"Nope." Hannah said and unbuttoned the coat. "It fits perfectly and it's so soft!" She unzipped the coat and let me feel the inside. It was extremely soft.

"Still. Don't you want to see other coats?" I asked. Hannah took her light jacket and put it back on.

"You starting to sound like my mother." Hannah took the coat to the register and took out her wallet as I continued to hold her shirt. I sighed. Hannah was stubborn and there's no use in arguing with her. It was a nice coat so I just let her buy it. Hannah did and stuffed the coat into a white plastic bag, much larger than my tiny one for my ear rings, which had the store's logo on it, and we both went searching for a store that sold nail polish. After a while, but we walked into a store that sold clothing, even though we were looking for nail polish, but near the front door, there were boxes full of nail polish that were held up right by foam holder which were all the same size.

"What colors should we get?" I asked as Hannah put down her bag which I had slipped my little bag in. In there also was Hannah's other shirt.

"I don't know. Maybe pink. Blue? Purple?"

"I'm asking you." We looked through at the colors of the nail polish and asked each other opinions. Eventually, we came up with the colors red, a sparkly gold, baby blue, turquoise, violet, and even a nail polish that looked like there was tiny, sparkly confetti on the inside. We paid for the colors and checked the time.

"We have an hour before we have to meet your mother at the fountain." Hannah said and put the nail polishes in the big bag.

"Ya, so what should we do?" My brown-haired friend shrugged.

"More shopping?" She suggested. I shook my head. My feet were sore and I'm sure Hannah's arms hurt from carrying the bag.

"How about we just go sit down for awhile." Hannah and walked to the fountain and sat down at the benches nearby.

"We haven't even been upstairs you know."

"I ain't walking no more." I said and laid my head on the back of the bench. Hannah then stared at the fountain for a while. We both went into thought. I was thinking about my father and asked myself what he was doing at that moment. I wasn't quit sure. I then wondered what my mom was doing. My guess was that she was at Bath & Body Works.

"Ruby. Hannah. Is that really you?" I looked at Hannah and she looked at me. We both recognized the voice and looked around to find where it was coming from. A tall, black haired girl with purple glasses waved to us as she walked toward the bench we were sitting at. Hannah and I stood up to greet our friend.

"Yes, it us. Right in the flesh." Hannah said. Vivian was carrying a small bag which was bigger than my tiny ear ring bag, but smaller than Hannah's coat bag.

"What are you doing here, I thought you don't like shopping." I said. A taller, older women, also with black hair, approached Vivian. It was Vivian's mother. She was too carrying a bag. Two actually. Vivian's mother always spoke softly and sweet. She had brown eyes, but Vivian had dark blue eyes.

"I don't, but Mom here forced me to go shopping with her." Vivian said and gestured to her mom.

"Hello girls." Mrs. Lee said.

"Hello." Hannah and I said in unison.

"Where's your parents?"

"Mine are both at home. I'm here shopping with Ruby and her mom." Hannah explained. Just then, my mom approached us and greeted with Mrs. Lee and Vivian.

"Hey Mom." I said.

"Done shopping you two?"

"Yep." Hannah said.
