I have come up with a way to actually do the tasks expected of me with ease.
If this works for me, I'll actually publish this chapter. If it doesn't, I'll delete it.
But if it didn't work, then you wouldn't even know about it since I wouldn't have written it.
This works for people like me who are incredibly lazy, get easily bored, and hate getting assignments and similar tasks with deadlines.
The optimum number of tasks that my system works on would be 2-3 tasks.
Steps to follow
Task A = A, Task B = B.
1) Force yourself to set a 10 minute timer to start A. If 10 minutes are up and you don't feel like starting B, continue with A.
Maximum time to continue with A = 1 hour. After 1 hour, move onto B.
If you must take a break if your mind is exhausted from A, make sure that the break doesn't go past an hour. After realizing that an hour has already passed, force yourself to do task B whatever, just make yourself do it!
2) For B, set a 10 minute timer for it. If 10 minutes are up and don't feel like going back to A or maybe you finished A, stay working on B.
3) If there are no other tasks to move onto, work on B until you complete it.
4) If there are other tasks move from task to task every 30 minutes so you don't get bored.
Outcome: You've finally completed those tasks that you were putting off for so long. Well done.
Let me know if this works for you personally or if you've tried it or not.
