Victoria's POV

I woke up to the sound of muffled giggles as I hear my bedroom door creak open and a sudden dip in the bed beside me. Sammy . "Boo," I whisper-shout as I whip round to face the small two-year-old creeping up on me. He looks slightly startled, before erupting into peals of laughter, "Mummy," he pouts as his laughter dies down,"you scared me."

"Sorry little man," I tell him, "but that's what you get for trying to sneak up on me in the morning."

"But," he said smiling at me, as he slid himself slowly off my bed,"Aunt Ruby told me to wake you up."

"Wait!" I almost yelled shooting up into a sitting position, "Ruby's here already."

"Yes," my brunette friend deadpanned, as she poked her head round the door, "you should have left five minutes ago," she informs me, "I only knew you were still here because your boyfriend texted me asking where the hell you were."

"You mean Neal?" I question her, as I pull on a pair of skinny jeans, a t-shirt and my white leather jacket.

"Obviously," she sighs, "how many boyfriends do you have?"

None actually. I roll my eyes and pull a brush through my hair sighing. Neal Cassidy is my best friend, and gay. I'm actually gay too, but me and Neal came up with a kind of pact where we pretend to date each other because neither of us want to get into a relationship, and neither of us are ready to come out.

My phone starts to ring as I rush to the door, planting a kiss on my sons head on my way out. "Hello?" I ask, putting the phone to my ear.

"Storm!" the person yells from the other end of the line, "where the hell are you?!"

"Sorry, Neal," I pant while running across campus, "I'm on my way."

"Okay, we're in room 057, although i'm pretty sure that you memorized the schedule already."

"You bet," i say, swinging my way through the double doors and into the building, "have you gone into class yet?"

"No way babes, what kind of fake boyfriend would i be if i let you walk in late, alone?"

I laugh "I'm at the end of the corridor now, i can see you, so i'll hang up now," i told him as i turned the corner, before pressing the button to end the call.

"I missed you," Neal said, hugging me and planting a kiss on my forehead.

"I missed you too, Cassidy," I laughed as I kissed his cheek.

"Excuse me?" a stern voice husked.

"Yes?" I replied, as I spun on my heel to navigate the source of the voice. Only to lock eyes with the most beautiful, perfect woman that i've ever seen in my life. Her eyes were an enchanting deep coca brown, with gold flecks. Her hair was raven black, and contrasted perfectly with her olive skin. She was wearing a burgundy dress that clung to every curve of her gorgeous figure, matching her plump, soft, painted lips. "Who are you?" I sassed.

"Ms.Mills," she informed me, "Miss Storm and Mr Cassidy I assume?"

"Maybe," I smirk, as she raises one of her perfect, arched eyebrows.

"I don't have time for stupid games, Miss Storm," she snaps at me,"are you going to get in my classroom, or are you going to stand around talking all day?"

"Well, since we have a choice." I grin, turning on my heel to face Neal, and he gives me a what the hell do you think you're doing kind of look.

"In," the teacher growls, suddenly losing her patience, throwing a perfectly manicured finger towards the classroom door, "now!"

"Oh my God, fine," I say, slightly shocked and annoyed at the sudden change of mood, as I strut in through the door, "Oh, and by the way," I sass, turning to look into the eyes of my teacher, "angry bitch is not a good look on you - gives you frown lines." I turn away and walk into the classroom, taking a seat at the front beside Neal, leaving a fuming Ms.Mills standing in the doorway.
