Elephant: because I saw something in you you don't see in yourself, only you have to figure that out .... Soon Steven woke up in jacks arms and soon he felt woozy and zill flew in to help out
Zill: you okay dude?
Steven: just needed to talk to the root of this
Steven told zill and the others about his trips to the spirit zone and completely understood what he meant by this because they wanted to help him and try to help out
Zill: geese the elephant things really troublesome huh?
Steven: you have no idea ... soon the bell rang and everybody was at their lockers getting their things to get to their next class when the bell would ring again

Steven: no! He wasn't! Cause I saved him before I got crushed by the piano, and a falling stage light!
Rusty: oh, my god! No way!
Soon rusty starts laughing at steven who was getting more mad and zill was just angry
Rusty: aww! Did you forget your lucky rappits foot at home? Don't worry, I think I saw a four leaf clover on the way to school this morning!
Soon he just laughing even more and stevens gem started to glow blue
Zill: lay off man!
Soon zill was in front of Steven as his whole body began to glow and everyone around saw and jack realized something was wrong

Soon he lifted his ears and Steven realized deer have excellent hearing as well as other animals he knew

Autumn: well the elephant spirit
Steven: is strong and wise I know and he told me that
Autumn: he chose you because he something you don't see in yourself. That kind of thing is what caused him to reveal himself last time
Steven: Connie?
Autumn: no, compassion. He probably chose you because he sensed your compassion and determination to help others
Steven: be that as it may, I don't even know what to do to control these powers
Autumn: well maybe you need to learn the elephant technique in this spirit zone
Steven: well I guess he's the master of that
Zill: well can we meet this elephant spirit guy?
