
"Really? Well do you work out because it looks like it" Jimin looked jungkook up and down
Jungkook wasn't skinny, he had a body of a god but Taehyung had never taken any notice of it or even asked about how he came to be like that
"I- I uh... there's nothing to do here so most days I spend just doing like sit ups and stuff like that in this room"

There wasn't much conversation between the three boys as the room was filled with a awkward atmosphere
"So you two are friends then?" Jungkook asked
"Yep" Jimin slapped taehyungs leg "I've known him for twenty years and he's still and awkward little weirdo"
"Little? Did a midget really just call me little" Jimin then went to hit Taehyung but something held his arm back
"Don't hurt him" jungkook warned, holding jimins arm
"He was just playing kook, don't worry..." when jungkook let go Taehyung continued "jimins my best friend, he'd never actually hurt me"
"You sure about that?" Jimin said, squinting his eyes at Taehyung
"If you wanted to hurt me you would've done it already"
"I'm seriously questioning why I didn't put a pillow over your face while you was asleep"
"If you did you'd be home alone and I know you hate that so HAH"
Jungkook looked at the two who was bickering "do you live together?"
"No I was just staying at his for a week"
"We was going to get an apartment together but Like fuck would jennie let that happen" Jimin rolled his eyes
"Whos jennie? Is she your girlfriend" jungkook asked Jimin
"Fuck no, even if I was straight that girl would turn me gay"
Jungkook turned to Taehyung "what does gay mean?"
Both boys turned to the younger
He had been in here since he was ten so it made sense to Taehyung that he wouldn't know a lot about things most kids just grow up knowing
"Being gay is when you like someone of the same gender" Jimin explained
"But shouldn't girls like boys and boys like girls? That's what my parents told me"
Jimin ruffled jungkooks hair "Aww sweetie there's a whole world you don't know... I'd be happy to show you it-" Taehyung elbowed the older "OW that hurt"
"So who is jennie then, you never mention any of your friends"
"She's taehyungs girlfriend" Jimin answered for him
"She's your Girlfriend?"
"Didn't Taehyung tell you?" Jimin asked and jungkook shook his head "it's probably best you don't know her" he leaned closer to the younger "she's the devil" he whispered making Taehyung push him back
"Jimin doesn't like her"
"See jungkook, there's these people called homophobes that try to stop people like me from ever finding love and are completely against it just because they don't like it... tae's girlfriend is one of them"
"Why doesn't she like it? She sounds mean-"
"Can we stop talking about this now" Taehyung cut in
The second he said this the sound of the door opening was heard
"Hello, Taehyung may I talk to you for a moment?" Dr Jung asked, poking her head through the door
Taehyung nodded and hesitantly got up
leaving Jimin with jungkook would be fine right? Nothing bad with happen Taehyung thought, hoping that they'd be ok together
"What did you want to talk about" Taehyung said as the woman closed the door
"I won't be too long, it's about jungkook"
"What's the matter"
"Let's step away from his room for a minute so he doesn't hear us"
Taehyung followed the woman down the hall, he was scared, not only for what she was about to say but for what was happening in the room while he's gone
"So what I wanted to say is that jungkook has shown drastic changes in his behaviour since you came to visit"
"Really? I don't think he's changed at all"
"Maybe not to you but he has, he seems a lot happier and has stopped refusing to eat or see doctors like he usually would and he hasn't had any episodes since"
"Well that's good thing isn't it?, Is that all you wanted to tell me" the doctor stopped in her tracks and grabbed taehyungs arm
"I'm worried about him, I know I'm not allowed to tell you anything but he has severe abandonment issues, I'm worried that he's going to become completely dependent on your visits and when the day comes that your assignment is finished and you stop coming he might end up worse then before"
"Are you sure?"
"I've seen this many times, patients getting close with their doctors or nurses or just volunteers and when that person leaves they change for worse, start suffering with depression and some cases have gotten so bad that the patient ended their life, he's already a risk and I don't want that to happen to him"
"What if I don't leave? What if I keep coming"
"While that's a good idea in the short run, they'll come a day where you get a job, get married, have kids and do you still think then that you'll be coming back here? Your life will take over and little by little you'll stop coming and eventually you'll never return, that would kill jungkook"
"What should I do? Should I stop coming now before it gets worse"
Truthfully Taehyung hadn't thought about what would happen when his assignments over, he loved coming here and hating the idea of not coming back but if it was to help the younger he'd do anything
"No, he's already got attached, I'll try to figure something out, you should get back"
Taehyung nodded and before he could walk away she spoke again "you never know, it might be different with him" she smiled, both knowing that was very unlikely
