The classroom was quickly packed with students and a certain student who was sitting behind her was gazing daggers at her from the moment he entered.

Their homeroom teacher for this year, Ms.Dami, entered the class just as she finished her talk with LIL. Ms. Dami is a good teacher who can be strict at times but also kind when needed.
After taking attendance and giving some general instructions, she let the students have some free time since it was their first day. So the day went smoothly without any trouble except for the stares Adria was constantly getting from a specific someone, everything was good.
The bell rang indicating the end of their day at school. Adria packed her bag and walked towards the door when Edgard stopped her. She just looked at him confusedly without saying anything.
'A-Ah, Don't you remember me? We met earlier in the stairs...I-I saved you from falling!!' He spoke thinking that she forgot him.
'Yes, I-I remember y-you. D-Do you need some-something?' She spoke in a low voice as she clutched her bag strap nervously while biting her lip.
Watching her so nervous like a small kitten he couldn't help but laugh.
Seeing him laugh suddenly she tilted her head seemed more confused by his actions. Edgard's heartfelt warm looking at the cute sight in front of him.
'Haha...I do have something to ask you...Do you mind if we became friends, Ms.Clara Willson?'
'W-W-What? I-I-I' Adria stammered at the sudden question.
'Don't turn me down, please, I really want to befriend you." He looked at her with puppy eyes.
(Why is he making it sound like I'm gonna reject a confession....sigh...) Adria thought as she looked at the pitiful face of the second male lead.
'F-Fine. Let's be friends....?'
'Oh my.....What kind of manners do I have. Edgard, Edgard Simon. ' Adria nodded at his words when she suddenly realized something.
'Ah..H-How do you know my name?'
'That...I learned it when Ms. Dami took attendance today.' He scratched his head sheepishly.
'Oh!'
'Can we exchange numbers? If! you're okay with it!' He asked eagerly.
'.............Okay.' She spoke after hesitating for a while.
'Great!! '
They exchanged their numbers and finally said their goodbyes.
'Nice meeting you, Clara. See you tomorrow.' He waved his hand energetically.
'Same here.' Opposite to his actions, she waved her hand once awkwardly.
Adria walked towards the Twilight cafe that was near her school for her part-time job. The original soul had already passed the interview to work there two days ago and today was the day she started her work. The original soul didn't take this job even after passing the interview since she felt hesitant to interact with people every day. But Adria didn't want to leave the job since it was near to her school and the pay was also good. So Adria decided to take the job which the original soul declined. As she was walking she couldn't help but think about her soulmate's behaviour.
*LIL, by any chance, is Edgard's Character a playboy?*
**No, Host. He is the total opposite of a playboy. He is the gentle and charming prince type. Why do you ask, host? Don't you already know about him from the plot?**
*I'm just clarifying .* Adria's eye glinted as she spoke.
She entered the cafe and greeted the shop owner, Ms.Lilly.
'You are early, Clara.' Lilly smiled at her.
'Y-yes....Our classes got over a bit early today.' She explained.
'I see. Well, since you are here, let me introduce you to our other staff. They will tell you more about your work.' Adria nodded at her words.
As she told, Ms.Lilly introduced her to the other staff in the cafe. There were five of them. Riza, Amy, and Lize attend tables while Noah and Teresa work as baristas. They were all quite friendly and cheerful except for Noah who seems a bit cold. After finishing introducing Adria Lilly went back to do her work.
'Hey! I'm Riza. Let me explain to you about the work.' Saying so she started explaining Adria.
'T-Thank you for your help.' Adria thanked her for explaining to her.
'Don't mention it. I'm looking forward to working with you, Little sister. Ah! Can I call you Little sister?' Adria's face blushed slightly at her words.
'S-Sure. I-I'm looking forward to working with you too!' She smiled lightly.
'Awww....You are sooooo cute, little sister!' Riza hugged her suddenly making Adria startle.
'Oi! Oi! Oi! Don't you see you are making her anxious.' Lize pulled Riza apart from Adria.
'Ignore her. She is always like that. Don't hesitate to push her if she does this again.' Amy spoke.
'Don't listen to them, little sister! This big sister will take good care of you!'
'Hah....First, learn to take care of yourself. You have broken five plates in two days because of your clumsiness. It's still a wonder that Lilly hasn't fired you from the job yet.' Lize sighed.
'T-That was an accident! An ACCIDENT! ' Riza stomped her feet.
'Oh...When did looking at a Hands-hmpppp' Before Amy could say anything Riza blocked her mouth with her hand.
Their interactions made Adria giggle softly. Seeing her laugh so cutely, the three people felt an arrow pierce their hearts.
Seeing them stare at her, she again blushed in embarrassment.
'C-Can I start my work?' Adria asked a question to hide her embarrassment.
'Y-Yeah...Little Sis. Ah, Can I call you that too?' Amy spoke.
'Me too! M-Me too!' Lize interrupted.
'S-sure?' Adria answered confusedly while tilting her head to the side. After that, she went to do her work.
'She really is cute, isn't she?' Riza cooed.
'Yeah, she is.' Lize smiled.
'But there is one thing that's nagging me. When she came to the interview, there was a dark atmosphere that was surrounding her. It was the exact opposite of what we saw today, you know?' Amy spoke.
'Maybe you saw wrong?' Riza asked.
'Or maybe she was in a bad mood at that time?' Lize guessed.
'Hmm...Maybe. Anyways, let's get to work now.' Amy told.
Meanwhile, Adria was waiting at the tables while talking with LIL.
*If the original soul had taken this job, maybe she would have had someone by her side during her misfortunes. I can see that the people here are really good-willed.* Adria sighed.
**You are right, Host. The original soul would not have committed suicide if she had got someone by her side. She mig- HOST!!!!!**
*Ahhh! How many times have I warned you!! Don't scream inside my head!!! *
**S-Sorry Host!! Ah! No, rather than that!! The most important thing is, the male lead is here.**

She saw the male lead, Vincent Carter, calling for her to attend his table.
Adria slowly made her way towards his table, while thinking of all the possible worst things she could do to him in her head.
LIL who heard all her plans, couldn't help but feel a bit pity for the male lead for playing with the fire.
A.N- Sorrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy guys. I really feel very guilty for not updating my story on time. After I finished my final exams, I had record works and practicals to do. After that when I tried to write my story, I realized I had forgotten what I had in my mind for this chapter. THAAAATTTT was the start of my bloody writer's block. It was like I suddenly ran out of ideas. I was finally somehow able to overcome it yesterday. And here I am with a new chapter!
Also, it was my birthday two weeks ago!!! I had a lot of fun thanks to the surprise my best friends prepared. Because of that, I was inspired to make this arc more fun. So look forward to it!!!
