As I walk out of school, I see all the couples kissing and saying how much they love each other. Eww! I hate hearing that from couples for some reason. Oh yea that reason is because I like boys and not girls. I just don't like the same sex for some reason and that makes me straight, which is one thing you don't want to be in high school or else your life is miserable.No one in this hell knows only me, myself and I.
I have never been in a relationship with any girl or boy and I don't want to be! I just want to have a boyfriend NOT a girlfriend. I have liked the ways some boys have looked and have gotten weird stares from teachers, my moms and other students, but they don't know a thing about me and I like it that way!
"Earth to Amy" Edward said waving his hand in front of my face
"Yea... what?" I said a little annoyed because I was looking at a boy
"You alright?" he asked
"Yea, perfect why?" I quickly answered not even looking at him
"Because your staring at something and basically leaving me to just think and we both know I don't think." He said while staring at me
"Yea yea yea" I said still staring until the boy looked back
"Shit!" I cursed and looked back at Edward
"What?" he questioned lifting a brow
"Umm....umm the girl I...umm.. was looking at saw me." I stuttered
"Your bad you know that?" he said kicking my leg
"Ouch" I whinned
"Come on let's go home!" he said grabbing his bag and mine. I nodded my head and we walked out the door my heart still beating fast from the looks of the boy.
We hoped in his car and Edward drove me home while we talked about school.
"Moms I'm home" I sang out
"Hey honey! How was your day?" my mom, Lisa asked
"Fine, going to my room to do my homework!" I yelled while running up the stairs
I reached my blue room with all my trophies from soccer and softball. I fell onto my warm pink bed and turned on the tv.
"Today on The Middle, Brick gives up on reading!" the man from the tv said
I gasped and watched as the episode went on. I watched until I got a text from Edward;
Edward:
"Did you hear, Brick gave up on reading!!!😱😱"
Amy:
"Yea ikr I am dying right now!!"
I put my phone on it's charger then went back to the show. I opened my bag and started to do my homework while watching it. I looked down and up about 40,000 times and finally just gave into the tv.
"Amy dinner!" my mom yelled from downstairs
"K coming" I yelled back and began to walk downstairs
When I walked in the kitchen, I found that there were four men standing at the counter
"Amy" my the mom, Linda said "Come meet my boss and his sons"
I walked over and shook his hand "This is Mr. Jackson" my mom said "And his sons Alex and Liam"
I took one look at Alex and almost drooled! He was hot with brown spiky hair, green eyes and standing about 6'3.
"Hi Amy, I'm Alex and this is my brother, Liam." he said in a smooth voice
"Nice to meet you!" I said not breaking eye contact with him
Liam pushed Alex's arm and we broke our eye contact.
"Let's eat!" my mom, Lisa sang
We walked to table and she brought out a huge thing of pasta. I wiggled slightly in my seat because I love pasta!
Alex lifted his brow at me and I turned red and sheepishly said "I love pasta!" he laughed and it made my heart stop altogether. I glared at him with a smile then went back to my plate. I ate slowly and stayed silent for the rest of dinner until my mom told me to saw the boys to my room.
"Follow me" I said guiding them upstairs
Alex and Liam followed me up to my blue room and there sitting on the bed was Edward.
"What the fuck Edward? We have a front door you now that right?" I said throwing a random stuff animal I found on the ground. He laughed and I looked back at the boys "Meet my fuck up friend Edward" I said smiling
"Hey" Alex said and caught Edward's attention
"H-hi" he said stuttering
I winked at Edward and he smiled.
"I'll be in my closet changing into a different top." I said walking into my closet and shutting the door. I grabbed a half shirt, and booty shorts. I mean no girls around so they don't care.
I walked out and saw Alex was the only one there. He snapped his head up and smiled
"Where did my idiot go?" I said laughing
"He went outside with my dumb brother to talk." he said smiling
"Well thanks for not leaving me"
"Trust me I wouldn't want to see that" he mumbled
"What?" I questioned to see if I heard him right
"Nothing" he snapped
I sat down next to him on my bed and turned the tv off. It was awkward so I quickly grabbed a pillow and hit Alex in the head. He looked shocked by the hit, but smiled.
"This means war!" He said with a devish look in his eyes and a huge smile
I got up and held my pillow up to protect me.
"Come get me!" I said smiling
He picked up a pillow and came closer and before he knew it, I got him again in the head. He threw the pillow at me, I tried to avoid it, but it hit me right in the face. I laughed and jumped on my bed.
"Nice shot" I whispered, his eyes lit up and I threw the pillow back at his face, but he caught it.
"Oh shit" I said before a pillow hit me straight in the face and caught me off guard. I fell from my standing position on my bed to a sitting postion. He laughed and right when I was about to throw a bear at him, Edward came back in and grabbed my leg dragging me off the bed.
"Edward" I yelled before my body hit the hard wood floor. "Ouch" I moaned and held my head
"Get your ass up we have a problem!" he nearly yelled
"What is it? You lost your phone again?" I asked sitting up
"Yea and my boyfriend is going to kill me if I don't pick up the phone call! Help!" He said digging throw my things
Alex laughed then came over to me to give me a hand.
"Thanks" I said then reached over and slapping the back of Edward's head.
"Ouch" he yelped turning around
"Do you have a headache?" I asked
"Now I do" he said getting closer to me
"Good" I said smiling then turned back to Alex who was holding Edward's phone.
"Edward, I have your phone." he said in a smooth voice
Edward's head snapped towards him and he smiled so big that I though he was going to hurt himself. He grabbed the phone and said thanks before leaving.
Now it was just Alex and I.
"Soooo" I said flopping down on the floor
"How old are you?" he asked sitting next to me
"17, you?"
"18" he said
"Are you..." I stopped myself because I was going to ask if he was gay or straight
"What?" he questioned
"Nothing, just thinking out loud." I stated while having a thumb war with my own thumbs
"What's wrong?" he said looking down at me
How did he know that something was bothering me?
"Nothing just being me!" I said smiling
Before he could say anything, my mom called us down because he was leaving. I pouted and sighed then walked him downstairs.
When we got there, Liam was gone and it was just his fathers. They hugged my moms then they hugged me. Alex came over and gave me a hug. I froze then wrapped my arms around his thin muscular waist because that was the only thing I could reach. We stayed like that until I let go.
"Bye Alex" I said softly
"Bye Amy" he said then left
I wish I could be with him! For the rest of the night, I thought nonstop about Alex, but I knew he was normal. Why was I born different? Not liking girl, but boys!! Ugh!
