Bio: Rosalie Yamamoto is a Japanese-American girl who was adopted at the age of 6. She was born in Paris Texas and lived there for 7 years before moving to Tokyo with her mom and dad. Known to others as Rosie, she lived a decently normal life. Her mom taught her how to use throwing knives and guns, just to protect herself. She knew Niragi when she moved to Japan, planning to live with him after school was over. She got tattoos right outside of high school, going to America to do this because of the taboo of tattoos in Japan.
She disappears from the world after finishing with a gym session. She runs into chishiya twice before appearing at The Beach. She wears a black bikini usually, but likes to have her hair down, making her look seductive and dangerous. The reason why her mom nicknamed her Harley Quinn is because her mom is a fan of the DC comics and Harley Quinn is her favorite character.
