You are now 29 years old and have been close with the Malfoys for 16 years, Draco for 15. You teach Astronomy at Hogwarts and still teach Draco. Since his birth, you had been close, and Mr. Malfoy was like a father to you. However, Narcissa was different.
When you were fifteen years old, a fourth year at Hogwarts, Draco Malfoy was born. Your family knew the Malfoys through Hogwarts, and your parents (who died six years ago*) introduced you to them a year before Draco's birth.
Narcissa was 10 years older than you, and you couldn't explain the way you felt about her. You had of course never told anyone about the little voice in your head that gave the notion that you might have feelings for her. You couldn't!
*in this story, all music and pop culture is up to date to this year, but i won't reference it when it isn't needed, to keep that old-timey aesthetic (idfk)
and phones don't exist for the sole reason that they take away a bit of.. idk but i would just rather there be no phones. however, for example, you might hear about girl in red later in the story 😏😏😏
IMPORTANT: not everything that has happened to the Malfoys or to Narcissa in my book is from the actual Harry Potter books or movies, and this is because we don't get much information about Narcissa and I would love to have more.
