It was after the world meeting, England decided to take all the Allies out for a drink at the bar. It had been awhile since the last time the Allies had seen each other. Though after a period of time had passed at the bar, something rare had occurred.
France had been the one to be utterly drunk before anyone else. Though it wasn't a laugh to be had when the Allies and especially England had heard what France was saying. He looked sorrowful, more depressed, and tears were threatening to fall from his eyes. France was glaring at England and then weakly pointed at him. "WHY DID YOU BURN HER!?" France had yelled at England. England knew exactly who France was talking about, and a wave of guilt washed over the accused gentleman. But, the rest of the Allies had no idea who 'her' was. So, America was the first to ask. "Bro, who are you talking about!" He had asked cheerfully, trying to brighten the mood.
"My Jeanne, why would you burn her England, better yet WHY DID YOU MAKE ME WATCH THE ONLY LOVE I HAD PERISH BEFORE ME!" France yet again cried out and then burst out into tears. Repeating the words "My Jeanne is gone." The Allies then turned to England. England just looked apologetic and said "I did it for my country, I had no choice. Although I regret being merciless to everybody in the past, I have changed my ways" England then took a swig of his whiskey and sighed to himself.
Jeanne d'Arc was a very special woman in France, especially at the time. France had taken an interest in her and they seemed like the perfect match, never to be separated. And if they were, they would find each other again. Though their ending was much more somber.
This took place at a time of war, against England and France. And Jeanne was the savior of France. Women weren't allowed to fight then and when Jeanne stood up for France despite being a woman, many admired her for that. France was one of those who admired her as well. And they clicked together and connected like puzzle pieces.
Then, one unfortunate day, Jeanne was captured by England. And was soon said to be burned at the stake.
France was indeed very heart broken. But he still tried his best for Jeanne.
One day France was called out to see something. Something absolutely terrible. There he saw his only true love, Jeanne. Tied by rope, with hay stacked around her and England with a torch. England took notice of France's horrified face and smirked. "Hey, France!" England called out. And he threw the torch onto the flammable hay. France was crying out for mercy. Begging, he was in such a state in which England laughed at how pathetic he was acting. But Jeanne's last message to France in which she screamed was "Je t'aime" and then she burned in agony, screaming to be free from the hellish fire. France continued to scream and repeat "Je t'aime" Until Jeanne's body was nothing but charcoal.
Despite how dangerous it was, after they put out the fire France went up to her corpse and apologize over and over again.
He tried to drink the memory away but it wouldn't work. He then remembered her last words and he no longer has the strength to say it again.
