Kotarou settles down laying on my lap with the somewhat big chapter book in front of him, while Hayato sits next to me.

"Ok I'm going to start get comfortable." I announce.

I read the first couple of chapters out loud to the both of the boys, until we started to get deeper into the plot.

"Kotarou are you sure you want to-?" I say getting cut off with Kotarou nodding repeatly.

It was getting deeper to the night time but Kotarou was managing to keep his eyes wide open to find out what happens next in the book.

I look over to Hayato to see if he's also seeing this and he gives me a concerned glare.

I kept on reading the horror book to the child on my lap.

We finally made it to the part of the book where someone gets kidnapped and Kotarou doesn't seemed phased by this unlike Hayato and I.

I finished the book and Kotarou was barely closing his eyes to sleep.

"How did he get his hands on that book?" I mumble.

"I don't know, but how is he unphased by it?" Hayato whispers, trying not to wake Kotarou.

"I don't even know."

I move to put the book on the night stand and turn off the lamp on it. I shift my body near Hayato, but don't dare to touch him while Kotarou is next to me. Luckily, the bed was pretty big, so there was room for all of us.

"Goodnight Hayato." I say.

"Goodnight Ryuuichi."

Over the course of the night Hayato put his arm around me. I didn't protest about it though, it felt nice to be in his warmth.

We were basically spooning, I guess it's called that. My back was touching his chest while his head was buried in my neck. I could feel the breathes that he took, and at some point I tried to match them but ended up giving up.

I pulled up the blanket more upwards towards Hayato because it seemed like he was cold. As soon as I did that, he pulls me closer to his chest not leaving a bit of room that even the doll of the book that I read to them couldn't even fit.

I tried to settle down my thoughts, because even though physically my body was asleep, mentally I was alive and ready to go on an adventure.

Thoughts stop entering my head and I managed to get some rest in.

I wanted to sleep in today but sadly and gladly it was a Friday morning. I got up and saw that Kotarou and Hayato were still asleep.

Hayato looks cute sleeping. I think to myself.

I went and got ready for school. Once I got back I noticed that Hayato was awake.

"Good morning." I say cheerfully.

"Morning."

"How did you sleep?"

"Fine and you?"

"Also fine. Go get ready we have school to attend." I tell Hayato.

He ground as he gets up and walks towards me.

"You're so small." He says while putting his arms around my waist and his head on my shoulder leaning close to me.

I blush from his comment.

"I'm not small, you just happen to be tall." I inform him.

"Yeah sure." He says in his deep husky voice.
