You need the sling ring to teleport and create portals. Sorcerer Supreme, Doctor Strange can do this without the sling ring.

You quickly teleported to the hand mans side, wrapping a red band around his upper body trapping his arms to his side.
'Crimson Bands of Cyttorak'
You flicked your hand tightening the band, "You villains are at a new kind of low."

Second Person P.O.V
Location: USJ Musutafu, Japan.
"Such a powerful quirk." Shigaraki gazed.
"Tell that thing to let go of him and I might let you go." You reasoned, gesturing to Aizawa and Nomu.
A golden eldritch whip wrapped around your neck.
"You don't get to make negotiations." Morta said behind you.
Morta pulled harder on the whip. The bands holding Shigaraki dropped and you started seeing tiny black dots.
Shigaraki walked over to you reaching his hand to your face.
A flash of red, blue and green rose behind Shigaraki.
Midoriya shouted, "DON'T TOUCH HER! SMAAASHHH!"
Shigaraki turned away from you. While Midoriya's punch was blocked by Nomu.
That thing isn't injured!?
"You move well. Your call out move... Are you a follower of All Might?" Shigaraki questioned.
The whip faltered letting you gasp for air, but then tightened once more.
Midoriya was lifted by the arm by Nomu.
Shigaraki inched his hands towards Mineta and Tsu.
The tiny dots began to reappear within your vision.
Is this the end?
The main doors broke off it's hinges, smoke flowing in.
The villains looked over and Morta's whip disappeared all together.
"Shit." She mumbled staring at the hero.
You dropped, coughing while rubbing your neck.
You looked at the entrance, and it felt like hope had been restored.
All Might stood proud, "It's fine now! I AM HERE." His usual smile replaced with a frown.
"I've been waiting hero, you trash of society." Shigaraki insulted.
In a flash All Might took out the villains in the center and swooped Aizawa from the floor.
He then grabbed you four setting you down in a nearby distance. Aizawa laid on the floor in front of you.
"Everyone, go to the entrance. I'm leaving Aizawa to you. He's unconscious so hurry!" All Might instructed.
You helped pick up Aizawa, making sure to not touch his injured elbow.
Midoriya shook his head, "All Might you can't."
"That brain villain took One fo-" He paused,
"He took a punch that didn't break my arm, but he didn't even twitch. He's got to be-"
"Young Midoriya!" All Might cut off.
All Might put up a peace sign. "It's fine!"
You walked, wincing now and then from the wound on your thigh.
You glanced back seeing the fight noticing Morta's missing figure.
Shoot.
"Y/n can't you create a portal to get us away further?" Tsu asked.
You nodded bringing your hand up, but the sling ring was gone.
"Y/n your ring..where is it?" Midoriya asked.
"Double shoot." You said.
"Here hold him." You adjusted Aizawa on Midoriya's shoulders and you ran towards the smoke, ignoring the protest of your classmates.
You used Winds of Watoomb to clear the smoke.
"Oh my..." You stood still, seeing All Might's predicament.
A whip wrapped around your body pulling you to a pair of feet.
"We haven't finished our fight Miss Strange!" Morta said, glaring down at you.
"But first watch your precious hero All Might get teared apart by Kurogiri."
You noticed both of the sling rings on her hands.
You then glanced at All Might, seeing the blood print on his side become larger.
You wiggled closer to Morta's leg and bit her ankle.
She yelped and the eldritch whip disappeared around you.
You quickly tackled her stealing both of the sling rings from her hand.
"ALL MIGHT!" Midoriya yelled, jumping towards All Might.
"How foolish." Kurogiri came right in front of him opening a portal.
You hopped off of Morta, slipping the rings on. You then teleported beside Midoriya pushing him away from the portal and Bakugo blasting Kurogiri from the side.
"Move! You're in the way Deku!" Bakugo yelled.
"Are you trying to die early Deku!?" You yelled.
You both landed semi-gracefully and a trail of ice froze half of Nomu's body.
Todoroki tilted his head, "All I heard was that you were here to kill All Might."
All Might released himself from Nomu's grip, jumping beside Todoroki.
Kirishima came from above attacking Morta, but she easily dodged it.
Bakugo held Kurogiri down by his silver brace.
Todoroki spoke,"The symbol of peace cannot be killed by the likes of you."
Before Morta could attack once more you held your hands up watching her.
"Move and I'll send you to Everest." You threatened.
For just a moment it felt like you all overpowered them and won.
But no. You didn't.
Well not yet.
"Nomu." Shigaraki said.
Nomu descended into the portal and out the side where his legs were, breaking off his iced arm and leg.
You watched in absolute shock.
"Even though his body is broken... he's still moving?" Midoriya asked.
"Get back everyone!" All Might warned.
Nomu's arm and leg regenerated.
"I thought he could only absorb powerful attacks!?" You exclaimed looking back at Morta now and then.
All Might silently agreed, keeping a safe distance.
"I didn't say that was all he had. This is his super regeneration! Nomu has been modified to take you at 100%. He's a super-efficient human sandbag." Shigaraki explained.
You held one arm out to Nomu and another to Morta.
"First we need to get our gate back.. Go on Nomu."
In a flash Nomu ran towards Bakugo.
You were blown back by the hard wind. "That was kind of painful."
Nomu was beside Kurogiri and Bakugo was behind you.
"You dodged? that's amazing!" Midoriya praised.
"No. Shut up"
You stood up, looking around for a certain black haired psycho.
"Then how?" Kirishima asked, standing up as well.
"It was All Might." You said pointing to the smoke.
"Do you not know how to hold back?" All Might looked at Shigaraki.
"It was to rescue my companions. I had no choice. I mean earlier that plain looking one was about to punch me with everything he had. Violence for the sake of others make it admirable.. You know what, All Might? I'm angry. I'm angry at this world that categorizes the same violent acts as heroic or villainous, deciding what's good or bad. 'Symbol of peace'? Ha. You're just a device to repress violence. Violence only breeds violence. The world will know this once we kill you!" Shigaraki said with his arms raised.
He looked over pointing to you. "And you. We kill you and the bearer of a powerful stone will come very quickly."
"And you are the future heir of that shit title, So a more annoying problem in the future." He added.
"Enough! The eyes of white collar criminals like you burn silently. You just want to enjoy this yourself, don't you?" All Might interjected.
"It's three against six." Todoroki said.
"But it's supposed to be four." You pointed out, confused on how she disappeared without the ring.
"But Kacchan already exposed the fogs weakness!" Midoriya put his fist up.
"These guys are crazy.. but if we back up All Might. We can push them back!" Kirishima hardened his hands.
"No." All Might said.
"Run away."
"You could've been in trouble if I hadn't done anything earlier, right?" Todoroki pointed out.
"That was a different story Young Todoroki. Thanks." All Might pulled his fist back.
"It's fine! Watch a pro give it everything he's got." He added.
"You're injured!" You defended.
He only gave you a thumbs up.
Shigaraki spoke, "Nomu, get him. Kurogiri drop her and I'll take care of the other children."
"Let's end this and go home."
Shigaraki ran towards you five and a warp gate opened above you, Morta falling out.
"Now you will face death itself! " Morta yelled, pointing her sword ready to stab you.
"No."
You teleported above her, kicking her back into the ground.
You rotated your hand to create a portal but the extreme winds from All Might and Nomu blew you and Morta away from your classmates.
"Woah." You watched the battle in awe.
All Might slammed Nomu into the ground and landed right next to him.
You tore your eyes away as you heard footsteps running in your direction.
You moved to the side, barely dodging and getting a deep cut on your arm.
"PLUS ULTRA" All Might punched Nomu out of the USJ.
Morta stopped in complete shock at how Nomu lost.
"It doesn't even seem like he's gotten weaker."
"All Might weaker? Who fed you that crap?" You scoffed.
Morta glared at you, flipping her sword.
She sprinted over and you quickly ran above her with your boots.
You landed and set off a surge of bolts to her.
'Bolts of Balthakk'
Morta skillfully dodged it and other villains started to rise.
You turned your head at the yell of Midoriya's name.
Your eyes widened. "Oh my gods."
He was in the air ready to punch Kurogiri's weak spot.
A portal opened and Shigaraki's hand reach out to his face.
Morta took your distraction as an advantage and tackled you, raising her sword to finish you. "I will be the last thing you see when you're dead. And I will be the last for the rest of your wretched family too!"
Gun shots rang through the building.
Morta was shot in her wrists, dropping the sword on the right side of your head.
"I, TENYA IIDA, CLASS 1-A REPRESENTATIVE HAVE NOW RETURNED."
You pushed her off and quickly opened a portal under her to the top of Mount Everest.
You closed the portal and sat up, cringing at the pain in your arm and leg.
"Y/n!" Kirishima, Bakugo and Todoroki towered over you.
'She was fighting her own battle.' They thought.
The adrenaline running throughout your body disappeared the moment they surrounded you. "Wow guys... yay we won? I'm tired now so I'll just..." You fell unconscious from blood loss.

You woke up in a large room with tech and medical equipment everywhere.
