A/N: Do you guys still like the flow and plot of the story? I think it's getting boring.

3rd person

"So," Jen began. "What's our problem? I don't know how I can help but I'm here to listen if you need me to."

Yoongi smiled and began talking. He knew that she could be trusted, after all she's the reason for it all.

"I've lost somebody who wasn't even mine."

Jen's body froze. She didn't tense up, she just stopped moving as if she also stopped breathing at his words.

"Oh, Yoongi," She sighed and gave him an empathetic look. "I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have forced you to tell me something so private."

Yoongi shook his head, "It's fine, I know that I can trust you."

Her heart warmed at what he said.

Even though they may only have met for the first time today, she felt as if she had already spent her whole life with him.

"Plus, sharing secrets can help build a good friendship, don't you think so?"

Jen nodded, agreeing with him.

"I met her here at the hospital," Yoongi began. "She was a doctor, she helped me and my friends with our injuries and that's when I met her."

"Wait," Yoongi paused at her voice. "Why? Did something happen to you and your friends?"

He shook his head, "Just a few cuts and bruises. Nothing to worry about."

After convincing her that nothing serious happened to him and his friends, Yoongi continued to tell his story.

"We became friends over the past months and slowly, I was starting to fall for her but I only realized that when it was too late."

He saw the empathetic look Jen was giving him and he thought it was ironic.

"She got into an accident and disappeared."

Jen could hear the sadness in his voice and she couldn't help but feel the same way as well.

"Do you miss her?"

Yoongi chuckled and nodded, "I do, with every minute and every second of my life."

She was glad to see him smile.

Even though the topic of his lost love was a bit sensitive for him to talk about, whenever he would think about her, there will always be a smile forming on his face.

Jen found it amazing.

What love can do to anyone. Somehow, she wishes to know what it feels like to love.

She could see how his eyes sparkled and his face lit up whenever he would talk or think about her.

He's truly whipped.

"You really love her, don't you?"

"Yes."

"Why?" Jen couldn't help but ask him.

"Does it need to have an answer?" He asked. "Have you ever fallen in love with someone?"

Jen shrugged, "I lost all my memories, losing them made me realize that I also lost all those emotions that I experienced before my accident."

He stared at her with sad eyes and only hummed.

"Jen," He began. "Falling in love is like handing a gun pointed at your heart and hoping that they will pull the trigger."

She looked at him with curiosity.

"But in my case, I'd let her pull the trigger over and over again and I would still keep loving her."

Her look softened, feeling something new inside her chest, "You really love her that much, huh?"

Yoongi nods.

"Do you know where she is right now?"

He turned to face her properly and smiled sadly before nodding.

"Then why don't you go to her?" She asked. "Tell her you love her."

"I can't," He said.

Jen's lips formed a frown, "Why not?"

"Because she doesn't even remember me."

It took her a few moments but then, it finally dawned to her. With her eyes widening, Yoongi knew she finally realized the truth.

Yoongi gently took her hands into his, glad that Jen didn't pull away.

"You may not trust me now," He told her. "But please know that you have families and friends waiting for you."

She stared at him with shock and confusion evident on her face.

"I promise I'm going to help you. We're all going to help you bring your memories back."

"You're back!"

Hanbin greeted her as soon as she opened the door and walked inside the hospital room.

Jen was surprised to see that Hanbin was back so quickly.

"Oh? You're also back already?" She asked. "How did the job hunting go?"

He smiled at her question, "It went great, actually, I found a job right down a few blocks from the hospital."

"That's great, Hanbin."

The young woman walked inside the room and sat down on one of the single couches right next to the hospital bed.

"She's still asleep," The young man said. "One of the nurses came in to check on her after her breakfast."

Jen looked at him, "Should we take her out on a stroll in the garden later this afternoon?"

He nodded in response, "Yeah, that would be great for her."

After that, nobody spoke, the room was filled with comfortable silence and soft chirping noises from outside since the window in the room is facing the garden.

Soft music also filled their ears that came from the small radio at the corner of the room.

Hanbin's grandmother had always loved soft music.

She's used to the quiet life near the beach, it's a nice way to incorporate the quietness and soft music in her room to remind her of home.

"So?" Hanbin began. "How was the walk to the garden today?"

Jen couldn't help but form a smile, "Remember that man from early this morning when we were having breakfast?"

"Yeah? Why?"

She stared at him, giving him time for the information to register in his head.

Then, he finally got it.

"You went to talk to him?"

Jen nodded, "I accidentally found him in the garden and decided to talk to him."

"Well?" He asked. "What did he say?"

Taking one deep breath, Jen finally told Hanbin what Yoongi had told her in the garden.

"So, what you're saying is that you're one of the daughters of the owners of this hospital?"

She nodded.

"And you believe him?"

"I don't have any reason not to believe him."

Hanbin's brows furrowed, "Jen, I did promise you that we'll talk to him together, but I didn't think about actually believing whatever he's going to say."

Jen was a bit taken aback by his reaction. She thought that he would be a lot more joyful about this.

"Hanbin, I—"

There was a knock on the door that interrupted the two of them.

"Come in!" Jen yelled.

Slowly, the door creaked open and a group of new faces and familiar ones walked inside the room one by one.

"Jennie?" A gasp came from an older woman.

Jen was confused by what was happening and so was Hanbin who was just standing right behind her.

An older man beside the woman who called to Jen gasped as well. Both of their eyes widened at the sight of her.

"Can we help you?" Hanbin asked.

There were four nurses right behind the older couple. Two of them were familiar but the other two weren't.

They didn't respond until the older woman took small steps and suddenly pulled Jen into a tight hug.

She was shocked with what happened but surprised with how warm and comfortable the hug was.

It felt somewhat familiar.

Jen unconsciously closed her eyes, leaning into the embrace and her own arms slowly wrapping themselves around the older woman.

"My daughter..."

'Mom?'
