Dear Diary,
Maybe this is it. Can't you see that I am turning 18 and I feel like my whole damn world is falling upside down. All I ever wanted to be an adult but unfortunately here I am falling under a melodramatic condition of finally being an adult which is no longer my choice. Well isn't that how we all are right? Or is it just me?
Well, today went terrific!! I got gifted with gifts for the very first time. My friends pulling up surprise gifts and all those wishes did make me feel special about myself.
I got a necklace, the one Hermione wears in Harry Potter, a Pikachu plushie and a lovely dress. I couldn't stop feeling amazed over this. So this what getting Birthday gifts feels like. I couldn't stop crying I swear oml!.
Well, Diary I am happy for the day and ofcourse confused at the same time. I'll be off to college soon. Will there be something good enough wating for me or am I gonna be nuts thinking about what I am gonna be. I should stop those thoughts for now I guess. I am happy and thats what matters. More days yet to come, LETS DO THIS !!
