Akdjdndnnd I'm back and I am so so sorry for such a late update!!! Don't kill me please 😩😭 Currently rn I'm on spring break so I'll try to upload as often as I can, sadly though I am currently tested positive with Covid so I'm kinda out of it at the moment! 😔 I'm sorry guys but here's part 6, it's a bit longer compared to the others I believe so here you go! As the sun shined through her window it woke the (e/c) female up preparing her for a new day as she as she got out of her bed and did her morning routine.
Quickly making herself some breakfast and preparing lunch she runs out the door meeting up with Naruto to start the day.
"Good morning Naruto, did you eat breakfast today?" The young female asks the blonde once he steps out of his home. First thing that she noticed was his new headband he proudly wore around his forehead.
"Hahah yea! (Y/N), can you believe it, we're actually ninjas now!" He cheered happily as (Y/N) followed him keeping a smile on her face.
After a bit of talking the pair finally made it to the academy. The female looked around noticing it wasn't quite empty as she wondered who her potential teammates would be.
"Naruto, what are you doing here? This place isn't for dropouts, you can't be here unless you've graduate." Turning towards where the voice came from (Y/N)'s eyes landed on a boy with spiky brown pineapple styled haired.
Nara Shikamaru... She thought as she glanced at him giving a small smile.
"Oh, well do you see this?! It's a regulation headband, open your eyes Shikamaru!" Naruto shouted pointing at his forehead. "So believe it or not we'll be training together!"
The brunette male sighed as his eyes were filled with boredom. He seemed to give the female a quick glance before giving a small shrug and walking away. It wasn't soon after a stampede of girls came into the classroom scaring the (h/c) girl slightly making her grab onto Naruto's arm.
The blonde blushed not expecting the sudden contact to happen. "(Y-Y/N)"? He stutters out before she looks at him with wide eyes and quickly let go. "I-I am so sorry!" She panics slightly feeling the heat rise to her face.
"Ha I'm first!" Came shouts in unison making the (h/c) female turn to see Yamaka Ino and Haruno Sakura ahead of the stampede of girls. Naruto turned pink in the face from staring at the females specifically Sakura.
Sakura then ran over which made Naruto stand up to greet her. "Hey there, Sakura!"
"Move it!" She yelled as she slammed him to the ground then proceeded to make her way towards the person of her desire.
Uchiha Sasuke
With wide eyes (Y/N) let's out a gasp as she makes her way towards Naruto now helping him up. "Naruto, are you alright?" She asks with worry laced in her tone as she then stares towards the direction Sakura went not believing anyone would be mean enough to do such a thing.
"Haha it's fine, (Y/N) chan don't worry about me, I'm fine!" He says trying to comfort her with his words as the female frowned before giving a small smile. "Ok that's good.."
Soon a whole argument started with the group of Sasuke's apparent fangirls over a seat next to him. As for the male himself he just sat there, in silence without a word and a stoic expression on his features."
Whatever happened to you?
Naruto himself seemed to be fed up by the whole situation over Sasuke that he just on the table glaring at the raven haired male making the (e/c) girl follow behind him in case something were to happen again. To anyone it was pretty obvious they both didn't like each other, it seemed that way since their rivalry during the academy days.
The Sasuke fangirls seemed to get angry at Naruto while Sasuke himself was glaring at Naruto. Meanwhile (Y/N) was next to Naruto with a worried expression evident on her features as she watched both Naruto and Sasuke enter a glaring competition.
It stayed that way for a moments of intense glaring between the two males until all of a sudden a boy sitting in front of Naruto leans back and pushes him into Sasuke making them both accidentally kiss.
As quickly as it happened they soon tore away wiping their mouths from the sudden lip contact.
Silence.
Pure shock and utter silence rang through the whole classroom. The Sasuke Fangirls seems to be absolutely infuriated by what had just happened, meanwhile (Y/N) stood there with wide eyes staring between both males trying to take in what had just happened.
"Grr, Naruto! You are so dead!" Sakura threatened cracking her knuckles. With that (Y/N) frowned snapping herself out of her own thoughts.
"Hey, hey it was an accident!" Naruto tried to defend himself as his face start to sweat a bit from nervousness.
(E/C) eyes widen when she saw the first punch being thrown by Sakura. The female didn't know what came over her, but all she knew was that she was upset with Sasuke's Fangirls and especially Sakura herself.
"Enough Sakura!" (Y/N) shouts grabbing the pink haired female's fist before it could make contact with Naruto making everyone in the room including Sasuke stare at the (h/c) haired girl. "Sensei will be here soon so sit down and leave Naruto alone! Unless you want to finish what you started I'll be more than happy to oblige." She growls before letting go of Sakura and grabbing Naruto's wrist as she sat next to Sasuke still annoyed and slightly angry.
🥲Time Skip Because I Suck🥲
Iruka sensei soon had finally appeared and now stood in front of the class clearing his throat a bit for what he would say next.
"As of today, you are all ninja! All genin will be put in a three-man squad and each squad will be lead by an elite ninja." Iruka stated before looking down at his notes. "One team however will will be a team of four however due to our odd numbers in class." He finished which simply made the female nod in thought.
Team? Hm I wonder who's team I'll be in..better yet I wonder I my Sensei will be. (Y/N) thought with a small smile.
"We want each squad to have balance of strength, and ability so that's how we set them up. Now I will announce the squads." Iruka sensei announced.
For a while Sensei called out the names of random people making (Y/N) zone out or simply playing with her hands due to boredom until she heard her name or at least an all too familiar blonde's name being called.
"Team 7 will consist of Naruto Uzumaki! (Y/N) Yuki!" With this new information she simply nodded a bit pleased and turned to face Naruto who gave her a happy thumbs up.
"Sakura Haruno!" Naruto stood up from his seat crying out loud while the (h/c) female let out a small sigh and Sakura slumped in her seat thinking I'm doomed!
"And finally Sasuke Uchiha!" At this (Y/N) didn't do anything but stare ahead and blink as for Sakura she stood up from her seat and cried out loud while Naruto thought I'm doomed!
Will this work out?
After Sensei finally finished announcing all the teams Naruto stood up from his seat once again this time pointing at Sasuke. "Iruka sensei, why does a great ninja like me have to be in the same group as a slug like Sasuke?!" Naruto yelled still pointing at the raven haired male.
"Sasuke had the best scores of all graduating students and Naruto, you had the worst." At this everyone started to laugh at the blonde. "To balance it out, we put the best students with the worst."
"Just make sure you don't get in my way loser."
Sasuke said with no hint of emotion laced in his tone.
"What did you say?!" Naruto shouts, clenching his fists as if ready to fight the raven haired male.
"Hard of hearing?" Sasuke replied simply.
"Naruto don't!" (Y/N) says quickly as she grasps at her blonde friend's shoulder. "He's not worth it...." She says glancing at her new teammate.
"Alright after lunch you will all meet your new Jonin teachers, until then class is dismissed."
😔Time Skip Because I'm Too Lazy To Write The Whole Lunch Scenes😔
During lunch Naruto only had on thing on his mind and that was to have lunch with Sakura. That being said he also sorta left (Y/N) alone because at that point no one else in their team wanted to eat with her at least. So now here she was eating under a tree, alone.
"Maybe I wasn't meant to be given a second chance..." The female murmurs thinking back to her childhood before Otōsan had found her.
(Note:(y/n) calls Kakashi Otōsan, father, papa, or dad. There are times where she'll even try to call him sensei but can't I'll probably write a side story base of how he found her. The same goes for lord third. She tries not to call him grandpa or gramps due to respect, but it slips out sometimes. I'll probably write a back story about that in a later chapter if enough people ask) 😊
"Where's Naruto?" A voice states breaking her from her thoughts. Looking up she stares into the dark orbs of none other than Sasuke Uchiha himself.
"Sasuke, hi?" She says having her sentence come out more as a question before the male repeated himself again.
"Where's Naruto?" He says once again as he stared down at her. "I don't know, isn't he with Sakura? He was trying to eat lunch with her as far as I know." She says simply now getting up from her place on the ground.
The male nods before walking off towards Sakura where (Y/N) then followed close behind. Sakura soon gasps in happiness when she sees Sasuke her eyes seemed to be a bit joyful. "Sasuke you're back! Are you ready now? Are you mentally prepared now, because I am! I'm ready to go!" Sakura stated happily while (Y/N) looked at Sasuke with a hint of confusion not understanding what the pinkette was talking about.
"Where is Naruto?" Sasuke asked now grabbing (Y/N)'s attention as she waited for Sakura's answer.
"See there you go again, changing the subject. Anyway Naruto always picks fights with you. You know why he's so annoying, it's cause he wasn't raised right. He doesn't have a mom or dad, no one to teach him right from wrong. Think about it, he just does whatever comes into his head." Sakura said as (Y/N) gritted her teeth trying to stop her now watering eyes from leaking.
Sasuke glared at Sakura taking in each of her words as she spoke. Sasuke's reason, simply was the same as the (h/c) haired girl next to him, he was alone too.
Like (Y/N)....and just like Naruto.
"If I did things like him, then forget it! My parents would be mad and I would get in trouble so of course I don't do it, but if you don't have parents to tell you right from wrong, how would you know? He's selfish and bratty! And he's all alone!" Sakura stated with a snobby like tone as if expecting Sasuke and (Y/N) to agree with her.
"Sakura chan.." (Y/N) murmurs now gaining the attention of both the Uchiha and Sakura herself. "There's more to it....,but you'll never understand. It's more than just being in trouble or causing it" The female continues as tears are now slowly streaming down her (s/c) cheek. "I can only wish to have what you have but now...until then you will never know what it's like to be alone!" She shouts before quickly turning her heel and walking into the opposite direction.
After watching the (h/c) female leave Sasuke turned to face Sakura with a glare. "Alone....isolated. It's not about your parents scolding you, you have no idea what it means to be alone." Sasuke says in a cold tone as Sakura's eyes widen. "(Y/N) is right, there's more to it...more than just being alone but you wouldn't understand, you never will." He continues as he stares down at her with dark cold eyes.
"Sasuke kun...w-why are you saying that?" Sakura stuttered as she stares at the raven haired male with with hurt in her eyes. "It's because you're annoying." He said simply as he walked off to go find Naruto of possibly (Y/N).
In a bit lunch would be over so now here walked the (h/c) female quietly alone as she dragged her feet on the floor. Eyes a bit puffy and red crying.
Soon Naruto walked out the men's bathroom and noticed his female campion staring at her with a worried gaze. "(Y/N) are you ok? What wrong?" The blonde asked concern laced in his tone as he stares at her.
"Naruto..." The female gulps deciding against telling the truth to the blondes out what happened with Sakura before she gives a small sigh. "It's nothing..I'm ok that you" She says giving him a small smile to ease his worries a bit.
"Alright..Well then let's head back ok!" Naruto grins as he now walks beside the (h/c) girl happily.
"Naruto."
Both you and said blonde stop in your tracks hearing his name called out. Turning around there stood Sasuke with his hands buried in his pockets.
"Sasuke?! What are you doing here? How did you get loose?!" Naruto questions slight panic in his voice.
"I used an escape jutsu, no sweat it's a basic technique." Sasuke says making you nod understandingly.
Staring back at Naruto you notice how he soon started to get a bit nervous. "Why did you transform into me?" Sasuke asks.
"Eh? Well I thought I'd be fun to try out my moves so I did. (Y/N), come on wanna help me take down this jerk Sasuke?!" The blonde shouted as he stares at you with eager eyes. Soon Naruto created multiple Shadow Clones ready to attack Sasuke while the (h/c) haired girl stood there beside the raven haired male in silence.
"You're using the same technique again?" Sasuke asked as he soon stood took a stance in his own fighting position. Dark orbs careful eyed each of Naruto's Shadow Clones.
Your eyes slightly widen when Naruto's clones went from ready to attack Sasuke to soon fighting over the bathroom now leaving two confused genin as they stared at the blonde who ran off.
"Why do you spend time with him? You do realize he's an idiot right." Sasuke said as he now face the (e/c) eyed girl staring into her orbs.
You frowned at his words, he called Naruto an idiot leaving her to give him a small glare. "You left me alone...so what can I say," (Y/N) says before turning her back to him. "Maybe I want to expand myself to more people, I won't wait for you to open up again.." And with that she left leaving the raven haired male to stare at her now disappearing figure.
🌸🌸Time Skip with Sakura🌸🌸
The pink haired female sat silently on a bench as she swung her legs back and forth thinking back in what (Y/N) and Sasuke told her. She had to admit they hurt but neither was bad as what Sasuke had said to her.
So...I'm annoying? That's what Sasuke kun said. And (Y/N)...she said I would never feel what it's like to be alone. Sakura thought as she stared down at her lap.
I understand, this must be the way how Naruto feels.
Sakura sighed still in her thoughts. "I really shouldn't treat him like that. Next time I see him, I'm going to be nice to him!" She exclaimed as she got up from her seat.
Soon her chance came, she spotted a familiar blonde not too far from her.
There he is, ok gotta remember smile, remember to smile.
Sakura thought encouraging herself as she spoke giving a smile to the blonde. "Hey Naruto, let's walk back to class together."
"Eh did..did you really say that?" The blonde asks in disbelief before frowning and pointing an accusing finger. "Aha! I get it Sasuke, you must have transformed into Sakura to get back at me!"
Naruto got ready about to preform a hand sign before his stomach once again growled making him run off to the bathroom again. Now leaving the pink haired female to stare at his running figure with wide eyes before getting angry at him.
"Naruto!!!" She yelled clearly angered.
