luli fiddled nervously with her necklace while she and ten waited for someone at the ningning and yiren residence to open the door. ten carried a bag with ningning's favorite snacks and ice cream, as well as the printed out photos.
both of their heart rates sped up as they heard the door knob turn, revealing ningning on the other side.
"oh hey ten and luli, what's up?" ningning looked at the bag in ten's hands and cocked her head to the side.
"can we um, come in? we have to talk to you about something." luli asked.
ningning nodded and motioned for them to come in to the apartment. ten and luli gave each other a look and walked in, luli sitting down on the couch and ten on the floor. ningning sat down on the seat right across from them.
"so, ningning. you know we love you. you know that we'll always look out for you. which is why we need to show you these." ten sighed and pulled out the photos of mr. cheater and his hoe, handing them to ningning.
ningning's small resting smile faded as she looked at the photos, the look in her eyes changing as they welled up with tears and fell down her cheeks.
"w-where did you get these."
"ningning i'm so sorry. but, we have a little plan to get back at him."
ningning sniffed and shuffled through the bag, her eyes slightly lighting up at the sight of her favorite snacks. she grabbed one and opened it, nodding at ten to explain the plan.

they had all moved to the floor as ningning had cried her little heart out, and sat in a triangle shape with the snacks and junk food in the middle. ant farm played in the background.
"that douche." ten spat and ate another spoon of ice cream. luli muttered an agreement and crunched on some popcorn.
ningning's eyes began to form tears again, and she stuffed a piece of bread in her mouth.
"why wasn't i good enough for him?" she asked, her voice cracking through the bread.
"aww baby," luli put down her popcorn and hugged ningning, "you did nothing wrong. he's just an asshat."
ten's eyes light up as an idea popped into his brain.
"ningning, get all of the printed out pictures you have with him and a lighter. let's burn them."
