As Regina got to the end of her parents land She looked at the border line sign. She passed this line so many times before when She tried to run away before. Regina would always get caught by magic, but since her mother isn't here She should be fine she assured herself. Regina took a deep breath and ran across the line as fast as She could. She looked over her shoulder to see the tree branches coming towards her. Regina turned her face back ahead and ran as fast as She could but it was to late, one of the branches rapped itself around her waist lifting her high off the ground forcing a scream as the branch became rather tight. Regina was held up like a rag doll. Probably ten feet from the ground, no worse then when She jumped from her bed sheet rope, but She had no idea what to do now, it's not like She could wait for her mother, she could be gone for a week before coming back, and who knows what she would do when she found out that Regina tried to escape.
"Ugh"
Regina put her elbows on the branch and rested her chin in the palms of her hands as She thought of a way to get down.
"Aha"
She remembered the small pocket knife She had hidden in the pocket of her boot and reached over the branch to get to her boot pocket. Once She finally got to it She pulled it out and looked at it for a second. Regina used to think it was a decent sized knife before, but now compared to this branch it looked minuscule. She sighed, this is her only chance at getting down. Regina put the knife to the wood and started sawing at it, back and forth.

It had been hours now, and it was almost evening. Regina had barely made a dent in the branch, maybe a third way threw, and her knife wasn't as sharp now. Her arms had begun to burn from going back and forth so long. She heard something far off in the bushes, or a someone. She quickly pulled the hood of her cloak over her head so her face was pretty well hidden. Regina tried to listen for any sign of it coming closer, but beside a bird tweeting every once and a while the forest was silent. Regina turned her attention back to the branch and started sawing at it again.
"Would you like some help m'lady?" A mans voice said.
Regina jumped startled, not knowing She had dropped the knife.
Regina heard a slight chuckle from the voice again and raised her head to that direction. Regina saw a man in greens and browns with a bow and arrows.
"Who are you?" Regina said.
"I am Robin Hood." he stated.
"And who might you be?" Robin asked.
"That is none of your concern." Regina said crossing her arms.
"Tell you what," Robin said "if you tell me your name, I'll cut you down."
"I can cut myself down." Regina said.
Regina went for her pocket knife, but it was no where to be found. Robin walked in front of her and picked something off of the ground.
"You mean with this." Robin said, a smirk consuming his face.
"Damn it" regina said under her breath.
He held the pocket knife in his hand as he studied it, almost mocking her with it. Reginas face grew hot with frustration as he pondered with it, She knew he was waiting for her to agree. Regina tried to think of any other way down, but she already knew there wasn't one. Regina sighed and crossed her arms.
"Fine, just get me down." Regina said.
"Name?" Robin said.
"It's regina." Regina said without thought.
She knew she should of given him a fake name right after the words slip out of her mouth.
"That wasn't so hard now was it, now is there a reason your hiding in that cloak of yours?" Robin asked.
"I told you my name now cut me down." Regina demanded.
"Okay, okay" robin said holding his hands up in defense.
Robin went to a lower part of the branch where he could reach and started cutting at it. Regina rolled her eyes as She watched the man work away the branch with his much larger knife he had in the back of his belt. In a couple of minutes the branch was cut and Regina fell to the ground.
She let out a yelp in pain from the fall, landing funny on her butt. Robin quickly put his knife back and rushed to her side.
"My apologies m'lady." robin said holding out his hand.
Regina gladly took it and he pulled her up. Regina stumbled over and fell into him, her hands on his chest. Wow, he had piercing blue eyes, and he is really, really, really built- Regina shook herself out of her trance that was luckily hidden by her cloak and pushed herself out of his arms.
"Thank you." Regina said with a little curtsy quickly turning from him and back to the path she was taking.
"Wait, where will you be going?" Robin asked.
Regina smiled to herself as she kept walking, because quite honestly, she had no idea herself, but she liked that.
She answered the question with the same simplicity as her knowledge of knowing where she was going.
"Away"
