The pain will never go away. No matter what anybody tells her, no matter who's there for her, she'll always be alone.
Sure, she has a best friend. But, every time she tries to tell her, she can't. The words won't come out. It's not that she doesn't trust her, it's that she doesn't want to be a burden, she doesn't want to complain.
So, she'll always be alone. Until her time comes, she will always feel pain.
