He got out of his Rolls-Royce in style. He had been called that his grandchild would be born today. He hadn't seen Anjali since she got married to Vardhan a year ago. He flew from Bangkok. The traffic from the airport was horrible.
He rushed but as he reaches the door of Sanjivani, everything that happened 2years ago flashed before his eyes. He took a step back.
No, I can't go in.
Nurse Philo: Sir, Anjali needs your support.
Shashank: I swore to never enter this hospital again.
Nurse Philo: Your granddaughter would want to see your face.
Shashank: She has her parents beside her.
Nurse Philo: She still needs you.
Shashank: I will wait here. Tell them to come or send me a picture.
He sat down on the stairs.
Nurse Philo: I know why you are doing this. But Juhi won't want you to ignore your daughter.
Shashank: I think about her every day. I can't forget her.
Nurse Philo: What about the private investigators?

Doctor: I had noticed some signs that something was wrong during the pregnancy. So I had the pediatric do a test.
Vardhan: Doctor Shashank, you should be able to remove it.
Shashank: I haven't renewed my medical license. I know a doctor that can do it. We have to fly abroad.
Doctor: In two days, I can recommend you fly.
Vardhan: I will see what I can do.
He kissed his wife and team out.

The opening event went very well. The hospital would start work next week.
Dr Sapphire: You are an excellent worker Juhi.
Dr Juhi: Thank you so much, for answering my call.
Dr Sapphire: Anything for you. Go home soon. The twins look tired.
Juhi nodded and the doctor left her. In the car, she got a call.
Dr Sapphire: You remember me, Dr Shashank.
Dr Shashank: I need your help.
Dr Sapphire: What happened?
Dr Shashank: My granddaughter was born with a brain tumour.
Dr Sapphire: How fast can you come to Manchester?
Dr Shashank: I will come soon.
Dr Sapphire: I will start making preparations.
They hanged up.

Anjali: Thank you.
Shashank: No need to say that.
Anjali: I screwed up your life. You shouldn't be helping me.
Shashank: Have you forgotten that I am your father?

He left her in the ward.

Juhi strapped her twins to their car seat and drove home.

They have the appetite of their father.
She parked the car in the garage. The twins ran inside the house in their tiny arms.

She shook her head and dropped her bags.

The twins ran to the sink. They stood on a small stool and washed their hands.
Shahrukh: Can we eat now?
Juhi: I have to cook first.
They ran to their room.
Juhi washed her hands and cooked for them.
They ate.
Wash uptime.
Go and pick your nightwear.
Juhi put the plates in the sink and washed them.
She bathes and dressed them.
They laid in their bed for a bedtime story.

Doctor Shashank spoke to Vardhan about the flight ticket. They handled the immigration aspect. They got am emergency visa for the baby under the terms of medical care.
He retired to his hotel. He still had his house in Mumbai. The house was empty and void. It hadn't seen the light of day since Anjali left.
His housekeeper still goes there to clean. Anjali stayed there at times because it's closer to the hospital.
He didn't want to go back there because the memories would hurt him. He was so occupied with the baby things that he forgot to greet his residents Siddhant, Ishani, Asha, Neil e.t.c
He made up his mind to see them the next day. He sent a text to Ishani. Siddhant and Ishani we're now a couple.
He closed his eyes and thought of her.
