We walked downstairs and straight to the kitchen so i can drink my juice and say goodbye to abby, but surprisingly abby wasn't there. I looked at the clock and it read 8:46am, my eyes widened and i just got brushed by disbelief. I turned around to glare at the grinning Jaden behind me.

"Jaden I swear to god!" I whispered feeling my anger rising from toe to head.

"Should i be scared?" His grin fading away gradually.

"Very" I paused for a second "you have three seconds to run" I whispered softly looking at my feet, shifting my weight from my heels to my toes.

"What?" He said confused.

"1.......2..." and before i could say the 3 he sprinted out of the kitchen immediately running for his life and i ran after him shouting his name multiple times to get him to come back.

"I swear on my grandma's dead body if i- ....." i ran towards him as he reached the stairs, he turned to look at me with this cute cheeky grin and turned around immediately running up the stairs two steps each. I ran as fast as i could as he made his way to my room and to be specific my bed. He was laughing so hard that he started tearing up, laying there on my bed.I jumped on him on the bed straddling him, i felt kinda weird sitting on his lower abdomen, but still ignored the situation because i was pissed.

"You're a jerk!!" I punched him slightly on the chest. His ass was still laughing and I couldn't help but smile a bit, i hated having that soft spot for him so I punched him again on the chest.

"Owww what was that for?!" He groaned as he still kept laughing.

"For waking me up....." I stopped as i started counting the hours from now until 3 with my fingers, he just looked at me amused, my eyes widened at the number i concluded "7 hours early you asshole!!" I yelled. He laughed even more uncontrollably.

"Care to share what's so funny about waking me up so early?!" I yelled punching his shoulder, he kept on laughing trying to cool down and regain his voice.

"Your face...." he whispered trying to hold his laughter.

"What?" I asked confused, touching my forehead with my fingertips.

"Priceless" he laughed even more, I couldn't control myself from pulling his shirt collar and kissing the crap out of him but at the same time he crossed the boundaries, waking me up at 9am is not something I could accept, my sleep hours are holy.

"What?"

"I changed your clock's settings" he paused amusement is all over his face, i could feel the anger rising to my face.

"Wait ....what?"

"It's currently 2:30pm" he said grabbing his phone from his pocket which was under my thigh, glancing at the clock on his phone and turning the phone my way to see the clock.

"You asshole!!" I yelled punching him on the shoulder again.

"It was funny don't you dare deny it" he chuckled.

"It wasn't actually i had millions of thoughts on how to torture you to death for what you did" I smirked evilly.

"Oh yeah?" He whispered smirking.

"Yes" i said nodding. His head started leaning forward and mine just started leaning down automatically, at this point i have no clue what's going on but it feels good, the butterflies in my stomach make me feel alive, my heart is pounding so fast that i feel my heart is gonna burst out of my chest.

"Then torture me" he whispered as our lips are just inches close, I could feel his breath on my lips and the heat is just raising on my cheeks, his eyes are staring at my lips mine moved to his and just for a split second my mind started connecting all the dots.

Is he really gonna kiss me?

I really want to believe that he wants to but maybe it's just because we're caught up in the moment or maybe because of lust I don't know. I don't care about anything other than feeling his lips on mine, one little part of me is really overthinking about the matter but im just way too passionate in this almost-kiss to think.

"Milly" he whispered.

"Yeah?" I whispered in plead.

"I-" he was cut off by the sound of the front door bursting open. We were still in place not moving an inch away but we looked at each other in the eyes.

"Babe!!" Someone's voice yelled, the sound was too familiar that my eyes widened, I pulled away immediately and jaden just looked genuinely confused. Before I could say anything I turn my head to the door to see him standing there, a huge ass grin plastered on his face.

"Emily babe?" He asked confused at the situation we were in.

Anyways im really sorry for taking too long i know I promised to post early this week but school is too much.
