Y/n and the twins watched as the new first years that were soaked, run up to the hat and were placed in the houses they'll spend the next seven years in. "It'll be nice if they can go faster, i'm starving." said George as Y/n chuckled watching a little boy tell his brother he fell in the lake and the giant squid pushed him out. The hat finally finished and Dumbledore finally let everyone eat.
"So!" said Dumbledore smiling around at them all. "Now that we are fed and watered, I must ask once more for your attention while I give out a few notices. Mr. Filch, the caretaker, has asked me to tell you that the list of objects forbidden inside the castle this year has been extended to include Screaming Yo-yos, Fanged Frisbees, and Ever-Bashing Boomerangs. The full list comprises some four hundred and thirty-seven items, I believe, and can be viewed in Mr. Filch's office if anybody would like to check it,"
"I'm sure this is for the two of you." said Y/n laughing as the twins looked up at Dumbledore.
"It is also my painful duty to inform you that the inter-house Quidditch Cup will not take place this year," Dumbledore continued, "This is due to an event that will be starting in October and continuing though out the school year, taking up much of the teachers' time and energy but I am sure you will all enjoy it immensely. I have great pleasure in announcing that this year at Hogwarts-"
"He can't be serious." whispered Fred but at that moment, there was a deafening rumble of thunder, and the doors of the Great Hall banged open. A man stood in the doorway, leaning upon a long staff, shrouded in a black traveling cloak. Every head in the Great Hall swiveled towards the stranger, suddenly brightly illuminated by a fork of lightning that flashed across the ceiling. He reached the end of the top table, turned right and limped heavily towards Dumbledore. Another flash of lightning crossed the ceiling.
"May I introduce our new Defence against the Dark Arts Teacher," said Dumbledore brightly, into the silence, "Professor Moody.
"Moody???!" said Y/n and George as they looked at each other surprised and back up at Dumbledore. Y/n shot her attention to the Slytherin table to see Emilia focused on something else and Adrian and Miles staring up at Dumbledore.
As I was saying," he said smiling at the sea of students before him, all of whom were still gazing transfixed at Mad Eye Moody, "we are to have the honor of hosting a very exciting event over the coming months, an event which has not been held for over a century. It is my very great pleasure to inform you that the Triwizard Tournament will be taking place at Hogwarts this year,"
"You're JOKING!" said Fred loudly. Everyone turned to look at him as he stared up at Dumbledore. He chuckled and continued.
"No I am not joking Mr. Weasley," he said, "Though I did hear an excellent one over the summer about a troll, a hag and a leprechaun who all go into a bar –" Professor McGonagall cleared her throat loudly. "Er – but maybe this is not the time... no..." said Dumbledore. "Where was I? Ah, yes, the Triwizard Tournament... well, some of you will not know what this tournament involves, so I hope those who do know will forgive me for giving a short explanation, and allow their attention to wander freely. The Triwizard Tournament was first established some seven hundred years ago, as a friendly competition between the three largest European schools of wizardry Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, and Durmstrang. A champion was selected to represent each school, and the three champions competed in three magical tasks. The schools took it in turns to host the Tournament once every five years and it was generally agreed to be the a most excellent way of establishing ties between young witch's and wizards of different nationalities – until, that is, the death toll mounted so high that the Tournament was discontinued."
"Beauxbaton." said Fred as he grinned at Y/n and George. The both of them let a small laugh escape their mouths when they turned back to listen to Dumbledore.
"There have been several attempts over the centuries to reinstate the Tournament," Dumbledore continued, "none of which have been very successful. However, our own Departments of International Magical Co-Operation and Magical Games and Sports have decided the time is ripe for another attempt. We have worked hard over the summer to ensure that, this time, no champion will find himself or herself in mortal danger. The Heads of Beauxbatons and Durmstrang will arrive October 30th, and on Halloween we will have the Champion Selections. An impartial judge will decide which students, are most worthy to compete for the Triwizard Cup, the glory of their school and a thousand galleon personal prize money."
"We're joining." said Fred as George grinned and nodded. Y/n rolled her eyes and switched her eyes over to Adrian who was smiling at Miles looking suspicious.
"Eager though I know all of you will be able to bring the Triwizard Cup to Hogwarts," he said, "the heads of the participating schools, along with the Ministry of Magic, have agreed to impose an agreed restriction on contenders this year. Only students who are of age – that is to say, seventeen years or older – will be allowed to put forward their names for consideration. This" – Dumbledore raised his voice slightly for several people had made noises of outrage at these words – "is a measure we feel is necessary, given that the Tournament tasks will still be difficult and dangerous, whatever precautions we take, and it is highly unlikely that students below Sixth and Seventh year will be able to cope with them. I will personally be ensuring that no underage student hoodwinks our impartial judge into making them Hogwarts champion." His light-blue eyes twinkled as they flickered over to Fred and George's mutinous faces. "I therefore beg you not to waste your time submitting yourself if you are under seventeen,"
"That's rubbish!" said Fred and George. Dumbledore gave them a look as they turned back to look at Y/n. "We don't turn seventeen until April."
"The delegations from Beauxbatons and Durmstrang will be staying with us for the greater part of this year. I know that you will all extend every courtesy to our foreign guests while they are with us, and will give your whole-hearted support to the Hogwarts champion when he or she is selected. And now, it is late, and I know how important it is to you all to be alert and rested as you enter you lessons tomorrow morning. Bedtime! Chop Chop!"
Y/n and the twins quickly got up when Adrian ran to her quickly before he had to do his job as a prefect. "Goodnight beautiful, I'll see you in the morning ok? I have to show these snot nose first years to the dungeons." said Adrian giving Y/n a kiss on the cheek.
"Dont give any detention." said Y/n with a laugh as Adrian smiled. The twins were talking with Miles as Emilia gathered all the first years. "Goodnight."

September 14
"Do you plan on entering the tournament, E?" said Y/n as the six of them worked on a potion in Snape's class. "Since you turn 17 now."
"I was thinking about it, i'm not too sure if I want to yet. What about you Adrian?" said Emilia stirring her potion, Adrian looked up at her and smiled. "You'll be 17 by October 30th."
"You must be mad if you think i'm not." said Adrian as Y/n laughed. Miles and the twins both groaned as they looked at their friends.
"It'll be nice to see the Beauxbaton girls though, I heard they're super hot." said Fred as Miles chuckled. Emilia and Miles friendship went back to normal, everything was ok with them and Adrian and Y/n couldn't be happier.
"I wonder how they all are coming, do you think it's a lot of them?" said George as he read the board for the instructions. Class ended as they all went to dinner but Miles had disappeared, Y/n and the twins had went to their dorms to change while Emilia and Adrian did rounds.
"I think I left my wand in my dorm." said Emilia checking her pockets. Her and Adrian entered the common room and made their way up to Emilia dorm as she opened the door to see Miles on top of Emilia's roommate Victoria. Miles turned around to see Emilia and quickly got off Victoria pulling his pants back up. Emilia accio her wand and walked away as Adrian's mouth dropped.
"Fuck." groaned Miles pushing past Adrian. Emilia walked the dark halls and made her way into the court yard, she knew how Miles was but she didn't think he would move on so fast.
"Hey." said a voice that made Emilia look and quickly get up. Cedric sighed and sat where she was. "Don't leave, I just want to talk to you."
"Well, I don't want to talk to you." said Emilia sitting back down. Cedric watched her face as it shined from moonlight and smiled.
"Well you must if you didn't walk away." said Cedric as she looked at him and rolled her eyes. He smiled and looked up at the sky. "You know I try talking to you a lot Em, you just never give me the chance."
"Well that's usually because I don't want too." said Emilia as Cedric chuckled and pulled something out his pocket.
"Happy birthday, you know I really miss you." said Cedric as Emilia looked up at him surprised. He handed her a bracelet like the ones she wore that were made out of yarn. "I know how much you like these so I found one in the summer, I still wear the one you gave me."
(Kinda like these! They're worn a lot in mexico and stuff, i'm sure in many other places as well so just imagine her arm filled with them, also Adrian found one of these next to Miles bed in chapter 14 :)
"Wow- you didn't have to do that Ced. Really." said Emilia as Cedric tied the bracelet around her wrist. Miles was looking all around for her when he saw her and Cedric. Adrian not far behind him as they both looked surprised.
"You know, I really did mess up. I made you and Angelina hate each other, it wasn't even her fault." said Cedric as Emilia crossed her arms around her knees. "I just hope one day you can really forgive me."
"I did Cedric, a long time ago. It was hurting me not being able to forgive you so I did. I just haven't been able to face you." said Emilia as Cedric turned to look at her. The both of them sat in silence until Cedric finally said something.
"Well you know you'll always be my first love, even if we really didn't know much about it." said Cedric as he leaned his face in closer to Emilia's, she looked in his grey eyes and grinned moving in as well. Adrian and Miles both quickly walked to her as she moved away seeing both of them coming.
"What the fuck are you doing?" said Miles as Emilia looked at him surprised. Cedric looked at the two boys and got up.
"I'll see you around. We do still have to finish our rounds." said Cedric as he smiled at Emilia and left, getting glares from Adrian and Miles.
"Cedric ? Really?" said Adrian as Emilia looked down at her bracelets. Adrian sat down next to her and looked back up at Miles who looked furious.
"What do you mean? He just wished me a happy birthday and I chosen to forgive him. It's better to forgive then to hold onto things." said Emilia looking up at Miles.
"Dont talk to Cedric." said Miles as Emilia and Adrian shot him a look.
"You cant tell me who I can and cant talk too Miles. You were literally just fucking someone.. no it wasn't even someone it was Victoria." said Emilia as she stood up and looked at Miles. Adrian awkwardly looked away as Miles narrowed his eyes at her. "I can be friends with Cedric if I want and you can continue to stick your dick in everyone."
"Yeah and what are you going to do? Fuck Cedric?" said Miles as Emilia glared at him and smirked. Adrian gave Emilia a look of disappointment.
"No, I don't need male validation to make myself feel better unlike someone. Gosh, I should've dated Graham instead of you." said Emilia surprised at her words as she walked away. Miles and Adrians jaw both dropped as they chased after her.
"Yeah? Well. Well. I regret that we dated!" said Miles as Emilia turned around and stood in front of him. Adrian staring at his friends not sure what really was happening.
"Oh good! Makes the both of us, doesn't it." said Emilia as she turned around. Miles grabbed her arm and pulled her back.
"Shut up! The both of you shut up!" said Adrian as they both looked at him. Miles let Emilia's wrist go as she held it. "That's enough, Emilia seen you literally fucking her roommate and she didn't tell you anything so don't tell her who she can talk too or not. Emilia stop acting so dramatic please, what did you expect from Miles? Now it's your birthday, we're going to go get Y/n and the twins after rounds and were going to enjoy it all as friends. Now, hug it out and apologize."
"No." said the two of them as Adrian took a deep breath in.
"I. Said. Apologize." said Adrian as Emilia and Miles looked at each other.
"Sorry."
"Sorry."
"Now hug." said Adrian with a smile as Emilia and Miles hugged each other and pulled away. Adrian grabbed Emilia's and Miles shoulder and grinned. "Now, wasn't that nice. Alright Miles you can go back to E's dorm, i'm sure Y/n and the twins should be there. Take Victora out yeah, tell her to go back to the Hufflepuff dorms."
"I'm not going to talk to her after all it's was just sex." said Miles walking away as Adrian and Emilia looked at each other and face palmed. They finished the rounds and went back to the dorms to see Y/n, the twins and Miles talking in Emilia's dorm. It was past midnight and everyone was a little tipsy off fire whiskey.
"Well, I better be off to bed now. Happy Birthday E." said George giving her a hug as she thanked him. Fred did the same and the both returned back to their dorms.
"Hey E can you and Miles gave Adrian and I a minute?" said Y/n as Emilia grinned and got up. Miles followed her as they entered the boys dorm to see Graham working on his homework.
"Oh hey E, can you help me real quick." said Graham as Emilia walked over to his bed, sitting down and looking at his work. "Does it make sense?"
"She's drunk she won't help you." said Miles as he entered the bathroom and Graham looked at Emilia reading his paper. She looked up, rolled her eyes and giggled.
"Miles is stupid, he doesn't know anything, did you know I caught him fucking Victoria in our dorm and then he gets mad Cedric and I were talking." said Emilia, it was quite obvious she was drunk. Graham was surprised by the words coming out her mouth when Miles came out the bathroom.
"You cheated on her ?" said Graham getting up from his bed, grabbing onto Miles shirt. Miles pushed Graham off him and looked at him confused. "You fucked Victoria?"
"Yeah but Emilia and I broke up. I didn't cheat on her, I would never." said Miles looking back at Emilia who was hanging off Graham's bed asleep. Graham turned around to see her nearly falling off and chuckled.
"Wait what, why did you guys break up?" said Graham as he went and placed Emilia right on his bed and walked back to Miles.
"We just did, she said she rather have dated you instead of me so if you ever still had that crush on her." said Miles as Graham looked back at Emilia surprised. "Of course she was just mad at me.. you wouldn't actually try getting with her, would you?"
"No, I liked her when we were eleven Miles. I don't see her that way." said Graham looking at the sleeping girl. Miles sighed and sat on his bed.

"So why did you want me alone?" said Adrian smiling as Y/n got up from Emilia's bed and walked over to him.
"So I could do this." said Y/n as she pushed Adrian back on the bed, climbed on top of him and started to kiss him. Adrian moved his hands to her hips as their kiss became more passionate.
"I think you've had a little bit to much to drink love." said Adrian pulling away from the kiss with a smile. Y/n chuckled and slide off him as he fixed his pants, trying to hide the fact that he was hard.
"I love you Adrian." said Y/n laying back on him. Adrian looked down at her surprised as he rubbed her cheek.
"I love you, Y/n L/n." said Adrian as Y/n got back up and placed a kiss on his lips. He placed his hand on her cheek and admired her beautiful. Adrian Pucey has never loved a girl, until now of course. Y/n was everything to him, he so in love with her that everything she did was perfect. Adrian wrapped her hand in his as she laid on him. "Even when I have no more words, I'll love you until time stops."
"I think you have a crush on meeee." said Y/n as she raised from Adrians arms. He chuckled as she pulled off her shirt. Adrian watched her as she began to kiss him, he pulled out his wand and locked the door as he pulled Y/n in closer.
Adrian moved Y/n's hair and began to kiss her neck as she lifted off his shirt. Their naked skin pressing against each other drove the both of them mad. Adrian knew Y/n was acting bold because she was drunk so he wasn't trying to take it far past kissing. "Should I take you back to your dorm love?" said Adrian as he rubbed Y/n's back.
"Do you want me to go already?" said Y/n laying on his chest. Adrian chuckled as he drew circle on her back with his finger.
"Of course not but we do have class tomorrow and it's half past one." said Adrian looking at his watch, Y/n groaned and cuddled up on Adrian as he smiled. He didn't want to leave her but he also didn't want Emilia to be sleeping in the boys dorm with Miles. "I'll be back ok?"
"Where are you going?" said Y/n getting up with him to follow. Adrian walked into the boys dorm to see Miles and Graham drawing a mustache on a pass out Emilia.
"What are you two doing?" said Adrian trying to hold back his laughs. Y/n walked in to see her friend and giggled as she sat down on Adrians bed.
"She's out cold, we tried waking her up but she doesnt." said Miles sitting down next to her. Graham nodded and as he turned to see Y/n asleep as well.
"Well, Y/n just fell asleep as well." said Graham pointing over to Y/n. Adrian turned around to see his girlfriend asleep on his bed, hugging his pillow.
"I can carry Emilia back to her dorm and i'm sure Y/n will wake up." said Miles as Graham and Adrian both looked at him. "What?"
"So you can fuck Victoria in her dorm again? No i'll take her." said Graham as Miles rolled his eyes. Adrian walked over to Y/n as she slept peacefully.
"Awh but I don't want to wake her." said Adrian looking down at his girlfriend. Graham and Miles turned to look at him annoyed. "Why don't you just leave Emilia here and we'll sleep in the girls dorm."
"No." said Miles and Graham as Adrians smiled dropped. Graham picked up Emilia as Miles watched him. "You're going to drop her." said Miles as Graham rolled his eyes and walked to the door. Adrian was still debating if he wanted to wake Y/n up or not.
"Why don't we just-" said Adrian but stopped as he watched Graham hit Emilia's head with the wall. Graham slowly turned to Miles and Adrian who all were in shock. The three of them holding back their laughs as Graham placed Emilia back on his bed.
"I think we should just leave them here." said Graham throwing a blanket over Emilia, who surprisingly didn't wake up. "I hope you all don't tell her about that.. she's going to kill me."
"I don't want to enter that dorm." said Miles as Adrian rolled his eyes. Adrian grabbed his pajamas and walked into the bathroom, came out and slipped into bed with Y/n pulling her closer.
"Well either Graham's sleeping on the floor or going into the dorm." said Adrian as Graham looked at Miles, who slipped into his bed. Graham rolled his eyes and Adrian watched Graham walk out the door but come back in.
"Victoria's in there. I'll sleep on the floor, or Miles why don't you keep her company?" said Graham pulling the pillow away from Emilia and threw it on the floor, grabbing a blanket from the closet.
"I'm not going back in there, it was just a one time thing. Come off it." said Miles turning off the lights. Adrian grinned and felt Y/n hugged him in her sleep. He rubbed her back as they drifted off to sleep.
Emilia woke up with a pounding headache, she opened her eyes to see she was in Graham's bed. She looked down to see Graham on the floor as she looked around to see Miles asleep and Y/n with Adrian. "What the fuck." said Emilia as she watched Miles shift in his bed. He rose up from his bed to see her looking confused.
"Oh well look who's awake." said Miles getting out of his bed, walked over Graham and sat down next to her. "How you feeling?"
"Like I got hit in the head with a bat." said Emilia as she rubbed her head. Miles grinned and looked down at Graham who was asleep.
"Youre bloody crazy Emilia, I walked in on you and Graham. I get you were mad at me but not that mad." said Miles as Emilia's eyes widen. She lifted the blanket to see herself fully clothed.
"Really?!" said Emilia as she got up the bed and shake Graham awake. He looked at her surprised as she grabbed his shirt. "We did something again like last??"
"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! WE DIDNT DO ANYTHING?" said Graham looking at her with a face as Miles bursted into laugher. Emilia looked back up at him and started hitting him.
"I HATE YOU MILES KEVIN BLETCHLEY." said Emilia playfully hitting Miles as he laughed. Graham looked at them with a face when Y/n woke up to the noise. She looked up to see the three slytherin's and turned to the left to see Adrian hugging her.
"Emilia stop!" said Miles laughing as he pinned her on the bed. His smiled faded as she looked at him, he quickly moved off her as she got up and walked out the dorm.
"What the hell am I doing here?" said Y/n getting up from the bed. Miles and Graham chuckled as Y/n rubbed her head. "so?"
"You got so drunk last night, we all had a little sleepover. Better go and get ready though, we do have class." said Graham as Y/n turned to Adrian and shook him. He groaned and opened his eyes to see his beautiful girlfriend. He smiled and pulled her into a hug as she pulled away.
"I have to go alright? I'll see you in a little bit." said Y/n as Adrian pulled her into a kiss. Miles and Graham looked at each other and walked into the bathroom.
"Alright darling, I love youu." said Adrian in his sleepy voice. Y/n smiled and ran her fingers through his hair as he closed his eyes again.
"I love you too, but now get up. We have class." said Y/n as she walked out of the dorm. Miles and Graham looked at each other and stuck their heads out of the door to look at Adrian smiling in his sleep.
